The hotel is nice, with free shuttles to Disney, Safari, and Haichang Ocean World. Breakfast package service is also available for reservations made the day before. The details are very thoughtful. The front desk beauty dye helped upgrade the room for free. If you have any questions, you can consult and reply on WeChat. The upgraded 1.8+1.5m double bed is very friendly to families with two children. The bedding is very comfortable. We rested very well after playing all day. We stayed for three nights and visited the Bund Cruise (you can see the Oriental Pearl Tower), Disney (9 popular projects + 1 performance + float parade + fireworks show), and Safari. The two children were super satisfied. It is worth mentioning that the original theme of this trip was only Disney, but because the hotel's supporting services were good, I went to the Safari for a day on a whim and had unexpected gains. Uncle Zhang, the driver of the hotel shuttle service, helped to buy tickets for the Safari and the circus at a discount. The service was really thoughtful, with discounted tickets for ordinary seats and a VIP view right in front of the stage. The seats were simply amazing. The circus cost 80 yuan for an hour, which was very cost-effective and the whole family was very happy to watch it. On the way there, they also gave us a general introduction to how to play in the safari park, which was very helpful for me as a tourist who only did a Disney guide and didn't plan to go to the safari park. The driver + tour guide did their job and helped us get a discount, all free services. Thumbs up.
