The room is overall very clean, and the service is warm and welcoming. My son had high fever when he first arrived. The sister at the front desk was very enthusiastic and brought us an oxygen concentrator and a plate of fruit to help us replenish water. She also told her to contact her to take us to the hospital if the high blood pressure worsened at night. It was really considerate.

In terms of location, the Cliff Hotel is better than this one. The Cliff Hotel is located higher and has a wider view of the mountain. The location of Bingquan is quiet, there are no other shops around, and it is next to the woods. The fat monkeys who live here always want to beg for food outside the balcony, which is very cute. The facilities in the hotel and the lobby are not impressive, but after entering the room, I really feel that the value for money is very good. The facilities in the room are extremely comfortable and clean, with the taste of nature, comfortable beds, and good sleep. (I didn’t take a photo of the room, it’s just like the hotel introduction, what you see is what you get) The staff in the store are very enthusiastic, smiling when they meet, greeting and introducing, very warm. In addition, I would like to praise the dinner. I ordered Nisi native chicken stewed with potatoes. The chicken soup is so delicious, the chicken tastes good, and the meat is strong. It’s really not comparable to the broiler chicken in the city! After we ordered this dish, the young man in the hotel refused to let us order anything else, saying that it’s enough for two people, hahaha, but we have a big appetite, so we still ordered dry potato shreds fried rice, carbon water + carbon water, so satisfying! !

The executive suite was great for my family of 4. They added a bed for us. And because it was my girl’s birthday, they gave us a free cake and the staff sang her a birthday song. The location of the hotel was great, the city Center was just a few minutes walk away and about 15 mins drive from the train station.

I took my children to Shangri-La, the first stop of Yunnan, and the first hotel I stayed in was Boxin. When I stayed in the hotel, I saw the promotional video in the hotel lobby and learned that there are Boxin in Sanqingshan, Meizhou, Dali, and Lijiang. The designer combined the local style in each store. I felt that the service was so good that I changed the accommodation in Lijiang and Dali to Boxin Yunshe later, because it was reassuring, safe, and considerate. The environment is shown in the picture. It is the best in Dukezong Ancient City. The rooftop overlooks the ancient city and sees the largest prayer wheel. The blue sky reflects the golden prayer wheel, which is really a feeling of spiritual purification and melting. The service is attentive. The people here are very simple and responsive. Master Zhuoma was arranged to pick up the airport in advance. At night, the child was sent an oxygen cylinder after the altitude sickness. There is also an oxygen diffuser in the room. Two handsome guys also came to debug the oxygen inhalation mode. In terms of food, I drank hot butter tea as soon as I arrived at the hotel. A butler group was established, and 7 butlers served 24 hours a day. The early meal is as shown in the picture. Order in advance every day, and there are many varieties. The most reassuring thing is the supplies. The bamboo fiber bath towels, slippers, and peach wood combs are all brand new and can be taken away. It's very considerate. I can't write more, I will comment later when I have time.

We are travelling as a family with young kids. The location is convents located near the town centre, and 10 mins ride to airport. Besides View from room’s balcony is amazing, the staff are helpful and polite in assisting in all ways.

This hotel is perfect for those seeking to take a break from the usual crowds. It's a big property in a quaint village, surrounded by beautiful nature. Our room was more like a two storey villa, with the living quarter upstairs and dressings room, washrooms downstairs, made in old ******* style but with all the modern amenities tastefully integrated into the settings. I specifically loved the stream Infront of the hotel, taking a walk by it was amazing. A special shout-out to Murray and Dolma for making our stay special. Would love to come back here to experience another season!
