該酒店令人意外。首先剛到酒店就來一個儀式感滿滿的乘船入住酒店。開房時前台主動熱情的羅主管給免費升房。進房間後驚奇發現房間內衞生超乾淨，還有免費水果、小點心、膠囊咖啡。冰箱內有免費飲料和啤酒，真是玲琅滿目。令人印象最深刻的是服務人員留下的富有親切感便條，讓人即可感覺賓至如歸。酒店人員培訓非常到位，所有服務人員都非常禮貌、熱情。總之服務水平超一流。
特別喜歡的是每晚睡前，服務人員提供的一保温杯熱騰騰保健茶和壓載保温杯下面的勸茶便條温暖人心。非常贊👍
唯一不足就是酒店所在位置比較偏僻，如果不自駕，外出遊玩不是很方便。

在江南，個人非常喜歡中式風格的酒店，這家雖然獨居一隅佔地不大，但從外到內都能看出是用了心的，從入住酒店的乘船，到非遺體驗，到漢服旅拍，再到房間裏的點心和茶，都能感受到。酒店硬件設施可以説是無可挑剔，如果服務能提升一些會更好，

非常滿意的一次入住。首先是中秋小長假颱風天，冒着颱風天從上海出發到紹興，匆匆忙忙，極簡行李，連身份證都忘了；其次兩天一晚，非常短的和朋友家小聚，擔心很趕。但是這家給了我滿滿的短暫假期的放鬆感。
第一，硬件：戴森的吹風機，優質的藍牙音響，非常漂亮的玻璃高腳杯，提供棉柔巾。房間內的設計非常適合泡茶，聊天，看書。礦泉水也是1.5l大瓶，給你泡茶的，熱水壺也是非常搭配的中式風。提供的拖鞋非常舒服。整個格調非常入眼，提供的物品很全面，很棒。
第二，服務：晚安牛奶，熱乎乎的保温杯裝的五寶茶，這兩個是驚喜。
含旅拍送五張，最後我是都買了，整體價格可以接受，又是兩個小朋友結伴出遊，效果也不錯。攝影小夥子也很客氣，和善，很好溝通。美好的回憶素材+1
酒店工作人員看到都會打招呼，面帶笑容，這點我也覺得很好，客客氣氣的，賓至如歸的。就像你去迪士尼，看到笑臉相迎，互相客客氣氣就互相情緒價值給滿。
入住時候的遊船多少衹是個儀式感的點綴。我還以為是烏鎮那種必須通過船到達的，原來衹是繞湖一下。有點好笑不過酒店也考慮到炎熱夏天，登船時發了黃酒冷飲。
最後離店給的大鵝和黃酒作為離店禮物。小玩偶非常打動小朋友，玩偶之前衹在洲際收到過兩衹，這衹大鵝還挺有特色，璞祺，我本來記不起這個名字，但因為大鵝的腳蹼，pu，我現在記住店名了。
非常適合短暫小聚的度假酒店，棒
