The hotel has a good location and environment, and is convenient for dining and transportation. There is also free parking. Zack at the front desk is warm and thoughtful, and his service attitude is very good. I give it a thumbs up. The equipment and facilities in the room are very new, and the overall room is clean and comfortable. Service was excellent and always quick and responsive.
Location is perfect, train station right at doorstep, mall's and restaurants all around.
The only disappointment was the lack of amenities, for example, there is a nice kitchen, a kettlen but there are absolutely no cups, utensils or cookware. Guests have to buy your own. It should be clearly stated in booking form, as for places with kitchen, they always provided the kitchen wares.
The swimming pool wasn't ready till Aug/Sep.

There are a lot of parking spaces and the hotel room is very spacious.
The drinks in the refrigerator are free. It is very considerate to use paper cups to make hanging ear coffee and take them away. The reverse is not very environmentally friendly.
The room feels very comfortable and relaxing, the lighting is relatively simple and cannot be brighter.
There is a game room, which is still very good
There is an independent changing room in the room, but the seat is a bit too hidden to sit on.

The hotel here is not very good from the outside. The room inside will really be better than I thought, especially the quilt information is comparable to a five-star hotel, the quality is very good. CcheehooIntercity Shenzhen Guanggang is sort of a business hotel you would love to like after staying for a night or so. It's a pity that we were only here for 2 nights . Pricing is pretty reasonable and they had free supper everyday. If u like a neighborhood feel to the area then this hotel is suited for you as there are many local food options available. Outside the hotel is the entrance to the metro station so travelling everywhere to shenzhen is very convenient. The staff are also very attentive to your needs. Overall it has been a pleasant stay and I would highly recommend it, even for families.

HhsoongService was great and prompt. The hotel room was tidy a d clean, I felt comfortable however the aircon was not perfect. Or maybe it’s the city of Shenzhen. Everyone seems to be so hot yet the aircon temperature need to be reminded many times to be lowered.
It only happen in Crowne so far. Hence I’m still keeping my views on crowne plaza hotel.
Other than that. All are pretty fine.

SSusanWe spent Cristmas Day at the Intercontinental Dameisha in Shenzhen. A 40 minute Didi drive from Futian and the hotel has a private beach.. The hotel is modern and lovely. Check in was quick and smooth with an English speaking front desk. We received two complimentary breakfasts from the hotel. The breakfast is a mix of Western style and Chinese and was delicious - definitely reccommended. The rooms were comfy with a complimentary fruit bowl and lots of drinking water in the room. To my surprise the TV channels featured many English channel options. The beds were soft and comfortable, had a lovely bathroom and a small but nice balcony overlooking the sea and pool. The hotel also sports a fitness room, saunas and an indoor swimming pool, a childrens' playroom and more. It is also conveniently close to the Outlet store village. We had a pleasant stay. Only down side was that there weren't many Western restaurant options to choose from in the village, but if you don't mind Burger King, Macdonalds and Pizza Hut, you'll be fine. You can also eat at the hotel and be sure of a lovely meal at their restaurant.

AAnonymous UserI saw this Shenzhen Bay Beiyou Yifei Hotel on Ctrip 🕸️, and it had a lot of good reviews, so I booked this hotel. This was my first time staying at Shenzhen Bay Beiyou Yifei Hotel. I was a little disappointed when I saw the small service desk when I first entered the door, but the enthusiastic service of the waiter Zhou Zhou made me feel happy and warm. We didn't arrive at the hotel until 12 o'clock in the middle of the night, but Zhou Zhou checked in quickly. Seeing that we were older, he upgraded our room and introduced us to the dining time of the restaurant where we stayed. He was very enthusiastic and patient. Other waiters helped us adjust the TV and added wife, who were very responsible. In addition, this hotel has a lot of breakfast varieties, very rich, with both Chinese and Western food. It is a very good hotel.

ZZeethaThis is my second trip to Shenzhen in the past 20 years, and my friend (who I call Gege) has recommended this hotel. My flight was late at night; the receptionist barely understands English, but they love to help. My room was on the 4th floor. It was a mini single room type, but it has every facility I need. The room is clean—not that new, but more spacious than I thought. The only thing they don't provide here in this room type is a refrigerator. But it is fine with me. The breakfast is lovely. I tried everything except the congee because I didn't know how to order it. Oh, but you need to ask for the ”zhāo cháng quán” at the reception counter if you book the room that includes breakfast. It will serve from 7.30 a.m. until around 10 a.m.
I love the location of this hotel so much. It is located on the beautiful boulevard and just a few minutes away from OCT Loft, the art square. Lawson is just around the corner, as is the pharmacy, as well as some local restaurants. The Qiaocheng East Metro station is about 7 minutes away, but walking along the boulevard makes it feel like 3 minutes to me.
The housekeepers are nice. Actually, everyone at the hotel is. I mentioned the housekeeper because she cleans my room every day, and that's what I need from coming back to travel for a whole day, but I feel that it was extra clean as she changed my towel and put in new, clean amenities for me every day. I tried to communicate with her on my third day and showed her my appreciation for her work.
On my last day of staying at this hotel, I left a note on the bed, written in my bad handwriting in Chinese. I hope she will find it. The receptionist on that day also helped me call a taxi when my phone application was not working.
I love everything in this hotel. The price is reasonable. I won't say cheap. You get what you pay for, and for me, I got a little more than I expected. I'll be back once every year and will definitely book this hotel again.
If you are a solo traveler and looking for a lovely hotel in a nice location, not as busy in the city, and love the arts and a bit of strolling on the greenery boulevard, then H'Life Hotel (OCT Loft) or Huali Hotel is what you need. And booking with Trip.com is my best choice. My flight was cancelled once when the typhoon hit Shenzhen early this month. I had to cancel at the last minute, but I booked it with the free cancellation option. So, all was well. I got the refund later and then booked it again in the next 2 weeks.
So please keep your good quality and maintain this standard, and then I will come back and recommend people come here too. See you again next year!
