This sea view homestay really surprised me! The sea view room is spacious and bright, the floor-to-ceiling windows are great, the bed is super big and comfortable, the facilities are complete and equipped with advanced audio, my favorite! -Marshall
The front desk staff is warm and polite, and always meets my needs in the first time. The first floor is a coffee shop with a full atmosphere! The coffee tastes good too. Highly recommended! The accommodation experience here is excellent, eating, drinking and having fun are very convenient. The front desk can handle everything you need!

整體來說，民宿是不錯的，但以這個價格（$24,582/兩晚A棟共6間房）的民宿，我覺得需要做得更好一點，而且有些地方是必須improve。
首先，必須要嚴重地強調，民宿的玻璃窗隔音奇差，晚上樓下波托菲特酒吧（就正正A棟樓下酒吧），晚上直到凌晨2-3點仍然不會停止Live，又不會調低音量，連酒吧門也不關。在201房、202、301、302房簡直就像有人在耳邊唱歌一樣，完全地漠視樓上住客休息需要。如果這是一家與民宿無關的店，我覺得都算數，但屬民謠旗下，則完全不能接受。
到達前一日收到民宿短訊及致電聯絡後，互加微信方便聯繫，告知交通等資訊，管家凌晨都仍然回覆，而且回覆適時。
告知前往民宿前，管家已先開冷氣等候。到民宿後獲告知二樓201 及202房的泡池不能使用，我覺得應在app備註清楚。
另外民宿好像還沒有很完善地營運，雖然已開業一年以上，例如401房遙控器原先是不能用的；KTV房的電動麻雀枱又不能遠離喇叭（因找不到電源在房間另一端），打麻雀一係就好大聲，一係就KTV 要較細聲啲去遷就。
因為我住的是401房，所以主要反映401房內問題（不代表其他房間沒有問題）。首先房間鏡燈是不需自動感應，會影響人睡眠；第二，房間是沒有任何衣架、掛衣位置；第三，洗手間完全沒有放毛巾衣物位置（除座廁上）；第四，陽台上仍然有建築廢料未清理。
民宿優點：管家效率高、回應快，不論我提出要冷桶、保溫箱、燒烤加爐、陽台大雨傘等都很快處理好；另民宿位置優越，樓下應有盡有，沙灘只有數步之遙；民宿所用花灑座廁設施等都很好。
總括而言，如果不是晚間噪音這個問題，我會再次預訂；但現在這樣是絕對不了，即使價格減半包棟我都無福消受。
