Great
GGuest UserHad a great stay! After booking, they were very accommodating with their responses and all my questions. They were also able to provide everything I requested.
Upon arrival at the condo, the transaction at the front desk was very smooth since all the requirements were already prepared.
When we got to the room, it was super clean and smelled really nice. I loved the ambianceâŠ.it even had board games for entertainment, which was great for the kids.
If you prefer to cook, they also have a rice cooker, microwave, and even an electric kettle, plus utensils you can use.
We encountered a small issue where we couldnât go swimming since it was Sunday and the office was closed, but the owner emailed the hotel on our behalf so we could still swim. They even gave us a discount on our extension fee, hehe.
None of this would have been possible if the owner wasnât so responsive. Weâll definitely come back. Thank you so much, AC Haven!
Highly recommended and affordable!!! đđ»đŻ
Suggestion: Maybe you could add a water jug at least? Hehe. But all in all, it was a great stay.
AAnastasiia2004Wonderful apartment with everything you need! It's a 12-minute taxi ride from the airport. There are 24-hour cafes and shops downstairs (very convenient at 3 a.m.).
Special thanks for the minibar with snacks)))
We really enjoyed it, thank you!
GGuest UserThe staffs , services, room, and facilities were amazing. However , it would be great if they have more options for the breakfast buffet. I would highly recommend this hotel.
AAnonymous UserThe room is comportable for family of three and had a great view The staffs are helpful and welcoming. The place is perfect for exploring manila.
AAndy LondonThis is a lovely little hotel with supper friendly staff.
The swimming pool and garden are really nice considering it is in the middle of a city.
It is primarily a hotel for Filipinos, not many westerners there.
The only downside is the location, it is not easy to get to or from without a grab account
GGuest UserWe stayed at Asiatel to meet a friend. It was conveniently located nearby 3 of Nino Aquino Manila Airport. Location is its best attribute plus free luggage storage which travelers often need. There is an attached restaurant, other than that not many amenities; mostly a close convenient place to stay by the airport.
RRara MomijiWe booked this place just an hour before check-in due to a delayed flight, and it worked out well logistically. The location is right across from NAIA Terminal 3âperfect for short layovers or early morning departures. The check-in process was smooth, with someone meeting us in the lobby and walking us to the unit. We ended up extending for another night after our flight got rescheduled to the next day, and the host was very responsive and accommodating of our needs (eg drinking water, hand wash)
The room looked clean and well-maintained at first glance. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, and the bathroom had hot water. Wi-Fi was also excellent throughout our stay. The unit comes with appliances like a fridge and microwave, though we didnât use them.
However, the presence of small cockroaches in the bathroom (especially noticeable at night) was a downside. It detracted from an otherwise decent stay. Also worth noting: the property lacks a covered drop-off area. Since it was raining heavily, we had to request access to the basement so we wouldnât get drenchedâa workaround that worked, but not ideal. Security in the property were very strict, almost didnât let us through the basement.
Itâs quiet, accessible, and the service was commendable. But unless the pest issue is resolved, itâs hard to give this a full recommendation. If youâre only staying for the convenience of Terminal 3 and arenât too bothered by insects, it does the job.
GGuest UserFinding the Palm tree hotel from the airport was relatively easy, you just have to go up to the 4th floor, cross the pedestrian bridge and then turn left. The staff was very nice, however they did mess up my reservation and gave my booked room to someone else. They pretty quickly booked me a hotel across the street, which was fine. The sounds of the the highway are very loud but thatâs to be expected. Overall pretty good stay for a one night layover at manila airport.
AANNAI was satisfied with my stay in these apartments: convenient location to the SM Asia shopping center, very clean, everything you need for a comfortable stay is available, also a guarded area, a wonderful swimming pool with recreation areas.
