Great
EESMLThe hotel is very convenient and the location is so perfect. Staffs are very kind due to some water interruption during our previous stay, we were given a very good compensation. My only comment is the ice dispenser. But overall it is perfect.
MMR NOBODY76First stay here. Arrived around 12pm and met by Kierk. Received a warm welcome. Fortunately room was ready for me. Check in was a breeze. When I got into my room, my first impression was WOWWWWW! Big room with a sofa bed. Nice carpeted room with a big comfy bed and pillows. A set of soft and firm pillows. Big working desk and complete drink amenities. The shower needed some trial and error though. But I finally manage to adjust the hot water (there’s a safety knob). Strong and warm. Will definitely stay here again.
NnocheesepleaseThe hotel was modern, clean and the location was excellent! The hotel was located near attractions and they provide a shuttle service from the mall to the hotel. If you have a car, they also have free parking for guests.
The rooms had ample space, though the toiletries were basic and the towels looked old. I loved the rooftop pool/bar the view was fantastic and there was a nice breeze.
The service was superb as everyone was professional and kind. Would book again 👍
KKSENIIA ABEIDULINABest choice to stayed at this hotel. It's conveniently located near the airport and the largest shopping mall, the Mall of Aysha. The rooms are small but very comfortable, and most importantly, the hotel has an amazing rooftop. There's a swimming pool and plenty of outdoor chill areas. I always recommend this hotel to my friends!
GGuest UserWe got a really cheap deal thanks to trip.com (got the room for ₱1167) and can I tell you just how much of a steal this was? We booked the loft style rooms without windows. The lower living space was spacious and complete with a sofa bed and a table and some chairs. The bathroom was small and pretty cramped. The upper area was also pretty cramped if you're any taller than 5'3. The AC leaked and it made a puddle in one corner of the room. I wish I had been informed outside of the handwritten letter on the table.
The room was alright. The room is pretty small but it's cozy. The amenities make this hotel worth it for the deal we got. You have access to the rooftop which has stunning panoramic views of the city. The bar and pool have a price though.
Overall, I'd say I'm happy with my booking. If the same deal were to come again, I would surely stay over again.
SSvetlana SolnyshkinaFor this money, everything is great. The staff is great. The issues with luggage were resolved perfectly. The only thing I saw was a cockroach. It's good for an overnight stay between flights.
RRara MomijiWe booked this place just an hour before check-in due to a delayed flight, and it worked out well logistically. The location is right across from NAIA Terminal 3—perfect for short layovers or early morning departures. The check-in process was smooth, with someone meeting us in the lobby and walking us to the unit. We ended up extending for another night after our flight got rescheduled to the next day, and the host was very responsive and accommodating of our needs (eg drinking water, hand wash)
The room looked clean and well-maintained at first glance. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, and the bathroom had hot water. Wi-Fi was also excellent throughout our stay. The unit comes with appliances like a fridge and microwave, though we didn’t use them.
However, the presence of small cockroaches in the bathroom (especially noticeable at night) was a downside. It detracted from an otherwise decent stay. Also worth noting: the property lacks a covered drop-off area. Since it was raining heavily, we had to request access to the basement so we wouldn’t get drenched—a workaround that worked, but not ideal. Security in the property were very strict, almost didn’t let us through the basement.
It’s quiet, accessible, and the service was commendable. But unless the pest issue is resolved, it’s hard to give this a full recommendation. If you’re only staying for the convenience of Terminal 3 and aren’t too bothered by insects, it does the job.
BBrett& JenniferOur stay at Plam Tree once again was just as we expected, great friendly staff and service. Unit in excellent condition and great location near the airport and shop's. Will be back again as we have many times before.
RRichelle ManacopSo nice to stay at the Shore staycation. Very simple and the amenities is really necessary in times of need. Near at MOA riding the jeep had some fun because there's no kind of that transportation in Japan.
GGuest UserIts comfortable everything is good the only this g, unit has no rice cooker, no glass or cap and smell smoke of cigarettes and balcony is dirty and the cabinet is broken and a lot of electric stuff. And the other attendant came and we don’t know her she’s trying to come inside to the unit but she didn’t introducé herself and I didn’t let her in because I dont know her. And also we check out and called the caretaker Christel and ask the deposit to refund us but she only told me she’s still sleeping at 12noon and till now still we didn’t receive the deposit refund 🤣
