GGuest UserIf you're looking for a room that has a little bit of everything, then this is it! The condo is situated close to Mall of Asia, a 5-10 minute walk. The condo itself has a hot water shower, washing machine, microwave and electric stove, fridge and freezer and a smart TV. There is a double bed in the bedroom and sofa bed in the living room, I would say this unit is good for a maximum of 3 people. The property also has 5 swimming pools that can be used at a rate of 150 pesos per person per day, just contact the host for the day pass. The unit was clean and tidy and clean towels were provided along with shampoo and soap. The building also has various stores and restaurants located on the ground floor.
The host was very accommodating, allowing us to check in one hour earlier than the scheduled check in time. She was very responsive to messages via WhatsApp, and even messaged a few times to see how we were enjoying our stay. The hot water kettle did not work upon arrival, and this was replaced within 10 minutes of me messaging the host. Last but not least, I found the cost to be fair considering the location. I highly recommend this little gem!

GGuest UserThe community is very safe, swipe the card upstairs, the room is clean and tidy, there are tables, sofas and kitchens, there are also necessary Wi-Fi and pure water, the boss is very warm, very friendly to the Chinese! Nice!

GGuest UserWe arrived at around 9 PM and experienced some confusion regarding our room assignment. We contacted the number provided and they responded promptly, but due to the weak signal in the area, we had to step outside to complete the call. The staff assisting us also appeared to have some communication issues, which resulted in us being transferred from one location to another. Nevertheless, the overall experience was pleasant, the place was beautiful, and it was worth the stay. I would still choose to return in the future. Just a small advice: bring a towel and blanket, even if they’re thin, because I didn’t like the smell of their towel, it seemed too old.”
