JJohn Joshua Delos ReyesWe had a really great stay at Hotel Ava! The staff were very accommodating from start to finish, and the service exceeded our expectations. The room was clean, spacious, and well-kept. I was pleasantly surprised by the free breakfast—it was delicious and way better than expected. The WiFi was fast, toiletries were provided, and the jacuzzi was definitely a highlight since it was my first time experiencing that in a hotel. For the price, the quality of the stay is impressive. The mini chiller inside the room was also a big plus!
The only downsides were that there was no room number outside the garage (which made it a bit confusing at first), and there were no complimentary bottled water upon check-in.
Overall, a wonderful and affordable stay—I’d definitely recommend it and consider coming back.

GGuest UserSobrang panghi ng cr(Toilet has very unpleasant odor.), maybe because of poor plumbing, and no exhaust fan...Requested for a room change, but still there is unpleasant odor, so I just covered the toilet floor drain with the slipper provided to minimize the smell...Room is good...
화장실에서 매우 불쾌한 냄새가 나요. 아마도 배관이 제대로 되지 않았고 환풍기가 없어서 그럴 거예요... 방을 바꿔달라고 요청했지만 여전히 불쾌한 냄새가 나서 제공된 슬리퍼로 화장실 바닥 배수구를 덮어 냄새를 최소화했어요... 방은 좋아요...

I did not like:
- the flat is fairly outdated, regular maintenance and desire for quality of room would be expected
- the bed was damaged and affected the comfort
- the TV had suspicious blue shade on screen
- no coffee and tea in this price range, more value for money, please.

AAnonymous UserNot satisfied. 4PM na kami nagcheck-in wala yung room na binooked ko 1month before. Pinag-antay pa nakalagay sa booking details after 2pm pwede na magcheck in pero di pa din nakahanda ung room. Matagal ang service , bigla bigla nlng tatawag itatanong kung lumabas ba ang kasama ko hello just like may room number naman nakaka abala ng tulog plus nag aantay kami sa free b'fast included nila and kundi pa tawagan ndi nila bbigay agad. And need pa nila icheck if meron ba talaga ung binook ko like what ndi nila kabisado ang nakabook that day? plus ung toothpaste at shampoo my god sachet na nga lang tinipid pa sobrang liit lalo na ang sabon. Plus ung aircon almost 2hrs na ndi pa lumalamig, walang remote tatawag pansa receptionist ang tagal ng staff to check. Hindi malamig kahit naayos na.Hays never again SOGO.

GGuest UserThe location of the condominium is excellent within walking distance from the airport, but when booking you need to take into account that it is convenient to check in during the day. We had a late check-in and there were problems because it was difficult to contact the hostess. We checked in very late and were tired. The room was old, the bed linen, the air conditioning, the towels, everything was very old. The hotel was literally for one night. About the photographer
