CcharleleleHere is the place that where you wanna save your budget and wanna see a really nice view. The lobby its really elegant look and have alot of security around there so its really safe to live in. The room are really nice can sleep for 4 person. Its also very convenient which there are many restaurants and Alfamart around there. So no need to worry abt going so far to get food or other stuff which have to go supermarket to buy.
If you wanna go to MOA (Mall of Asia) you can just walk for 10~15min is really near 🫣 There has alot of zeepney so dosent have to worry abt the transportation too.

JJohn Joshua Delos ReyesWe had a really great stay at Hotel Ava! The staff were very accommodating from start to finish, and the service exceeded our expectations. The room was clean, spacious, and well-kept. I was pleasantly surprised by the free breakfast—it was delicious and way better than expected. The WiFi was fast, toiletries were provided, and the jacuzzi was definitely a highlight since it was my first time experiencing that in a hotel. For the price, the quality of the stay is impressive. The mini chiller inside the room was also a big plus!
The only downsides were that there was no room number outside the garage (which made it a bit confusing at first), and there were no complimentary bottled water upon check-in.
Overall, a wonderful and affordable stay—I’d definitely recommend it and consider coming back.

JJen OcampoNeely opened so the hotel is clean and new amenities. Yhis hotel will definitely improve once they fully opened. Had a great sleep and the suttle service to airport is fantastic. The driver was on time and I reached airport in 10mins.

AAmie24The place is 10 minute walk to runway Manila. There are so many restaurants and stores nearby. It is great for overnight stay for those who has layovers. There are basic needs such as soap, toothpaste, toothbrush, etc provided. The AC works well.

SSofiaExcellent location because it was only one night before heading to the airport. Very friendly service and quick check-in. The only downside was that there was no toilet paper and there were lots of small cockroaches in the bathroom.

GGuest UserThe location of the condominium is excellent within walking distance from the airport, but when booking you need to take into account that it is convenient to check in during the day. We had a late check-in and there were problems because it was difficult to contact the hostess. We checked in very late and were tired. The room was old, the bed linen, the air conditioning, the towels, everything was very old. The hotel was literally for one night. About the photographer
