Anyway so far so good..for us it is good kasi malapit sa mall and easy to go to moa too..for 5days in staycation in condo were good coz were safe naman po.. and the room is clean too then the security and sfaff were also good naman po..thank you and i will stay again when we were planning our next vacation in manila.. GODBLES

If MOA/ SMX Arena is where your destination is, this place is a mere 15 min walk there. Lots of restaurants at the bottom of the residence and Alfa marts everywhere. Very convenient location. However this unit though has a washing machine, but doesn’t provide drying rack. Residence rule does not allow for putting clothes on the railings. Found a couple of small cockroaches too in the unit. Apparently this is quite normal for this residence as warnings on cockroaches infestation is published in the lifts.

Check-In Experience The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The staff was welcoming and provided clear instructions about the amenities and rules of the condo, making me feel right at home. Accommodations The condo itself was beautifully decorated and well-maintained. The living space was spacious, featuring modern furnishings and large windows that filled the rooms with natural light. The kitchen was fully equipped, allowing me to prepare meals easily. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring restful nights. Amenities One of the highlights of my stay was the access to amenities. The pool area was clean and inviting, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploration. The fitness center was also well-equipped, making it convenient to maintain my workout routine. Location The location of the condo was ideal. It was within walking distance to several local attractions, restaurants, and shops. I appreciated the convenience of being able to explore the area without needing a car. Overall Experience Overall, my stay at Shore 2 tower 3 exceeded my expectations. The combination of comfort, amenities, and a great location made it a memorable trip. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant getaway.

Finally got transferred to a better room with the help of Bryan and ate Fe. No toilet leaks but a little concern with the shower drainage(manageable). Bigger refrigerator and stronger AC and better bed plus wife router in my room which is great. A little fixing on the 2 window handles that are broken or no handles. This condotel should really work on fixing their amenities.

We had a pleasant experience. Location close to MOA and airport. It was convenient for exploring nearby attractions and landmarks. Check in process was smooth and quick .The front desk staff were from Mindanao too. Overall its was a great stay for group travelers and big families.

We’re not satisfied with our 3 nights stay, location and amenities is great, we book feb 2 -5, cleaning just once, actually it’s not cleaning just changing the lines and towels, I ask for the toilet cleaner materials and cockroach spay,but the cleaner says nothing, on Feb 4 1:50 electricity cut off due to the disconnection notice. The owner didn’t pay since sept 2024. I won’t recommend this to anyone, though the Shore2 tower 1 is a nice residence, may try other condo owner just not to this House of Wu staycation agin. But I like the ambiance of Shore2 Tower1 guards ang receptionist are accommodating,.We have a nice view from the balcony.

It took time for the host to give the keys to us. Story time we checked in at night because our flight was late (host was informed), but upon arrival, we had to wait for about 30-45mins at the lobby bc apparently they were supposed to cancel our booking, but due to oversight they weren’t able to. We received no cancellation notification, so we assumed our stay was good to go. They had no choice i think, and decided to let us in. Nonetheless, the place has good access to spots. It’s walking distance to the airport and 10-15min ride to MOA arena via Grab. Room isn’t properly lit btw, lights are dim at night. TV has no working remote when we stayed. Cleanliness is okay. Wifi is also not so fast. Thankfully, we were still able to spend the new year and the neighborhood is such an experience! Good enough place for a short term stay. Looking back at our time at the Airbnb—it wasn’t just about the place, but the memories we made under that roof. So grateful we had that space to relax and just be together. Definitely a stay for the record books!

Seriously, if you're coming here, make sure to let them know in advance! I tried to contact them a day before my arrival, but they didn't read my messages and kept hanging up my calls. I ended up waiting in the lobby for an hour. Honestly, I really don't recommend this place. Despite all that, the stay itself was okay. Oh, and the bed smelled, so I had to ask them to change the covers. Also, Netflix wasn't working in the room.

The location of the condominium is excellent within walking distance from the airport, but when booking you need to take into account that it is convenient to check in during the day. We had a late check-in and there were problems because it was difficult to contact the hostess. We checked in very late and were tired. The room was old, the bed linen, the air conditioning, the towels, everything was very old. The hotel was literally for one night. About the photographer
