The bell service was welcoming and aided us in taking our luggage
Upon my check in the receptionist was very respectful , welcoming , addressed our issues regarding the room with ease
Once we reached our room faisal sulaiman from the bell service helped in delivering the bags , he was fun and made our night. During the breakfast time, an Arab lady that always stand infront of the dining room , I appreciated her that she remembered us and the table that we used to have our breakfast on , I was happy that the waiters pay attention to the details . Moreover , all the waiters were very helpful in aiding us with getting the food that we want , welcoming and smiling . I liked the atmosphere of the dining room , as if you are living in a palace !, Mr,Faizan was always asking about our health and how was our stay , he always made sure that our experience during the breakfast time was fantastic and to the upper limit . We received a hospitality by Mr.Turki from the reception , thank you for your generosity . While we checked out we asked the concierge for a golf car to drop us to via Riyadh they made sure that it arrives early , special thank to them . And during our last moment from our stay , the bell service were always that received us with a smile and farewell us with a smile . Thank you ritz Carlton for the experience

1118839****I think the location of the entire hotel is very convenient. It takes about 2 minutes to walk to the exhibition. If you are here on a business trip, it is actually a very good choice. Although the surrounding area is not relatively in the city center, there are still many places to eat and it is very convenient. There are coffee shops and supermarkets, and life is also very convenient. But in Saudi Arabia, you don’t need to walk, and it is best to have your own car, so this location is actually not too far away. I think this is a very good location, but I stayed here for more than ten days. The room the hotel gave me was directly facing the large terrace, where some people watch football at night, so I had to draw the curtains all the way, otherwise there would be privacy leaks. At first, I didn’t realize there were people downstairs. Only later did I see that there were so many people watching football there. I asked the hotel to help me change the room, but they may not have understood, so they kept saying that because I wanted a double bed, other The double beds are all similar in layout, so they didn't change them for me. However, in general, their service is quite good. It's just that the work pace in Saudi Arabia is slower, not as fast as in China, but there are people providing normal service. For parking, they can help us park for free, which is very convenient. The food in the hotel is actually quite expensive. If you order breakfast in advance, it costs about 100 yuan per person, and it will be more expensive if you order it separately, so I think the price is still on the high side. But anyway, for Saudi Arabia, the price is acceptable in one aspect. But if you have a choice, I suggest you eat out or bring some food that suits your taste. It's not expensive to buy it in the supermarket. Other things are relatively ordinary, but it is a very good hotel for business trips. If you are on vacation, I don't recommend choosing here, after all, it is not suitable for a vacation atmosphere.

The hotel staff provided warm and attentive service.
We booked a basic room and received a welcome card and local snacks. The hotel is filled with local charm and is a great choice for both business and leisure travelers.

ZZhonggongxiaoxinzongThe surrounding area is really bad; it's hard to find places to shop or eat, and you always need a taxi. The hotel's service attitude was also poor. I checked out a day early, and they refused to refund the price difference, even with Ctrip's intervention. What's more, I left a power bank worth over 300 RMB in the room, and they didn't bother to inform me, it was just overlooked! I ended up losing over 1000 RMB, including the room fee and power bank. I will never book a hotel under Accor again. Even as a Gold Accor member, I'm utterly disgusted with their hotels!

TTONGThe hotel is located in the north of Riyadh, the new district, like the development zones of some cities in China. There will be a king's financial district and many high-rise buildings under construction in the urban area. It only takes 15 minutes to get to the airport. But it is a bit far from the old town. The facilities of the hotel are very good, especially with a bathtub. There are no bathtubs in many international brand hotels in this desert city. The hotel's restaurant is also very good, the food and taste are very much like, the buffet has a lot of precious fruits, value for money.

The hotel has everything, services are good, breakfast has a full variety of dishes and the room I got was perfectly clean and with no issues.
I would 100% consider to book Haven Plaza for my next trip to Riyadh.

The hotel location is in a area under construction and there is a lot of dust.
There isn’t many visitors, therefore, the restaurant doesn’t prepare an open buffet, the bring the breakfast to your room according to what they have.
