An outstanding hotel experience. The hotel is genuinely excellent, with a prime and highly convenient location. The level of service is exceptionally refined and professional, reflecting genuine attention to detail and guest comfort. Sama inn is a budget hotel. So, we need to be prepared for every small room with a bed and just about space on both sides to walk. Table which has the kettle and all amenities. Small space to work with a small makeup seat to work. Sofa, which is not huge that leaves hardly any space to move. Otherwise, the room is neat. The bathroom is spacious. I got a room with a window, all the rooms don't have a window. Breakfast was decent with few options. Staff in general was friendly and assisted with most of the requests.

What a pleasant stay!! The hotel is new, clean, comfortable rooms and the service is exceptionally good. Friendly front desk, very attentive staff at the restaurant even the housekeeping staff is very helpful. I must commend the housekeeping for the super clean bathroom. Especially the shower. That is a first in a long time for me. The hotel is walking distance from the Kingdom tower. There is even a Meed shop on the way for any essentials. I will definitely recommend this hotel. We are looking forward to visiting again soon.

I did not know that the room did not have a window in the living room 105 . The view from the bedroom was the fire stairs, which was quite shocking. However, the cleanliness of the room was very good, and the receptionist was really nice. On the other hand, the location and other aspects were very good. The service is quite slow when requested late at night, but quick during the day. Overall, it is a good hotel, and I recommend it.

Very beautiful and clean, and the rooms are tidy. There's also parking available. However, I couldn't find the pool, and the location is very crowded.

Rooms are good with all the required amenities. Service is good. They clean rooms everyday but on intimation. There is smoke smell in our hall whenever neighbours smoked in their room and that was a great discomfort to me and my 10 month old kid. Car parking was an issue for us. There is no private parking for the property. Other than that we had a good stay for a week in the hotel.

I didn't realize that there are two Swiss Flora Hotels nearby so my taxi dropped me off at the wrong one, which was very frustrating for me as I was exhausted and sick. But the kind front desk agent offered me a free ride with the hotel vehicle to the correct one, which was just around the block. The hotel was very comfortable and the food at the restaurant was delicious (I had their traditional Saudi stew with rice and fresh squeezed orange juice) and the service was impeccable. The room was very comfortable with all the modern amenities as expected in any city hotel, but the room had a faint cigarette smell which I didn't like. I was too tired to change rooms, do I dealt with it. I asked for a wake up call at 2:30am which I did receive...thankfully!

It wan an amazing experience to stay at this hotel using all the facilities there and it was clean rooms and very wide !

The room is very spacious, comfortable and clean. About a ten minute walk to the metro station. Everything necessary was provided; toothbrush, toothpaste, shampy, shower gel, slippers, razors so that was handy. The downside is it was in a building site, with construction noise 24/7 and the surrounding streets dusty, sandy and filled with diggers, cranes and skips. In 2-3 years this area will be nice and modern but now it's a mess.
