Amazing
GGuest UserArrived at the hotel late, i found my room ready!
The room is clean, the staff are friendly and I loved the room design. Good choice for families.
NNand NExcellent staff — very friendly, courteous, and accommodating. We arrived well before check-in, and the team kindly arranged an early room, which was greatly appreciated.
I can’t thank the staff at check-in, the restaurant, and room service enough for their hospitality, kindness, and respect.
The room was large, clean, and well maintained, with a comfortable king bed, plenty of power outlets, quiet and efficient air-conditioning, and good amenities.
The buffet breakfast was very good, with daily variety, fresh juices, an omelette station cooked to order, a good bread selection, and decent machine coffee.
Location as with 15 to 20 minutes from all attractions and malls. Ubers and Bolt was ready available. Sky bridge was walkable during cold but would be a challenge during the hot season.
Down points:
• Premium room was expected to be on a higher floor, but the room faced the roof line with no view.
• Shower head would not stay in position and kept sliding down.
Overall, a pleasant stay with excellent service, with only minor room issues.
GGuest UserThe hotel is beautiful, excellent, and clean, with a good location. However, there was some bothersome noise from adjacent buildings due to ongoing construction. Water pressure was also low on the fifth floor. Furthermore, they don't offer a service to deliver items received at the front desk to the rooms. Despite my delivery being late and staff being present at reception, the receptionist, Musfer Al-Ghamdi, refused to bring it up, claiming it was against management policy.
GGuest UserThe reception was excellent and the staff were wonderful. The Arabic coffee was amazing, but the smell of cooking and frying was everywhere, clinging to clothes, making incense useless. The bathrooms smelled of smoke. The furniture was old, and some things weren't clean, like the holder for the papers. I had to change the towels and bed linen as soon as I checked in because they weren't good, and the towels were dark from wear and tear. However, a great feature is that they provide everything in the bathroom: toothpaste, loofahs, etc. They really, really need to provide earplugs because of the street noise.
MMadinaAmazing hotel!
Room is spacious, bed is soft and very comfortable. We kindly requested later check-out since we checked in after midnight, and they accommodated our request.
Room has a work table with stationery.
Good toiletries and comfy bathrobes are provided. Concierge service is outstanding.
The location is slightly far from all the main tourist attractions, so bear this in mind.
Will definitely stay here again if traveling to Riyadh.
SSunny XiongThe room was spacious, the environment was elegant, and the facilities were comprehensive. Breakfast was also quite decent. However, the value for money isn't great, but then again, in a place like Saudi Arabia, that's to be expected. Being so close to the airport already justifies part of the price. I was in and out so quickly that I didn't get a chance to enjoy many of the hotel's amenities. I hope to have another opportunity to visit. The hotel's bottled water was quite premium; I even took some with me when I left. 😂
HHchlukAs a result of a big delay in one of our flights, we missed the connecting flight, so we booked the Radisson near the airport for the night. We arrived at the hotel half an hour after we booked on trip.com. It was late and we were exhausted after the flight delay. The hotel couldn’t find our booking. I don’t know if it’s trip.com’s problem or the hotel’s but I suspect it’s the latter’s. It took us more than half an hour arguing with the hotel that we have a confirmed booking that has been prepaid. It was frustrating as it was nearly midnight. We were very disappointed with the reception. Luckily the room was ok.
HH Stefan BrachaI have no words to describe how good this hotel is
Itreally feels like a five star hotel
I am a retired physician and I am from Honolulu Hawaii so know hotels. and traveling through Scandinavia in much of the rest Europe and the UK of the last four years I’ve stayed in more than two dozen four star hotels.
And this one is easily is in the top 10%
The service is the best of any hotel I’ve ever been in. from the reception desk to the restaurant staff, to the cheerful people who efficiently run the coffee shop in the lobby etc.
The buffet is beyond belief and à la cart menu is extensive and available late into the night
i’ve been to several well-known Middle Eastern restaurants in London in Oxford UK the buffet here is better than any of them
The end hotel has the grandest lobby of all two dozen that I’ve seen for the last four years
And the location cannot be beat
I intended to only stay four days, but extended to three times that one reason was, I wanted to try all the dishes in the buffet at least twice. I was planning to try some of the recommended restaurants in town, but decided that it is unlikely that there will be any better than the this hotels restaurant.
I was trying hard to think of anything negative to say just to show some balance, but I cannot think of anything
This is the place to stay if you are in Riyadh
TTONGThe hotel is located in the north of Riyadh, the new district, like the development zones of some cities in China. There will be a king's financial district and many high-rise buildings under construction in the urban area. It only takes 15 minutes to get to the airport. But it is a bit far from the old town. The facilities of the hotel are very good, especially with a bathtub. There are no bathtubs in many international brand hotels in this desert city. The hotel's restaurant is also very good, the food and taste are very much like, the buffet has a lot of precious fruits, value for money.
