5-Star Hotels in Riyadh

During our stay, both Butler Kim and Butler Hani were incredibly kind, professional, and attentive. They made everything feel easy and comfortable from the moment we arrived. Kim, in particular, truly stood out. She was cheerful, warm, and very thoughtful, and even took the initiative to help my husband and me take beautiful photos, which meant so much to us. Her genuine care and positive energy made our experience feel personal rather than routine.

All facilities are very good, the sanitary environment is very comfortable, the view is very good, and the night view is beautiful. There is a luxurious and colorful shopping mall next to it. The whole hotel is also very luxurious, modern and elegant with gold glittering. The gym is great, and the view is very wide when you get up in the morning to exercise. The swimming pool is also beautiful.

We arrived in the early morning to check in. The front desk staff was very responsible. The next day we had to go to the airport to catch a flight after watching a football game, and time was very tight. The hotel concierge, Concierge bellman Ibrahim, gave us a lot of help, allowing us to watch the game without worry and take the hotel car to the airport. The hotel is a 20-minute drive from the airport. Arriving late at night is really like being in the Arab world for a thousand and one nights. The facilities are luxurious and the rooms are comfortable. The room service manager who understands Chinese in the lobby is particularly enthusiastic. In the morning, I was awakened by the pigeons outside the window and saw the sun in Riyadh more than 40 degrees. Breakfast was not bad.

The hotel is totally awesome with super friendly staff across all roles that make me feel the hospitality of Riyadh. The hotel is new with awesome view of the kingdom center. It is within 5 mins walk to the metro station and is closed to a shopping mall.

French decoration style, good service attitude and level, but the area is in the north of Riyadh, belonging to the new district, a bit out of the way

The room was great and spacious, and there weren't many Chinese guests. The front desk staff clearly remembered my room number and were very friendly. Breakfast was excellent, perfect for the Chinese palate. I'll definitely choose this place again when I visit Saudi Arabia next year! Every day, as soon as my taxi pulled up, a bellboy would be there to open the door and help with my luggage.

The breakfast is delicious and diverse, and the cocktail service is very fast and everything in the resort is beautiful and 🤍✨ is a very beautiful experience and I recommend it.
