Great
GGuest UserWe loved the overall experience as a family of four. It was only a short boat ride from Phuket. Although the beach was small, there was a private pool in our villa which we loved. We swam in the private pool when it was sunset. It was so pretty.
The majority of the staff was also incredibly friendly, with almost every service available 24/7.
Impressed by the friendliness of the staff at Naka Island Hotel. None of them went past us without smiling and greeting us, and almost everyone we met was ready to engage in little conversation to help us settle into the environment. It was so chilled all around, the surroundings and the accommodation, our nerves were rested for a good few days. Beautiful local excursions also available. We went on a little hike to Tad zoo beach which proved to be a little of an adventure because of the 30-min arduous walk for the kids. Once there, not only did we enjoy the beach chilled atmosphere, we got on jet skis with some discounts to the hotel prices too. Upon return to hotel, we jumped into the private pool overlooking the beach at sunset. An amazing experience hard to forget.
Breakfast was exquisite. It had the blend of modern western food and local Thai food. The noodles were delicious, broth was excellent. Got a shoulder and back massage free of charge at the entrance to the veranda restaurant (breakfast restaurant) - knowing how much it would cost, it made my day. Would recommend the Muay Thai to anyone seeking a workout with a touch of Thai culture. The instructor was friendly and funny. He identified my daughter’s talent in the sport. When we go back to HK, I will have another perspective to work on.
SSeanHe92The hotel's location is very close to the airport, but quite far from Patong, Karon, and other areas. A taxi ride costs around 200 RMB, so it's best to stay here at the beginning or end of your Phuket trip. There are no shops around the hotel; you'll need to take the hotel shuttle for about 10 minutes to reach a small town for shopping or dining. The hotel itself is a resort type, perfect for just relaxing on-site. The environment is nice, and the beach is uncrowded. Recommended if you're looking for a relaxing resort stay.

GGuest UserI do not normally write a review , but as a constant traveller across Asia, NOKU Phuket managed to pleasantly surprise me with its serene ambience, fabulous spa and more so by its extremly polite , very warm and very courteous staff.
Veritably a BRILLIANT refuge !
Will definately come again !

LlorelieestremosVery elegant hotel indeed. Convenient to restaurants, pharmacies, markets, 7/11 and all. Walking distance to Patong beach. Enjoyed my stay with a very comfortable and clean room, accommodating staff and a beautiful view from the rooftop pool. Highly recommended!!

CCaimogudeyeyeI'm not sure why the ratings are so low. The breakfast spread was quite extensive, with everything you'd expect. I was also surprised that you could snorkel right in front of the hotel! Getting around the hotel grounds was always by golf cart, and the response times were generally good. I really can't find many faults. It's a large house, maybe 4 stories high. The lowest floor might have some quirks; I noticed my friend's room didn't have a coffee maker but did have a dehumidifier, which was different from ours. Other than that, there wasn't much to complain about. We weren't really planning on just lounging in the room anyway, and there's a free shuttle to Kamala.

AAnonymous UserI stayed in Building D for 5 nights. I communicated my check-in requirements to the hotel in advance, and despite being in a bustling area, it was surprisingly quiet. The staff were all very welcoming and the hotel is quite large, so the shuttle service was very convenient, usually taking about 5 minutes. The dining areas are separate, which I personally think is safer and more reasonable. The hotel offers a wide range of entertainment facilities. Many thanks to all the staff. This will definitely be my first choice of hotel again next time.

LLiuyuan~Our family really loved our room during our Chinese New Year trip! 😍 It was very spacious. We booked a family room with a double-decker kids' area and a king bed. It could easily accommodate four adults – perfect for my parents and my two sisters. The room was clean and very comfortable. The bathroom and toilet were also excellent in terms of space and cleanliness. There was a large balcony overlooking the pool, which extended all the way to the beach – it had such a great vibe. We absolutely adored the overall facilities and environment.
In the evening, my elder daughter and I had a spa treatment. It was a bit pricey but acceptable 😁. The guy at the reception was very enthusiastic, and the overall service was great. My dad and younger daughter went to the soft play area, which makes this hotel ideal for family fun.
The scenery was spectacular. We visited on the first day of Chinese New Year, and they had a dragon dance 🐉, firecrackers 🧨, and gave out gifts 🎁 to the children. The kids had an absolute blast! Even though we were in Thailand, it felt very much like Chinese New Year.
There were yoga classes by the beach, but unfortunately, we didn't have time to join.
For service, I'd give it an 85 out of 100. 👍🏼 The front desk had a Chinese-speaking girl who was very thoughtful and helpful, and the doorman was also very polite. However, the restaurant staff and a female attendant folding towels by the pool felt a little lacking. While there wasn't anything overtly bad, their service just wasn't as comfortable as the rest. Everything else was excellent.
In summary: The hardware – scenery, accommodation, and cleanliness – was impeccable; the service still has room for improvement.

GGuest UserSpectacular views of the sea from the rooms make this resort a winner for feelings of peace and solitude. My room included a ceiling fan and a separate rain shower next to the bath tub. A massive free breakfast buffet starts the day for most guests, with changing options on a daily basis. Before breakfast I walked down the steep driveway to the private beach to swim either in the sea or the small pool next to it. At 7 am there is nobody around. One morning I took out a kayak (one hour free) which had stunning panoramic views. There are two swimming pools by the resort’s main building and both are delightful for swimming and relaxing.
Nothing much to do in the evening and the TV channel selection could be expanded with movie channels (e.g., HBO, Cinemax), educational channels like Discovery Asia, and nature channels like BBC Earth and Love Nature. I partook in a 90 minute herbal pack massage which was a bit pricy but very professional. Both lunch and dinner menus have sufficient variety of dishes and food quality was good. Staff were always helpful. In summary, Supalai Scenic Bay Resort is a wonderfully serene experience at a very reasonable room price.
