RichardDExcellent hotel, central in Georgetown. Superb service, top-notch fitness facility, very good restaurant. All the staff at the Four Seasons are super friendly and helpful. Rooms super quiet and very well appointed. I was happy to be upgraded and was able to use my Trip Coins to slightly lower the cost. Hope to be back again!

BunnykThe hotel's location is excellent, making it super convenient to visit the White House – the entrance queue is just across the street. Beyond the great location, there's not much else to rave about. 😂 The staff were incredibly cold; not a single smile, and even the room service operator had an icy tone. There was absolutely no sense of hospitality. The facilities are outdated; the hairdryer looked like it was from the last century, and the shower only had a fixed overhead head, which was really inconvenient for bathing a child. The pillows and mattress were uncomfortable, and the curtains didn't close properly, letting light in – overall, I didn't get a good night's sleep. Another baffling design flaw was how far the power outlets were from the countertops, making them extremely inconvenient to use.

Nico was super accommodating. He let us wheel our bikes straight back into our room so they didn’t have to stay outside. There were snacks and drinks out for us your arrival and he even made parking very simple for us. The garden out back was stocked with wood in the fire pit and a lighter. The location in Georgetown is within walking distance of all sort of shopping and eating destinations. We chose this place randomly only because my husband is called Poppy by our grandchildren. We got very lucky!

The hotel was so-so, a bit old. I don't remember much about it, I didn't even take many photos. The parking fee was extremely expensive. That's typical of hotels in the US. However, this hotel charged for half a day or a full day's parking each time you went out.

The location is very close to the famous street, the White House, a few minutes walk to Georgetown University, the health is also very good, the 1305 restaurant downstairs is very good and worth trying! As the most convenient mid-range hotel facilities from Georgetown University, it is also very good!

Anonymous UserThe hotel's location is excellent, right in the heart of the Noma district. There's a Harris Teeter supermarket just around the corner downstairs, and a Trader Joe's a few hundred meters north. The closest metro entrance is 100 meters away, and another is about 200 meters, with a 7-Eleven next to it. Noma, in general, is very new; the streets are clean, and it looks much newer than many other areas in DC. It feels quite safe at night, with many apartment buildings around, housing a lot of working professionals. There are also plenty of dining options, including fast food. The room was relatively quiet, with typical Hilton amenities, though some facilities showed a bit of wear and tear, which wasn't a major issue. The staff, mostly Black or South Asian, were polite, enthusiastic, and easy to communicate with.

The room is very good, the furniture and bedding are very new and clean, and it is tidy every day without tipping. In the end, we realized that when we gave a tip (it was the last day), we also gave each of my family of four bathrobes, disposable fur mops, and snacks. The common room I booked was automatically upgraded to a sea view twin room! The service at the front desk is also very thoughtful. You can answer any questions about bottled water for free. You can ask him how many bottles he wants, and you can drink lemonade and orange juice in the lobby. There is no time to swim in the heated swimming pool. The underground parking lot costs 10 knives an hour and 75 knives overnight. Wharf has a good environment for shopping and eating, and the sea breeze is comfortable. I strongly recommend this hotel!

The hotel is super close to many popular attractions, all within walking distance. There's a shared parking lot, but you can't park your car yourself; you have to leave it at the building's entrance for a hotel attendant to valet park it. The hotel itself is on the second floor, and there isn't a very noticeable sign downstairs. It's also near a subway station, making public transport to many places incredibly convenient. However, I did feel a bit unsafe in the evenings due to the perceived lack of security.
