Great
MMisaAnyway, the room was lovely, it was beautiful, there were curtains, and privacy could be protected. Wi-Fi crunchy. The atmosphere of the people who stayed was also good. The staff was also very kind. The bath drainage was a little bad.
GGuest UserThe location is nice and in the heart of the shopping center, 10 minutes walk to the Cologne Central Station and the famous Cathedral, the room was clean, amenities was good, only in the night we felt cold even though the heater was on, but luckily we got extra blanket 😊😊, all of the staff are really friendly and helpful, we were allowed to have early checkin around 11.39AM, otherwise the customers can also let the luggage by the receptionist before the checkin time.

Very Good
AAnonymous UserThe location is perfect, only few minutes walk from the central station. The staff was also nice and friendly, enough support. And there is dryer available, which was nice.
But overall, the room and corridor looks really like a prison or hospital, not at all giving the vibe of holiday stay...
Luggage storage was available for free! we can store luggage until 11pm on the day of check out.
There was no kitchen.
There is locker OUTSIDE the room, which is so weird. We need to use our own padlock to lock the locker but most of them were occupied or not working (broken). Even with the padlock, it could be open easily so I did not use the locker. It seemed there is not enough number of lockers available compared to the number of the rooms and beds, at least lockers that are not broken.
There is no curtain no privacy, even is a mixed gender room. It really feeled like a jail or something. The bedside light is too bright so that if one of us turn it on, the whole room could be bright enough, which is ridiculous. Also the sound proof was terrible that we can hear people outside singing, screaming and DJ-ing midnight, even with our windows and curtains closed. The sound of closing the door was so loud and the door seemed half broken. Also we could hear people talking in the corridor.
The shower and toilet were also outside the room and they smelled so bad. Did not feel clean.
FFelixWang. The room was spacious and bright, with a minimalist yet stylish decor. It was immaculately clean, with no strange odors or dust in any corners. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the pillows were just the right height, making for a truly relaxing sleep and significantly improving my sleep quality overnight. All the in-room facilities were excellent – the air conditioning, bathroom, and Wi-Fi all worked perfectly. The hot water was fast and consistent, and the toiletries were of good quality, meaning I didn't need to bring my own. The convenience of the stay was top-notch.
The hotel's public areas were clean and quiet, and the soundproofing was also excellent.
GGuest UserSmoke smell in the room and in the common parts. A woman in the neighbouring room, apparently working in this hotel, who always spoke hard by the phone, shut her door, and most importantly heard her toss every 30 seconds. The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable, and the hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable.
EErfolg_mjPlease look carefully at the names before you go. I didn't know there were two.
It's Riehl, but I went to Deutz and spent an hour going back and forth.
But I'm so lucky!!! It's a group of 4.
There were no reservations on the day, so I used it alone!!! :)
What's disappointing is that there are no amenities and the location is a bit far from the city center.
I am very satisfied with the rest of the price, cleanliness, service, and luggage storage!!!
I plan to go again next time :)
I totally recommend it!
BBilal shinwariI had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were amazing – very friendly and helpful. The place was quiet, clean, and had everything I needed. The location was also convenient, close to the airport with restaurants and shops nearby. The only thing to keep in mind is that there’s no fan or AC, so it might get a bit warm during summer, but for me, it was perfect. Overall, a very good experience and I’d definitely recommend it.
