Amazing, kind, professional, nostalgic. Staying with Raden Patah was one of the highlights of my 2-month trip back to Java. It is a perfect combination of true Indonesian hospitality with international standards. I especially loved having my morning coffee in the courtyard, listening to the keroncong ... Came there to find out that my room has been cancelled. Their reason was because they are in partnership with OYO and a lot of rooms has been canceled by the ”system” so there were no rooms left for me to check in that day. They had already had a substitute hotel which I rejected. I requested a refund in cash and they refused. They promised that the refund will be done via Trip app but when asked how does the refund work, no one could explain. Finally I asked them again about the room availability because I was sure that they had at least a couple of rooms available. I told them that it was their responsibility to provide me with a room, even if the ones available are more expensive than what I have paid for. Suddenly they apologised and told me that a room was available, exactly like the one I had paid for. The rest of the stay was great. I wish to come back and visit the hotel, hoping that such suspicious experience will not be repeated in my next visit.

The hotel room was clean and the atmosphere was quite peaceful. The front desk service was friendly and efficient. It's also close to my workplace.

It has clean room with blanket and towel inside. The bed was comfortable and the table has mirror as well. Would suggest to wipe the mirror so it will be clearer. Mineral water didn’t included. The lady landlord was very friendly. The lady allowed me to check in earlier. When i checked out, she greeted me and said bye. Very hospitable. The location is quite far from the main road so make sure to have stuff you need during the night or during your stay at the property. I had a good stay here, and as far as I know, this is the only property near UNNES that available on Trip.com. Thank

At first I wanted to cancel because the trip was out of the planned time. But finally locked and the hotel was very helpful with adding our checkout time. Finally, Kamj add more as soon as possible. Thanks yaaa..

A nice affordable place to stay. The location is the best thing about the hotel. It's located in the middle of the city and you can go to the main attractions easily from the hotel. Also, I like the room service. They clean the room every day. They change the towels and wipe the room clean every day. The downside is probably just the size of the room. We booked a room for 3 people, and while the room can accommodate 3 people, but it was just too cramped with all our stuffs 🤣 So yeah, the room is small, but everything aside, it was a decent stay!

The best budget hotel in SMG in terms of price and location, it deserves 5 stars the service is also friendly there is a lift to go up to the upper floors the room is clean, fragrant, no cigarette smell the amenities are quite good the shower is smooth even though the hot water is still lacking, the flush is also strong highly recommended for the price of 100k ++

Got room 109, the room was clean, the hotel atmosphere was calm, the car was often wiped by the security guard... The downside is the parking area is lacking, but you can still park on the side of the road.
