AAnonymous UserTried out a new hotel that went viral. It's located right in the old town area. Perhaps because it's new, the cleanliness, facilities, and service are still well-maintained. The room was comfortable and very nice. Unfortunately, it uses standard air conditioning (not indoor air conditioning), so it feels like a regular room.

RRezcoBooked here last minute and they delivered all of my request. Room is clean, bed sheet is fresh (that is very important), and the bed is hard and pleasant to sleep on. Had very good rest after long day meeting. However they could have got 5 stars if only they check their water flow of the shower. The water was very little and slow that was the only thing that i couldnโt enjoy.

GGuest UserThe hotel is conveniently located with a shopping mall right across the street. The breakfast spread is abundant and varied, and the service is warm and friendly. The only downsides are that the air conditioning can be a bit noisy at night and the bathroom is relatively small.

GGuest UserThe hotel facilities are a bit old, and the bathroom only has a bathtub. The soundproofing isn't great; you can hear motorcycles roaring down the street at night. However, the service is good. The hotel Wi-Fi can be a bit unreliable, and they only provide large bath towels, no face towels. The bedding also seems a bit old. On the bright side, the desk design is very clever and well-suited for working.

It's conveniently located on Gajah Mada Street in the heart of Semarang, close to the iconic Simpang Lima intersection. With plenty of restaurants nearby, it's super easy to get around for dining or sightseeing.

While I prefer not to identify the individual, I suggest that both personal and staff-wide training initiatives be considered to enhance the guest experience.
