Overall, both the service and cleanliness are good But for couples, it's not quite worth it because the sound leaks, sometimes we can hear people coming in and out of the room hahaha even though we're watching a movie

The hotel has a great design. Although the rooms are small, the beds and pillows are clean and comfortable. You can watch the sunrise and sunset from the rooftop. The downsides are that there is no elevator, the staff is not well-trained, there is no restaurant, the parking lot is very small, and there are no slippers in the rooms.

This was my first time staying at Khas Semarang. I arrived around 12 pm and the hotel was very crowded because there was an event that day. The staff told me check-in was only at 2 pm, which is fine, but the problem was there were basically no seats available in the lobby to wait. They suggested I sit in the restaurant instead. Honestly that felt a bit strange since it’s Ramadan and people are fasting. Anyway, as a local I didn’t really mind, so I just went to Paragon Mall which is about 10 minutes away to kill some time. The room itself was quite clean and had all the basic amenities, so no issue there. For sahur, I requested breakfast to be delivered at 3 am. It only arrived around 3:30 am. When I asked the staff why it was late, they said they had to deliver to more than 20 rooms first. That made me wonder why they don’t just open a simple sahur buffet to make things easier for everyone. The soto was actually nice, but unfortunately it was already cold by the time it arrived. Food overall was decent. One thing I like about this hotel is the location. There are quite a few nice cafés around and many of them are open 24 hours, so it’s easy to find somewhere to hang out late at night if you want.

After a busy day, I can simply walk into the shopping mall to enjoy a good meal or do some shopping before returning to my room. Its unbeatable location next to the shopping mall and its excellent value for money make it my first choice every time I visit. This hotel has a unique and pleasant interior. The location is very strategic. The rooms are also comfortable and spacious. Generally, the cleanliness is good. However, there were some stains on the bed sheets. We checked, and the bed sheets had already been changed, but the stains were still there after coming from the laundry. Perhaps they could cross-check this with their laundry vendor. Even after we asked for new ones from housekeeping, they were in the same condition. Another minor point for me is the complimentary drinking water. It seems to be water from a dispenser (we don't know if it's refilled or not) served in a jug, not bottled mineral water. That's a bit odd for a 4-star hotel standard. But overall, it's okay.

My first stay at this hotel was quite unpleasant. I was given a room at the very end of the hall, and the cleanliness was subpar. There were a lot of mosquitoes, and the bed sheets and pillowcases weren't clean; it seemed like they hadn't been changed after the previous checkout, as there was a lingering smell of hair oil on the pillowcase. I tried to report it and asked the staff, but they insisted they had been changed. The water pressure from the sink faucet was extremely low, and the first flush of the toilet was very dark, like drain water, so I had to let it run for a while before I could use it.

Great hotel actually, nice pool and breakfast, but the building and interior is a little bit old that I’m not really into it. Many cracks at the wall and floor that not looks good. Its located in a local residences, not too close to the center of the city.

The hotel design was aesthetic and can see javanese culture.. Love it. My kids also love the hotel and the staff is really friendly. The service also excellent. Oh ya, the breakfast buffet is great and kids meal friendly . Will stay here again in the future 🥰🥰
