3-Star Hotels in Lisbon

The hotel's location is excellent. It's slightly removed from the main tourist attractions, which makes it very pleasant and quiet. There are no inconveniences as it's close to a plaza, a park, a department store, and a subway station. Getting to the main tourist spots is also very easy from here. Highly recommended!

I loved my stay at the Star Inn Lisbon Airport. I did not have a lot of expectations going in because it was just an airport hotel, but I was pleasantly surprised by my experience there. They served breakfast from 2 a.m. to 11 a.m., taking care of those who had an early flight to catch. The staff members were friendly and helpful, and I especially liked the experience at the bar. You could opt to take the drinks back to your room and enjoy them, or you could sit comfortably inside the dining area.

We have a great stay at the 7 hotel. We definitely return and recommend the place to everyone we know who will visit Lisbon. Everything was perfect for our 3 nights stay. My mom was sick, so we spend most of the time in the room and there was no problem. The room, even though not super big, however, has everything we needed. More than enough supplies of toilets and kitchen amenities. The bathroom is also functioning. I wish there could be a hanger for face cleaning and shampoo, I saw there maybe use to be one but it’s broken, hopefully the hotel repair them soon. The location couldn’t be better, it’s near to Santa Justa elevator and Baixa metro was just step away. Shopping street and bus stop was right in front. We were right in the city center, yet the noise wasn’t so much. We sleep perfectly. On the arrival day, we arrived at 14.00PM after the long 24 hours and 3 connecting flights. The staff are very kind to let us in early for an hour which was really appreciated. On the check out date, we also able to check out 15 mins late which was great too. We book with breakfast included, I love the pancakes and my mom just love the hot scramble eggs, sourdough and watermelon. Even though, the choices wasn’t a lot like a lot, but everything was tasty. Overall, recommended

Our room was a top-floor suite. One bedroom had two beds, and the living room had a double sofa bed. The bathroom was equipped with towels and a 3-in-1 body wash, shampoo, and hand soap. There was a hairdryer, but no toothbrush or toothpaste. The entire suite felt very new and clean, probably recently renovated. There's a small balcony where you can enjoy drinks and conversation with friends, and the view is quite nice. The hotel offers a self-service breakfast for an additional fee, and the food was good and hot. It's a basic Western breakfast with a sufficient variety of dishes. The staff were all very friendly. The location is also quite close to the city center, but without the noise of being right in the middle of it. It's about a 20-minute walk from the hotel to the city center, with many restaurants along the way. Getting to the hotel from the airport by metro, transferring to the red line and then the green line, was actually very convenient. The hotel is just a 3-minute walk from the metro station.

Pros: The public area on the first basement level is huge, and the kitchen is also very large, connecting to a garden, which is lovely. Cons: There are only shared restrooms and showers. The showers are push-button style, so you have to keep pressing them. However, there are several restrooms and showers on each floor, which is quite sufficient, and I didn't have to queue. Location: There are quite a few slopes nearby; you'll need to walk uphill from the subway station. If you have a lot of luggage, I recommend taking a taxi. Cleanliness: Good, very clean.

On a busy street, it’s not very quiet, but you can wear earplugs. Your experience depends on the other travelers, of course, if they are considerate. The staff is very nice and accommodating. The reason I like this place is because it has a lot of character. It’s a turn-of-the-last century, 1890s palace, with very fancy ceilings, parquet wooden floors, and a marble floor lobby. It’s a real palace, one of many in Portugal! In 1914 it was rented to the Swiss Ambassador of Portugal. Although the place is quite dated now, it still has a lot of class. If you have a little more money, you can rent a small suite, higher up and quieter, also with credit card points (free or almost ). Unfortunately the internet only works in the lobby if you have a mobile phone. It seems to work fine for iPads and computers, strangely enough. It has a kitchen and washer / dryer. The fridge is old-style retro, as well as the deco in the whole hotel / hostel. (small fridge, but it does have a small freezer, too.) The place has a restaurant, which is popular. If you eat a large breakfast you can include it with your rent, it costs about 9€ (I don’t , so the kitchen was fine – modern electric stove top, microwave – no oven!) The top bunk of a three-tiered system is fairly safe, as it has steps, instead of ladder rungs. It has wooden lockers (bring your own lock) and small boxes, hidden in the stairs at every bed level. Not for the faint of heart or those afraid of heights… or those who can’t do stairs. Two flights of stairs up! Shared rooms on first and second floors, kitchen is on the first. No elevator to the shared rooms, unlike the suites.

Overall positive stay, but a concerning incident during the night. Comment: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay despite a major incident during the night. Pros: We were very lucky to be able to check in as early as 12:30 PM. The hotel staff was welcoming and professional. The room itself was perfect: very clean, modern, and very well-equipped (kettle, fridge, coffee machine, shower products, and functional air conditioning). Areas for improvement: Upon arriving in our room, it unfortunately hadn't been cleaned yet. I had to go back to the reception (about a 2-minute walk) to get the correct key, which was quickly resolved. However, our night was spoiled by a disturbing event: at 1:45 AM, someone started knocking insistently on our door and the surrounding area. As the neighborhood seemed a bit suspicious to us ('shady'), we were very scared and couldn't get back to sleep afterward. It's a shame, as everything else was impeccable.

Lovely little studio with great facilities for a short stay. It's quite small ....or cozy if you prefer but has most things you need. The staff at reception over the road were friendly and although the area isn't the prettiest there are some good cafes & bistros nearby and its right next to the Metro.

This hostel is located about 3km walk from the center city, but does have some close by attractions (such as the Jeronimo's Monetary) The room is extremely small, if you seat on the edge of the bed and try to stretch your legs, you'll most likely hit the wall. We had our room replaced, as the first room had zero privacy for the toilet and the second room gave the illusion of privacy (as you can see in photos) We've not seen any of the management, as everything is done thru WhatsApp to contact them and they will respond. Breakfast was OK, it had a bit of choices but there was more cakes and cookies then actual food.
