The hotel on the last day of our road trip was surprisingly excellent in terms of location, parking, food, service, and ambiance. It felt like every service was provided without regard to cost, making it highly recommended. Located in the old town of Hiada, it's within walking distance of restaurants, Fado shows, metro stations, and the Citywalk shopping street. The hotel is easily accessible, with a small square for temporary parking in front and valet parking available at the front desk. While breakfast is à la carte, it's quick to prepare and offers a wide variety of delicious options; room service is also available. The basement has a charming little museum, a gym, and a large bar – all thoughtfully designed. Various value-for-money services are available at different times, including Citywalk, a complimentary minibar, and readily available snacks, fruits, and wines. The rooms are well-laid out and aesthetically pleasing, with a relaxing shower area featuring lighting and music. Amenities are Molton Brown from the UK, and all drinks in the refrigerator are complimentary.

The room had a nice, relaxing atmosphere. I had requested a room with a bathtub, and had checked in advance which rooms had a bathtub, but unfortunately there were none available on the day, so I ended up with just a shower, which was disappointing. Other than that, it was very good.

The location is excellent, the reception, hygiene and services are all very good, except that the room is slightly small. It's very convenient to go out and walk around. There is French Veal downstairs, so it's best to make a reservation in advance. The dessert shop in the hotel is also delicious, not too sweet, and is worth a try. Breakfast is a la carte and very rich. Staying for two days can save a lot of money.

Guest UserAbsolutely fantastic stay at Martinhal Lisboa Oriente. We booked a studio at this aparhotel for 4 nights. Spacious n clean. WiFi works steady. Breakfast is included with a very good selection of fruits, bread, cereal n hot items. Customer service is good here too.
It is abt 1 km to one of the train stations in Lisboa, which is Oriente station. As such, it is very convenient for us to take the train to Sintra n Porto. However, it is a bit farther away from Alfama n Baixa n all the other interesting neighborhoods with shops n restaurants n cafes. May be 8-9 kms or 10 euros Uber drive away??
All in all, Martinhal is still highly recommended. I wld not hesitate to stay here again were I visit Lisbon next time.

This is the second time I have stayed in this hotel. The time difference between the first time and the first time is quite long, because the time difference is only eight days. When I came back, the room was smaller and I had to stay on the 1st floor. The attitude was average and the sanitary products in the room were often forgotten to be updated. I stayed there for five days and had to ask every day if I had forgotten to change the sanitary equipment. Because I often forget to ask for a taxi before I leave, there is no helper to take my luggage to the taxi. I will not stay in this hotel again next time!

We had a great stay at Sheraton Lisboa! The location is super convenient—just a short drive from the airport and within easy reach of Lisbon’s main attractions. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with large windows offering beautiful city views. The bed? Super comfy after a long day of exploring!
Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and check-in/check-out was smooth and efficient. We also appreciated the variety at the breakfast buffet—fresh, delicious, and something for everyone.
Special mention to the spa and gym facilities—they were top-notch. After a full day of sightseeing, it was a treat to unwind there.
Only minor downside was that the decor is slightly dated in some areas, but overall, it’s well-maintained and has that classic Sheraton charm.
Would definitely recommend it for a comfortable and relaxing stay in Lisbon

Every aspect of our time was stellar at the palace!
The extraordinary service began with Maria at the front desk and Luke helping us ladies get settled with all of our bags. Our rooms had views of the manicured gardens with mosaic walking paths. We opened our window for the cool breeze and was serenaded by a multitude of birdsong. Lunch was unique and flavorful at the Lake House. Dinner was in the bar lounge with the most decadent, flavorful brownie in the world!
Morning breakfast in the parlor has so many delightful choices to fit the palates and dietary needs of any guest. Sarah provided a personal tour of the palace. She was full of historical facts and knowledge of the family dynasty. Sarah and other staff also excelled as a hosts and concierge. A shout out is deserved to all staff who worked tirelessly to make such a stay effortless by providing comfortable accomodations and pampers each guest.

Nice room decor but wonder no tea bags provided in room. No bottle water provided and required guest to take water in the water dispenser at each floor. Mean to early check-in. Swimming pool is actually smaller than the photo displayed.

It was very nice. I stayed for two days to visit Cabo da Roca and stroll along the beach. Although it's a bit far from the city center, it's only a ten-minute taxi ride, so it's quite convenient. The hotel is small but beautiful, exquisite and compact, and even has electrically controlled curtains, which is quite rare.

The hotel is a convenient 10-minute walk from Avenida da Liberdade, but it's a bit far from the old town, so you'll need to take a bus or a taxi to get there. The room came with standard disposable slippers and even a capsule coffee machine. Overall, the facilities are quite good.
