"Excellent location - It was just a few minutes' walk from the metro station and very close to Parque Eduardo VII, where the Christmas market was (and I enjoyed it very much!).
The staff were very friendly and helpful. I encountered some problems on arrival, and they sorted them out immediately. Give them a bug thumbs up.
The facilities were basic but had everything I needed. Given such a cheap price, I won't ask for more.
I felt a bit cold at night even though I had a hot water bottle. I was staying on the top floor and it was December (I feel cold easily anyway). Maybe they can try to make it warmer?"

"On the first night, the room provided did not match my original reservation, and it was only on the second night that I was moved to the correct room. However, The staff were exceptionally attentive and eager to assist.
The room itself was spacious, with strong water pressure, and body lotion was provided. For breakfast, there were egg tarts available on some days, though they were slightly too sweet for my taste. Overall, the breakfast selection was quite comprehensive and offered almost everything one might wish to have. In particular, the male staff member in the breakfast room provided excellent service and took great care of the guests."

"Good hotel with a very convenient location, basically next to the main train station. All the shampoo, body wash and lotions are from Rituals, which is good quality and definitely a plus.
Breakfast was decent but nothing outstanding and pretty ordinary, though we later understood its quite common with other hotels in Portugal.
Staff was friendly and welcoming."

"It's about a 5-minute walk from the subway station, and you can take an elevator to get in and out. The room is clean and tidy, and there's a kitchen where you can cook your own meals. "The hotel is very close to the metro station, which is great. It's located right on Liberty Avenue, and the surrounding area is nice. The hotel itself is in an older building facing the street, so it feels a bit dated. The facilities are quite old, and the bathroom is small, but the price is also very affordable."

"The location is very convenient, close to the subway entrance. The newly renovated room has convenient facilities, good hot water, and comfortable beds. "The breakfast was very good, the service was also good.
The rooms were not equal to the 3 I booked, one was spacious and had coffee machine the other two very small nor a bottle of water had, had to ask in the receipt with a 10-euro deposit, I'll leave photo.
The noise is another negative aspect, both of the planes and of the water pipes and corridors."

TTomazzI recently stayed at Hotel Lumen and had a really great experience. The service was outstanding – the staff were friendly, helpful and always ready to assist with a smile. The rooms are delightfully spacious and modern, much larger than what you usually find, with comfortable king size bed.
The bar deserves a special mention:
they serve excellent drinks and cocktails, perfect for unwinding in the evening at also to see the lightshow from or going out to the patio
Location-wise, it's very convenient depending on your plans – close to metro and within easy reach of both the city center and other areas.
Overall, highly recommended for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is not located in the city, but there is a subway station that takes ten minutes' walk to the old city. It is also very convenient because there is no taxi in the city to go to the airport. The breakfast in the hotel is very good, the variety is rich and the quality is good, and the service is particularly good. SANA is a local hotel chain in Portugal, and its quality and service are quite guaranteed. The hotel is located on the flight network where planes land and take off, but the soundproofing in the room is good, which is perfect if you want to watch and take pictures of planes.

GGuest UserThe room is spacious. Clean and has good amenities. It smelled bad inside the elevator all the time. The lobby isn't very present with dirty floors. Breakfast was average. The location was good for me, but a few metro stops away from the touristy spots. But it's a safe location w plenty of other hotel chains, office buildings and restaurants.

I was a little apprehensive because I saw a lot of comments about the area where the apartments are located and I didn't see anything wrong with the ”men on the stairs”. They were just drinking and having fun. They didn't even look at us or intimidate us. And we arrived very late because we went out to enjoy ourselves a bit.
The apartment is excellent, super clean, smells impeccable.

AAnonymous UserGiven the price, some of the issues are somewhat understandable, but the facility was significantly more dilapidated than shown in the photos, and it had a distinct odor. I was looking for an inexpensive private room, but if I had known the extent of its condition, I absolutely would have spent more money to book a different place. The chair cushions were falling apart, and the old window wouldn't open or close properly. The clothes hangers themselves looked like salvaged, dented, and paint-peeling items.

SSefy LevyThis hostel is located about 3km walk from the center city, but does have some close by attractions (such as the Jeronimo's Monetary)
The room is extremely small, if you seat on the edge of the bed and try to stretch your legs, you'll most likely hit the wall.
We had our room replaced, as the first room had zero privacy for the toilet and the second room gave the illusion of privacy (as you can see in photos)
We've not seen any of the management, as everything is done thru WhatsApp to contact them and they will respond.
Breakfast was OK, it had a bit of choices but there was more cakes and cookies then actual food.
