The reception is on the second floor and there is no elevator up there, so you have to lift your suitcases yourself, but there is an elevator from the second floor onwards. The hotel's concept is to cherish and utilize old things unique to overseas destinations, so you will inevitably hear noises from other rooms (especially toilets and showers). If you don't like the retro feel, I wouldn't recommend this hotel. The location is great, just a 10-minute walk from Ala Moana Center, and it's also possible to walk back from the farthest part of Waikiki. I think this hotel's convenience will be more appreciated by guests who plan to stroll around rather than swim in the ocean. I felt that the amount of the tip made a big difference in the level of care taken. On my last day, I only had one dollar bills and left several before leaving, but it seemed they thought I only had one dollar bills, so they didn't accept them, and the coffee capsules were never refilled. There were a few minor issues, but overall I was pleased with this hotel.

初めてのハワイ旅行で利用 雰囲気がホテルにはないローカルハワイの雰囲気を感じられる所で素敵でした。 ワイキキビーチ周囲の観光名所全部に行きやすく立地面最強です。部屋内のアメニティは2人で利用するには少し少なめですが持ってきてたので問題ないです。 ホテル内のビーチや併設のバーはとても雰囲気があり素敵です。室内も清潔感がありました。1階のフロント近くの部屋でしたが、併設のバーが近くにあることもあり夜外の人の話し声が聞こえるのは気になりました。ビーチチェアーを無料で貸し出しはありがたい。スタッフの人も気さくで丁寧でよかったです。 英語のみですがボディーラングエッジでなんとかなります

An excellent hotel with good staffs and services, the location is very close to Waikiki beach and it is very convenient to get to shopping malls and restaurants. Although the room is not big, the facilities are enough and it is neat. The only thing is that if u rent a car and wanna park into the hotel, u have to use their valet parking which I feel a bit inconvenient.

The location is great! It was a perfect place for those who want to enjoy the sea main! It's a compact hotel, so you can get something immediately even if you forget something, and you're very satisfied! I'm glad that it's right in front of the pink shuttle bus stop. I don't have any trouble shopping or eating!

Took 40 mins for the shuttle to arrive, was given breakfast voucher but left too early the next morning. WIFI was very unstable, which was incredibly frustrating. The staff members were very nice, the room was old but very clean. Ok for a sleep before you go to te airport next day.

We travel 3-5 times a year from Maui, and love staying at the Best Western Plaza Hotel. The staff is great, my daughter loves the pool, and we love waking up and going down to get breakfast every morning.

I would definitely book Twin Fin again! Perfect location, clean, staff was wonderful! They took very good care of us booking tours with explicit information to get us where we needed to be! I also love that you can check out paddle boards, body boards etc for free! It’s included in your stay! Also they provided water bottles that were refillable for our entire stay with fresh cool water fountains all over Waikiki! What a perfect vacation for my husband and I! We didn’t want to leave! Mahalo! 😎🌴🌊

We were a bit disappointed initially with the cleanliness as there was a stain on the bed sheet upon entering the room. Thankfully, housekeeping changed it within the hour. The place is located in a central location, close to the beachfront at Waikiki, with a partnership with beachfront stores for beach equipment, as well as GoPros, sunscreen, lotion etc. that can be borrowed, included in the resort rate. However, the age of the hotel is really starting to show, it is in need of not just a touch up but an overhaul where possible. To be fair, the price, especially that paid for during this period, was a fair representation especially compared to neighbouring downtown hotels, given you do receive much more space and a kitchenette with microwave in the case of the 1 bedroom suite. However, I would say that I would have enjoyed my stay far more if at least some work was put in to modernise the space. In particular, my bathtub had peeling paint, and the colours of the room need some work.

With the weak yen, high prices, and tipping, eating out can be extremely expensive, but you can buy prepared foods and alcohol at the supermarket just a short walk away and relax in this location. I brought pasta and bread from home, so I only ate out once in five days. I wish check-in was a little smoother.

It was a room with a view of the diamond head and the sea. I was a little worried about the height because I wanted a clear view of the sea, but I was satisfied with the Lanai overlooking the two without any problems. It is old as a whole, the bathtub is old, and it takes time to get hot water.
