"Our first stop on this wonderful vacation had a hotel with a great view. Sitting on the balcony, eating watermelon and watching the sea was so relaxing! Overall, the room was clean and tidy, but it was quite old-fashioned. The housekeeping auntie was really nice and helpful. The resort is super close to ABC Store, the White McDonald's, and the zoo. There are tons of dining options nearby, and the beach is just across the road and very lively. Breakfast was simple, with a Japanese touch, and changed daily, which was a pleasant surprise and quite tasty. However, the housekeeping department and front desk service were just okay. It was hard to get through to them by phone, and the $50 resort fee didn't seem to cover much service, like disposable slippers. "

The location is fantastic! It's only a 5-minute walk to Waikiki Beach. They offer free luggage storage for suitcases and backpacks throughout your stay (until check-out), and you can easily retrieve or deposit items by simply asking at the front desk. When I checked in around 3 PM, there was a Japanese-speaking woman at the front desk, and in the evening, it was an English-speaking man. The facilities are generally clean, quiet, and problem-free. The common area has basic amenities like an electric kettle and a microwave, so you can eat and drink there. I would definitely consider staying here again if I have the chance.

The reception is on the second floor and there is no elevator up there, so you have to lift your suitcases yourself, but there is an elevator from the second floor onwards. The hotel's concept is to cherish and utilize old things unique to overseas destinations, so you will inevitably hear noises from other rooms (especially toilets and showers). If you don't like the retro feel, I wouldn't recommend this hotel. The location is great, just a 10-minute walk from Ala Moana Center, and it's also possible to walk back from the farthest part of Waikiki. I think this hotel's convenience will be more appreciated by guests who plan to stroll around rather than swim in the ocean. I felt that the amount of the tip made a big difference in the level of care taken. On my last day, I only had one dollar bills and left several before leaving, but it seemed they thought I only had one dollar bills, so they didn't accept them, and the coffee capsules were never refilled. There were a few minor issues, but overall I was pleased with this hotel.

初めてのハワイ旅行で利用 雰囲気がホテルにはないローカルハワイの雰囲気を感じられる所で素敵でした。 ワイキキビーチ周囲の観光名所全部に行きやすく立地面最強です。部屋内のアメニティは2人で利用するには少し少なめですが持ってきてたので問題ないです。 ホテル内のビーチや併設のバーはとても雰囲気があり素敵です。室内も清潔感がありました。1階のフロント近くの部屋でしたが、併設のバーが近くにあることもあり夜外の人の話し声が聞こえるのは気になりました。ビーチチェアーを無料で貸し出しはありがたい。スタッフの人も気さくで丁寧でよかったです。 英語のみですがボディーラングエッジでなんとかなります

Strategically located with popular eateries down the corner, further up and you will hit hyatt and the beach. We had the tunnel view of the beach at the corridor too. The recept is polite and detailed, providing necessities such as toiletries upon request. There's complimentary breakfast too and the spread is decent and awesome - only shortcoming is the hard boiled eggs and strawberry tasting tad sour-ish. There's complimentary necessities to the beach too. The valet is great - polite and efficient. All good.

My flight arrived in the morning. I went to the hotel to drop off my luggage, only to be told that my room wasn't ready yet. They called me at 1 PM to let me know I could check in. I was lucky to get a room with a balcony. However, it seems there's only one room with a balcony per floor, so it's a rare occurrence. The room was very clean. It's a 2-minute walk to the beach, and the bus to Diamond Head is very convenient. Relatively speaking, it's quite good value for money.

The hotel's location is fantastic, very close to the zoo and Diamond Head. It's just a 10-minute walk to the shopping district, and Waikiki Beach is right outside. The location is truly excellent. However, the hotel facilities are old, though the cleanliness is acceptable. Those with high expectations for hotel amenities might be disappointed!

We travel 3-5 times a year from Maui, and love staying at the Best Western Plaza Hotel. The staff is great, my daughter loves the pool, and we love waking up and going down to get breakfast every morning.

With the weak yen, high prices, and tipping, eating out can be extremely expensive, but you can buy prepared foods and alcohol at the supermarket just a short walk away and relax in this location. I brought pasta and bread from home, so I only ate out once in five days. I wish check-in was a little smoother.

It was a room with a view of the diamond head and the sea. I was a little worried about the height because I wanted a clear view of the sea, but I was satisfied with the Lanai overlooking the two without any problems. It is old as a whole, the bathtub is old, and it takes time to get hot water.
