"The room was a bit small, about 30 square meters, but perfectly adequate for two adults and one child, especially since we spent most of our time outdoors anyway and only came back to the hotel to shower and sleep. The hotel's location is excellent – it's very close to the Hilton beach. If you head right out of the hotel and cross the traffic light, there's a 7-Eleven where you can buy a bus pass and snacks. Keep an eye out just before you reach the 7-Eleven intersection, as there's a small food truck market there with delicious and affordable food. P.S. There's an airport shuttle bus that pretty much drops you off right at the hotel entrance. However, if you're looking for the shuttle right after you land, it's a bit of a walk from the terminal. We actually tried out the airport bus route specifically when we were leaving, and it took about forty minutes."

JinjinjinLocation: The hotel's location is excellent, making it convenient to get to the beach or other attractions. The valet service was also very good.
Ambiance: The environment is great; you can see both the sunrise and sunset. Enjoying the breeze on the balcony while watching the sunset in the evening was incredibly relaxing.
Facilities: Some facilities were under maintenance when we visited, but we didn't use the hotel's facilities much anyway, so it was fine. The only minor drawback is that the public areas are a bit small, which doesn't quite give it the feel of a resort.
Hygiene: Very clean. The hotel's newly renovated style is also very minimalist. Housekeeping cleaned all used dishes and cooking utensils daily, which was a big plus.

The Disney Hotel in Hawaii is indeed a Disney in the dream. Sunshine ☀️ Beach 🏖️ Coconut Tree 🌴, the hotel staff is also very warm and thoughtful. After arriving at the hotel, they immediately changed from i to e, especially the interactive link and Disney's cockroaches are particularly happy 🥳 really spent the magical three days. 🪄🏰 I will come again next time.

ZijiI booked an Oceanfront view room on a high floor. We arrived at the hotel around noon, and an Asian gentleman at the front desk assigned us room 59 on the 30th floor+ right away, without making us wait until 3 PM. He gave us the key cards directly so we could go upstairs. The location is truly impeccable, with an unbeatable ocean view overlooking the entire Waikiki Beach. The room itself is very spacious, with two queen-sized beds. Feeling a bit tired after the flight, I lay down and slept for a while. The mattress was very comfortable, just the right firmness for me. The soundproofing in the hotel is also excellent; there was no noise at night, only the sound of the ocean waves. The ground floor of the hotel is a commercial complex with an ABC store, restaurants, and cafes. Waikiki Beach is just across the street, and it's also within walking distance to the Royal Hawaiian Center shopping area and bus stops. If you don't mind slightly older facilities and a mediocre breakfast, you should definitely consider this hotel.

JessyyThe hotel's location is great for public transport, and it's just across the street from Waikiki Beach. Right downstairs, there are ABC Stores, Starbucks, and other shops and restaurants, which is very convenient.
There were many front desk staff, but during peak hours, we still had to wait in line for a long time. We stored our large suitcases for 3 days due to island hopping, but were charged about $15, which contradicts the 'free luggage storage' mentioned on the platform.
The room itself was spacious with comfortable bedding, and there was a coffee maker that could also boil water. For drinking water, you need to bring your own bottle to refill in the lobby. The bathroom was quite roomy, and the toilet had a bidet.
From the room's balcony, you could see the beach and Diamond Head in the distance, but the view was somewhat obstructed. Perhaps because it's too close to the neighboring hotel, there was a huge, noisy machine on the building directly opposite the balcony, which was especially noticeable at night.
Although I was generally quite satisfied with the hotel, the drawbacks are something I can't overlook, so I might try a different place next time.

During check-in, the staff mocked my lack of English, laughing and making gestures at other staff members, which I found unpleasant. While all explanations were in English, the departure was in Japanese, so I assumed they understood everything. Upon check-out, I was surprised to see a payment of $1,347.40. After returning home, I called Trip.com and they handled the matter, refunding me $1,030.61. However, they had deducted a $316.79 service charge and other charges that were not included in my travel application. The hotel only sent me a receipt by email, with no apology. The staff member who checked me in and checked me out was the same, so I assumed they knew I didn't speak English before making the payment. It was a shame that my trip was so frustratingly disrupted by the hotel's front desk service.

Guest UserThis beachfront hotel had a great atmosphere and allowed for a truly elegant stay. Despite a few drawbacks, my overall impression was very positive.
Pros:
* Excellent location (right on the beach)
* Wonderful ambiance in the restaurants like Mai Tai Bar and Surf Lanai
* The historic room felt very clean and full of character.
Cons:
* The information given at check-in was outdated (there were discrepancies between the Japanese and English versions), which meant I missed out on the hotel tour.
* Some restaurant staff seemed more focused on rushing through their duties.
* Noise.

I stayed in the room for 3 people, but the size was sufficient!
I was able to cook in the kitchen!

Guest UserWe usually stay at this hotel when we're in Hawaii. The staff are all very kind and left a good impression. The rooms have been renovated and are very clean, but this time, housekeeping (towel change, etc.) wasn't done for two days. On the first day, I had to call the front desk just to get the towels changed. I also requested that the room be cleaned the next day, but it still wasn't, so I had to call again before they finally cleaned it. The cleaning staff were pleasant and left a good impression, but both rooms we booked were forgotten. They did clean them after we called a couple of times, and the location is great, so I'd still use this hotel again.

We were a bit disappointed initially with the cleanliness as there was a stain on the bed sheet upon entering the room. Thankfully, housekeeping changed it within the hour. The place is located in a central location, close to the beachfront at Waikiki, with a partnership with beachfront stores for beach equipment, as well as GoPros, sunscreen, lotion etc. that can be borrowed, included in the resort rate.
However, the age of the hotel is really starting to show, it is in need of not just a touch up but an overhaul where possible. To be fair, the price, especially that paid for during this period, was a fair representation especially compared to neighbouring downtown hotels, given you do receive much more space and a kitchenette with microwave in the case of the 1 bedroom suite. However, I would say that I would have enjoyed my stay far more if at least some work was put in to modernise the space. In particular, my bathtub had peeling paint, and the colours of the room need some work.
