リリアラスタッフの接客がとても丁寧で、朝ごはんも種類が沢山ありどれもおいしかったです。
立地が良く、部屋は広くてセンスのいいインテリアで清潔でした。
屋上のプールも素晴らしかったです。

Mmaimai7I stayed one night because I knew I definitely wanted to stay here when I came to Hawaii.
The view from the room, the hotel staff's attitude, and the service were all very satisfying.
There were Japanese staff members on hand, so I felt at ease and was able to check in on things.
I'd definitely like to stay here again.

AAnonymous UserThe room itself was satisfactory, mainly because it was large and had a good view. However, everything else was poor.
1. Service: Because it's not an international chain, it felt like they hadn't received systematic international staff training. Their service was very free-style, especially the breakfast staff. The person issuing tickets at the door even rolled their eyes.
2. Privacy: We booked two rooms and were taking a nap when an older woman swiped her card and entered, claiming to be delivering water. She barged into every room on the entire floor like that, which was unacceptable.
3. Breakfast: Extremely expensive and very basic, not even comparable to a typical four-star hotel in China. It's disproportionate to the room rate of three to four thousand yuan.
4. The hotel's small pool has several dolphins that people can photograph for over $200. This is extremely inhumane, and many places oppose using dolphins as a means of profiteering.
Final rating: Room 5 stars, everything else 2 stars.
Given a reluctant 3 stars, I will definitely not come back. Extremely bad, very disappointing.

The seaside environment is beautiful, the climate is pleasant, and the scenery is everywhere. The hotel faces its own lagoon (lagoon), which is very comfortable for swimming, sunbathing, and snorkeling (the sea water is a bit cold now, so you need a little courage when you first go into the sea! It will be fine in a while!). The three outdoor swimming pools are suitable for children to the elderly to play and swim, and are equipped with hot water massage pools and saunas (dry steam, wet steam). In short, this hotel is very suitable for couples, couples, second and third generations to travel together! In addition, there is a difference between sea view rooms and mountain view rooms, but they can also be balanced by spending more time outdoors. It is recommended that friends who have been to Waikiki Beach in Honolulu give this place a try, you will definitely have a different feeling!
