Amazing
Jjay18220As the driver said, this is the best hotel in Hawaii. Before coming here, we went to the Hilton on the Big Island and stayed at the Holiday Inn on Oahu. The difference in service quality is stark. Both hotels had a 6 PM check-in time, but here, we felt the warmth and hospitality of all the staff. Knowing we were on our honeymoon and arrived early, they immediately arranged our room. All the service was so attentive. I also recommend the French cuisine at La Mer. Enjoying the sea breeze, the coconut trees under the moonlight, and top-notch service and food will surely be unforgettable. Next time I come to Hawaii, I will definitely stay here again because everything is just too perfect! ✌️

Great
AAnonymous UserThe room itself was satisfactory, mainly because it was large and had a good view. However, everything else was poor.
1. Service: Because it's not an international chain, it felt like they hadn't received systematic international staff training. Their service was very free-style, especially the breakfast staff. The person issuing tickets at the door even rolled their eyes.
2. Privacy: We booked two rooms and were taking a nap when an older woman swiped her card and entered, claiming to be delivering water. She barged into every room on the entire floor like that, which was unacceptable.
3. Breakfast: Extremely expensive and very basic, not even comparable to a typical four-star hotel in China. It's disproportionate to the room rate of three to four thousand yuan.
4. The hotel's small pool has several dolphins that people can photograph for over $200. This is extremely inhumane, and many places oppose using dolphins as a means of profiteering.
Final rating: Room 5 stars, everything else 2 stars.
Given a reluctant 3 stars, I will definitely not come back. Extremely bad, very disappointing.
GGuest UserAnyway, I think it's pretty average. There are too few seats for breakfast, and it's impossible to make a reservation. The activities are also average. Maybe it's because things are rare and expensive. There are not many hotels like this, so everyone praises it.
AAnonymous UserExcept that the price is a bit expensive, everything else is satisfactory! Since it is a timeshare vacation club hotel, the suites basically come with a kitchen and all Western cooking utensils, everything you need! There is also a washing machine and dryer. The seaside environment is beautiful, the climate is pleasant, and the scenery is everywhere. The hotel faces its own lagoon (lagoon), which is very comfortable for swimming, sunbathing, and snorkeling (the sea water is a bit cold now, so you need a little courage when you first go into the sea! It will be fine in a while!). The three outdoor swimming pools are suitable for children to the elderly to play and swim, and are equipped with hot water massage pools and saunas (dry steam, wet steam). In short, this hotel is very suitable for couples, couples, second and third generations to travel together! In addition, there is a difference between sea view rooms and mountain view rooms, but they can also be balanced by spending more time outdoors. It is recommended that friends who have been to Waikiki Beach in Honolulu give this place a try, you will definitely have a different feeling!
