Room Upgrade & Design: I was upgraded to a newly renovated room, and it was stunning! The design is very beautiful, featuring a minimalist style with warm wooden tones. I was very impressed with the room itself. The only minor drawback for guests seeking absolute quiet is the soundproofing of the front door, which is a little thin. You can still hear some noise from people walking past in the hallway.
Exceptional Staff: The service from the staff was outstanding. Hardy, Kik, and Cream were all wonderful, providing excellent and very friendly service. A special mention also goes to Lusho at the breakfast restaurant. He took excellent care of me, always ready to recommend dishes and answer any questions we had about the foodājust ask him anything you need!
Location: The location is superb! It's just a short 7-minute walk to Ao Nang beach and very close to the night market, restaurants, and a 7-Eleven.
Facilities:
ā¢ Spa: The hotel spa is fantastic! I had the aroma massage for 850 THB, and it was excellentāboth muscle and mind felt completely relaxed. The calming natural sounds, especially with the rain falling during my session, made it incredibly soothing.
ā¢ Fitness & Pool: The fitness center is well-equipped, and the swimming pool is lovely.
Overall: This is the perfect place for a relaxing, no-stress vacation. The food is good, the location is excellent (close to the beach and nearby restaurants), and the facilities are comprehensive. I truly enjoyed my stay and will definitely be returning!

NNaresh KVThe view of this villa is spectacular and stunning especially with the infinite pool. The villa was clean and perfectly organised.
The location of the place is a bit off as difficulty moving in and out to Ao Nang street provided you follow the shuttle of the villa. Grab usually will not drive up to the hill but can request the shuttle to fetch from entrance at down hill.
The staffs are friendly and very accommodating. No much choices of breakfast for vegetarian.

GGuest UserWe really enjoyed our 4 day stay at this hotel. The hotel is very clean. Restaurant had good breakfast and lunch options.
We had a Mountain View room (lovely view) which was in fact a connecting room (adjoining locked door) which was a little awkward as you can hear your neighbours very clearly, maybe something to note on your booking if this is something you wouldnāt like.
The pool area was very well maintained, pool staff are happy to remove towels if people have reserved sunbeds with no intention of returning soon. Making it fair for everyone. The only downside for us was that the pool sunbeds are limited in our opinion and pool is relatively small (which also connects to the swim up rooms) again, if you are considering booking a swim up room, this may mean you donāt have a protected area as it adjoins to the public pool.
We were out and about on trips and beach days so the pool lounger availability didnāt bother us.
Overall we are happy and would return if we visited the area again!

GGuest UserStayed at Ananta Burin for 9 nights with family. I can't fault the staff for their friendliness or professionalism. Any issues with the rooms were fixed in a short amount of time including a faulty A/C. The buffet breakfast offered a good array of options but was let down by either food going cold/lukewarm or crispy items being soft. Icecream was included in the buffet was a nice touch. The resort rotates your selection each morning so there it doesn't feel like you're eating the same thing each day.
My family loved the water slides and it was a lot of fun. The temperature of the pool was really pleasant which was unique from other hotels we stayed at during our Thailand trip. Unfortunately the river pool was not working in our stay and a number of water features around the property were also in the same category. It robbed the resort of some ambiance.
The resort is located on the northern side of Ao Nang and is a little quieter than other areas of Ao Nang which suited us just fine. Overall we would stay there again if we ever visited Ao Nang again.

GGuest UserReally lovely hotel, itās away from the noisy road and feels quite secluded, but the price to pay is a very steep walk up to your room (and very poorly lit up at night)! Our room didnāt have a view. Shuttles are available but you sometimes need to wait 20+ min. Breakfast is excellent, the staff is very nice. We had lunch at the restaurant and ordered pizza, it was a very basic pre-made frozen one. The pool is amazing and the pool bar offers a wide selection of very good drinks made with fresh fruit. The small gym is decent too.

LLorena CThis is an older place with catfishing photos. The place is not bad but the photos set your expectations too high. I was given the wrong room & no compensation. I did not want a hot tub. I paid for a swim up pool. That is not what I got.
It's okay. The area is great. Good weather makes a 5k walk to the beach worth it. The hotel is a solid okay. Hot water works, but the bath is old and needs a Lysol wipe down and upgrade. For me, it was slightly sus cleaning, but clean linen a decent and location. They comped water, tea , coffee, have a mini fridge and are nice people.
Its an okay place with grimy carpets, joining room doors, an old couch, a kids' wet play area. Some uneven floors but a decent menu that seems to come from some other place. At lunch, there's no kitchen to be seen or cooking smells but the food is good. It is not served in the restaurant, but near the bar and kids' water park.
You can make it work. I did not like having the wrong room.

MMarlƩ South AfricaReally beautiful place right on the beach. Several pools. Nice restaurant and amazing breakfast buffet, even for me as a vegan. Our room was nothing special so we spent most of the time at the pool. Many chairs to lie on in the shade. A bit over priced for the Chinese new year holiday. But we really enjoyed it and the staff was very friendly and moved us to a new room after we complained about noisy neighbors. Check-out time is 11am which is a bit early to be honest. But you can still relax by the pool and facilities after checkout.

YYusma OsmanThe hotel has a lovely Thai vibe design that feels perfectly balanced, not too far, yet not too close to the main road. Itās about 5-10 minutes walk to Ao Nang beach, and the walk itself is quite pleasant as you will pass by plenty of local shops and other hotels along the way. The staff wonderful, and most of them can communicate in English quite well. Swimming pools also was highlight, with big and clean for relaxing after a day out exploring.

GGuest UserThe hotel front desk seemed to have no shame in overcharging Chinese guests. They said early check-in would cost 500 Thai Baht per hour (about 110 RMB), and airport pickup by the hotel was 800 Thai Baht (when a taxi is less than 300 Thai Baht). The most infuriating part was booking a king room with breakfast for two, but the hotel only provided breakfast for one, claiming that only one person's passport was shown at check-in. The front desk staff were very unfriendly and rude to Chinese guests. We were forced to wait until 3 PM for check-in but had to leave by 11 AM. The hotel pool was very noisy at night, which easily disturbed guests staying nearby. Rooms on the other side face a busy main road with constant traffic.
