lj5229363The location is a bit off, but it is very quiet. The hotel can also be easily rented by car. It is suitable for a quiet holiday. The villa has all the facilities and the swimming pool is directly opposite the sea.

KizamiThe Hidden World's gentle breeze carried the fresh scent of lemongrass, drifting into my dreams. Everything about our stay here was absolutely impeccable. A huge thank you to Khun Sabai for their thoughtful care and attention; the concept of 'feeling right at home' was perfectly embodied here. Our room was meticulously cleaned and tidied at least twice daily. Every time we returned, we were greeted by delightful little surprises from the Hidden World staff. The intricate towel art, like the little elephants, and a hand-drawn picture of my girlfriend and me were incredibly touching and brought us so much joy. The Sritang restaurant was undergoing renovations, so we enjoyed all our meals at Jampoon restaurant. Over three days, we savored a wide variety of authentic Thai cuisine. Simply put, it was all incredibly delicious! The hotel offered a complimentary daily island excursion to Red Island every morning at 9 AM, but as a late riser, I unfortunately missed out! An absolutely wonderful experience! Highly, highly recommend!

It is definitely a good place to stay for five or six days! I feel that it is the most charming residence on Phi Phi Island, with a seaside cabin, close to nature, walking barefoot on the soft and white beach every day, blowing the sea breeze, and directly entering the relaxation and vacation mode. And the hotel is very quiet. In the morning, you can hear the birds singing and slowly get up, and then have a perfect breakfast. In the afternoon, you can take a nap in your room semi-outdoors and sit in a daze. Occasionally, a small family of three monkeys will visit your room, take some fruit and run away. The hotel's dining is the most upscale choice on this island. The cocktails are first-class, and the lamb chops are great! The spa is also lovely. The service level of the entire hotel is first-class and enthusiastic. Several employees, such as Ms. Ping, speak Chinese very well👍, and the general manager Mr. Becker can also speak some Chinese! In short, it is a perfect resort on Phi Phi Island.

Check-in experience was not very smooth. We arrived early and had to wait quite a long time for check-in, and the hotel also arranged the wrong room type initially. The lobby was quite hot and not very comfortable while waiting.
However, the room itself was clean and the bed was very comfortable, which made the stay pleasant overall.
One thing to note: the jacuzzi tub is placed on the balcony instead of inside the bathroom. This makes it a bit inconvenient as it can be seen from nearby rooms, so privacy is limited and it’s not very suitable for a fully relaxing soak.
Overall, the experience was still good, but the check-in process and jacuzzi layout could be improved.

Guest UserUpon arriving to Tonsai pier on Phi Phi Island I was afraid of an overcrowded beach packed tourist spot, we secured a longtail straight away and were taken to Saii resort about a 30 min boat ride. It does take some effort or time I should say to get there from Krabi, Koh Lanta, or Phuket but very worth it. We came from Koh Lanta on a ferry. 1.5 hours and then longtail to resort .5 hours. We were welcomed in the beautiful open air surroundings, check in was a breeze. The staff was friendly and helpful and even made arrangements for our departure from the island to the airport in Krabi for days later. The resort is clean a beautiful. We had a Sea View Villa which was fabulous, clean, newly remodeled, and large. Huge front porch to sit on steps from the beach or pool. It was very adult, a quiet easy family or couple environment. Lot's of sitting areas, a seating area at night to listen to a local band. Food at the resort was good but as expected somewhat expensive, food and village out in town was quaint nice and much cheaper. We enjoyed a bit of both. The views, pristine water, serene environment, clean rooms, wonderful staff....spent three days at Saii, and I would go back again. Pics on the website were pretty accurate. If you going to go, which you should, stay for a few several days. It's worth it.

The hotel staff were tremendous and a definite asset. Thoroughly enjoyed the morning yoga sessions we attended with Sasha, who ensured an inclusive session for all levels. In a lovely setting and away from it all but you will need to taxi, or use shuttle to get anywhere. There is a small bar just outside hotel - left as you exit - ran by a couple of local brothers. It’s worth a visit definitely.
I get it’s an Eco Hotel and independent but many of the hotel facilities are not what you would expect of a 5 star: gym is very rudimentary and some of kit, not in great nick; the rooms - we had a swim up suite - were quite dated furniture-wise and showing signs of extended wear and tear for instance The wi-fi for us was non-existent in room, and very hit and miss (mostly miss) in and around pool area. I’d imagine this might be a big issue for young families…
The breakfast was fine, as was the rooftop bar food.
In summary a pleasant enough stay, but not sure it was value for money at the price, and not comparable really to hotels we’d stayed at beforehand and since on this trip. I’d say a four star at best…

This was my second stay at this hotel. The front desk attendant who spoke Chinese had a lovely, sweet smile, and all the staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. The hotel facilities were fine, but I do hope for more variety at breakfast. The clear waters and complimentary water activities are a definite plus. We enjoyed beautiful sunsets in the evening and a stunning starry sky at night.
My only complaint concerns the two-bedroom ocean view pool villa we booked this time. We stayed in room 2302, and the air conditioning vent had a design flaw: it was positioned directly above the main bed, and the noise was so loud that it kept us awake for several nights. We complained to the front desk, and they sent staff to adjust the vent to blow left, right, and upwards, but it didn't make a noticeable difference. We requested a room change, but the hotel was almost fully booked, so they couldn't accommodate us. Our request for an early check-out was also unsuccessful.
To fellow travelers planning a stay: if you're booking a villa, I strongly recommend opting for the upper floor Sala Ocean View Villa. Do NOT book the type I stayed in, otherwise you'll truly regret it – it's a waste of money, and your overall experience will be severely compromised.

This was my first time staying at a hotel with traditional Thai architecture, like what you’d see in palaces and temples, and it was such a cool experience. The room was totally worth the price, clean, tidy, and pretty spacious for just me traveling alone. The vibe of the place is peaceful and perfect for relaxing, yet it’s only a few steps away from the beach!
There’s also a swimming pool which is great for families and kids friendly. Plus, there's a local night market not too far away, which was great to check out. The breakfast here was spot on, and the staff were all so nice and helpful.
Overall, I had an amazing time and would definitely come back again! 😍
