Dhaka Hotels with Pools

Facilities: The facilities are very complete. Hygiene: The hygiene is pretty good, acceptable. Environment: The environment is nice, there's a swimming pool inside. Service: The service is very patient, I really like it. The people here are all nice too. I'll come back here again next time I visit friends.

The hotel is a world away from the outside; it's clean and quiet. The breakfast is rich and varied, and the coffee is excellent.

The room was spacious, and the overall facilities were quite good, including a gym and swimming pool. The breakfast was also reasonably plentiful. The service was very attentive, and the height was excellent, making for a very good experience.

Everything is good and I become a IHG member since staying here. But this time, so sad that I couldn't get membership points because I booked through third parties (Trip.com). It would be great if management can consider to let member earn some membership points even booked through third parties.

Its fine but seems old property . Rooms are small , but clean , staffs are friendly and helpful. But the location is so cowered central , lots of road noise.

During Ramadan period, the menu of breakfast is not buffet but a la cart within limited selection. I wanted to enjoy more variety of local food，but, no choice. Airport pick up service and airport transfer service are very good.

The room wasn't very big; after sitting on the chair, I was almost at the foot of the bed, so the space felt a bit cramped. The power outlets weren't conveniently placed, and I had to pull up the curtains to access them, which revealed a lot of dust. The air conditioning also wasn't great; even after turning it down, the room stayed quite warm, around 27-28 degrees Celsius.

Extremely disappointed with the airport transfer service—completely unacceptable for a hotel of this caliber. Despite prior arrangements, I was left stranded at the airport for 30 minutes, as the hotel’s representative was waiting at the international terminal, even though I arrived via domestic. There was zero coordination and no communication from their side. I expected better from a so-called 5-star hotel. To make matters worse, they charged USD 90 for a simple 20-minute ride—an outrageous fee for a service that wasn’t even properly executed. No apology, no accountability, just an overpriced mess. That said, the rooms and amenities are commendable—clean, comfortable, and up to luxury standards. But service like this seriously undercuts the overall experience. Westin Dhaka, you can and should do much better.

Staff is friendly, location is very good, clean and good rooms, good water-flow in showers, overall pleasant experience

The hotel is very nice, surely in the top 5 of Dhaka, the staff is friendly and professional. Location extremely convent to reach the airport and the expo center. PRO: location, staff, breakfast and restaurant are pretty good, room is spacious and bathroom also nice  TO IMPROVE: room key stop working way to often, I think in my stay (8 nights) I've been to the front desk to get new keys at least 15 times.... facilities can be better, room need a little renovation to launch this hotel on a higher price point
