"The hotel staffs are very helpful and professional. The most pity thing is a breakfast. When I visited the restaurant, there were so many people there. So, retuned to the room, and revisited the restaurant after 9:00. What I was so surprised is that many restaurant staffs are trying to prepare to close the restaurant after 9:30 even though there are still many guests in the restaurant. Many of the foods are already run out or cleaned out of the restaurant. It was really uncomfortable even though they mentioned that the restaurant is available until 10:00. I had to eat breakfast so in a hurry to help them clean up the restaurant. I hope they start the process of closing the restaurant after all the guests have left the restaurant."

It was very close to the Convention and Exhibition Center, the Eye of Xiong'an, and the park. The housekeeper Ellie provided excellent service. I will choose to stay at Wyndham again next time.

DDARK-KI am extremely grateful to the hotel's Golden Key Brown, for bringing me a pleasant and unforgettable stay experience. I came to Xiongan New Area on a business trip. Brown provided me with a great deal of assistance, ensuring that my travels went smoothly. He arranged an airport pick-up service for me. Since the driver couldn't speak English, Brown thoughtfully provided a Chinese-English translation card for communication with the driver. He also arranged in advance the room type that I liked. The hotels in China are highly intelligent, and I really like Chinese hotels.Brown also prepared welcome fruits and a welcome letter for me. The welcome letter provided a detailed introduction to every part of the hotel, which I could refer to whenever I needed. The hotel covers a very large area and has numerous business premises. The content of the welcome letter was of great help to me. The hotel also offers free rides on sightseeing vehicles, and the scenery here is extremely beautiful. I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel.

GGuest UserDuring the May Day holiday, my family went to Xiong'an for a trip. We arrived smoothly in 2 hours from Beijing. The check-in time was a bit long due to the full occupancy rate during the holiday, but the staff were fully cooperative and finally lived in the Little Prince theme suite that the children liked.
Facilities: The room is spacious and bright, fully equipped with a small tent, electronic piano, dolls, and drawing boards. Even if you don't leave the hotel, the children can play for half a day. It is strongly recommended to bring children to stay in a parent-child theme room.
Hygiene: Equipped with a full set of Little Prince toiletries and towels, the sheets and quilts are clean and tidy. Staying for two nights, the room cleaning on the second day was also very timely and in place, and the room was cleaned and tidy.
Environment: The hotel is very convenient to the Eye of Xiong'an, the Convention and Exhibition Center, and Yuerong Park. The room has light and dark adjustment, which is very friendly for babies to take a nap.
Service: Very satisfied! A few days before check-in, the hotel staff contacted in advance and informed us of very detailed travel strategies and precautions. Any problems during the stay were solved in time. When I met the hotel staff, they were all smiling, making the guests feel at home!
Of course, there are also shortcomings. There are many guests in the hotel during the holidays, and the waiting time for check-in is a bit long, which is a bit difficult for babies who want to take a nap. However, because the suite comes with afternoon tea for two, we waited in the lobby bar to ease some of the pressure. The windows in the room need to be told to open by the staff. There is a bit of smell in the room, but opening the window for ventilation and adding an air purifier alleviates it a little. There is a queue during the peak period of the breakfast buffet. Another thing is that for electric car owners, there is no charging pile equipment in the hotel basement, which is not very convenient.
Overall, it was a very satisfactory stay experience, and I would recommend friends who come to Xiong'an to choose Sofitel Hotel.

DD20891****It exceeded my expectations. This newly opened B&B has facilities comparable to a 4.5-star hotel with everything you need. Because it was the off-season, the owner upgraded us to a lake view room. The terrace faces Yishui Lake, and there is an infinity pool in summer. The view is great. The homestay has a billiard room, a table tennis room, a KTV, a naughty castle for children to play, etc., and a dopamine courtyard, which is perfect for a family weekend vacation. The boss was also very nice. We wanted to buy some mineral water but he gave us a lot instead. It was a very satisfying vacation. It was quiet, not crowded, and the stray cats around were quite friendly. It is a Feng Shui treasure land with simple folk customs. Summer will come again.

The parking lot is large and you can park wherever you like. The breakfast is very good, with many varieties and a lot of choices.
