Hotel location and quality are the best in Yishui Lake Scenic Area! The restaurant exit is the Golden Turtle Wharf, which is very convenient! The roof terrace has a panoramic view of Yishui Lake! The blue infinity pool is integrated with the lake. The room facilities are very clean, the room is spacious, the bedding towels are of good quality! Hotel service is also very warm and thoughtful. During the stay, there was an episode. There were many cars during the May Day holiday. My car was blocked by other cars. The hotel leader on duty (I heard that he was a treasurer), and immediately provided his own private car service! This kind of hotel quality is precious as a matter of your own home! The hotel manager specially prepared local millet for souvenirs! The warm atmosphere is reflected everywhere. The hotel's backyard parking lot is spacious and there are various lake views. A high watchtower, looking at the distant mountains and the lake, refreshing...

I specifically booked the Sofitel Xiong'an this time, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. Since I was traveling with a child, I booked the 'Octonauts' themed room. The room was decorated with a playful, warm, and cute design, and my little one had an absolute blast. The room was clean and tidy, and most importantly, safety was a top priority with no sharp corners, so I didn't have to worry about bumps or scrapes. The bathroom was equipped with a step stool for the sink and a child's toilet seat – truly the ultimate for traveling with kids! The hotel's public areas were also clean and tidy, especially the swimming pool area on the 4th floor, which featured a constant-temperature children's pool with excellent water quality and no pungent chemical filter smell. We felt very safe and played for a long time. The restaurant was also very convenient, with a wide variety of breakfast options that tasted great. Furthermore, the hotel staff were attentive and thoughtful, proactively asking about our needs and being patient and meticulous. The service was very satisfying. One minor point: you might want to bring light clothing indoors as the room temperature was a bit high, and the windows seemed to be sealed. It would have been perfect if there was ventilation.

Our May Day trip with the little one was made so much better by Cheney from guest relations, who proactively added us on WeChat and provided excellent, thoughtful service. The hotel's facilities and environment are truly superb. We arrived at noon and didn't even leave the property. After my child woke up, we strolled around the grounds in the afternoon, then played for a bit at the Swan Castle Kids' Club. Dinner was at the buffet restaurant. Since this was our second time bringing the kids to Xiong'an, we knew that dining options can be limited and often involve long waits, so eating directly at the hotel was incredibly convenient this time. There are a couple of areas that could be improved, though: Firstly, the park doesn't separate pedestrians and vehicles, which is something to watch out for if you have young children, as cars generally drive quite fast. Secondly, the breakfast restaurant was set up in a large ballroom, which wasn't a great experience. I'm not sure if this was a temporary arrangement due to the high volume of guests during May Day, but it felt a bit out of place, almost like a company conference.

The front desk staff Yao Tong, Yang Chen, and Liu Siqi have very good service attitude👍. The rooms and bathrooms are large, and there is also a bathtub. There are many varieties of breakfast, and the room linens are also good. It is worth recommending!

There are indoor and outdoor hot springs and a constant temperature swimming pool. The children had a lot of fun and insisted on staying. The hot springs were clean and hygienic, except for the fluff of catkins floating on the outdoor hot springs. The hotel room is moderate in size, the bedding is comfortable, it is very quiet at night, and I had a good rest.

This trip to Xiongan. First of all, parking at the hotel is free, which is very friendly. Secondly, it is so heart-warming to receive a free breakfast. Because it was too dry, I had a nosebleed and accidentally soiled the sheets and duvet covers. The hotel was very considerate and provided a humidifier on the day, as well as a lot of drinking water. The hotel's breakfast was rich, with sufficient dishes, high-quality ingredients, and a balanced mix of meat and vegetables. It’s worth it👍The hotel’s swimming pool is very clean. If you go swimming at night, the facilities are very good. The most important thing is the hotel staff. Whether it is the front desk or the waiters, they always have warm smiles and greetings whenever they meet, making people feel at home. The layout of the room is reasonable, and the bedding is comfortable and skin-friendly. For me, who is a germophobe, every corner is cleaned, which is really great. 本人很少寫評論，但是我覺得這家民宿很值得推薦！我們是訂房的時候偶然間看到了這家店，房間乾淨整潔，老闆也好説話服務態度也不錯，而且位置就在河邊，住在這裡有一種海景房既視感，外面有天幕喝喝下午茶，看看日落，這麼愜意的地方發呆也是一種享受☺️他們家炒的家常菜也非常不錯！！！👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻還有船可以在澱中央兜兜風感覺忘記一切煩惱，在這邊來生活簡直不要太舒服，他們家非常方便吃喝玩樂都有了而且價格也不貴，臨走時加了老闆微信，下次還來👀

The guesthouse has a unique design and is a great spot for taking photos. It's near a reservoir, so you can have a barbecue. The overall experience was excellent, although the breakfast was a bit simple, so bring your own food if you don't want to eat there. I left my earphones behind when I left, and the guesthouse owner quickly arranged for a courier to send them back; I was very grateful.
