"I’ve stayed in the girls dorm for 3 nights. The assigned me an upper bed because the lower beds were occupied. As I arrived late, they stored a key for me at the reception. When I wanted to get it there was no key for my specific room and locker. I also couldn’t reach someone via WhatsApp. I then went for shopping and when I came back I met a guy who works there. He was so nice and helped me to get a key with a spare locker. Thanks to him I could unpack my stuff and lock my valuables.
In the room were three other girls. Two of them seem to live there for weeks. Not sure why they live there instead of an apartment …
The room was nice, but could be cleaner. Especially the bathroom inside the room could be more cleaner. I also prefer bigger bathrooms where more people can get ready.
The location of the hostel is close to the new metro and needs about 15 minutes by foot. A big supermarket (LuLu Hypermarket) is on the same way."

"The experience is very bad.
The recommendations and room descriptions on Ctrip need to be corrected urgently. All single-price and twin-bed rooms have no windows. Only the large family suite has a small window.
The garden is only a small ten feet wide, and the door is locked to prevent thieves.
Not enough hot water for bathing
The breakfast selection is small and the quality is not high
The Chinese restaurant downstairs is not open

JJINGThe hotel was very comfortable and the staff were very careful, and the staff were very helpful and helpful. The room was spacious, decorated elegantly and with large windows with a beautiful view of the city. The restaurant was fantastic, with a variety of international and local cuisines. AAsmaskLet’s us start from the beginning of my entrance
The bell service was welcoming and aided us in taking our luggage
Upon my check in the receptionist was very respectful , welcoming , addressed our issues regarding the room with ease
Once we reached our room faisal sulaiman from the bell service helped in delivering the bags , he was fun and made our night. During the breakfast time, an Arab lady that always stand infront of the dining room , I appreciated her that she remembered us and the table that we used to have our breakfast on , I was happy that the waiters pay attention to the details . Moreover , all the waiters were very helpful in aiding us with getting the food that we want , welcoming and smiling . I liked the atmosphere of the dining room , as if you are living in a palace !, Mr,Faizan was always asking about our health and how was our stay , he always made sure that our experience during the breakfast time was fantastic and to the upper limit . We received a hospitality by Mr.Turki from the reception , thank you for your generosity . While we checked out we asked the concierge for a golf car to drop us to via Riyadh they made sure that it arrives early , special thank to them . And during our last moment from our stay , the bell service were always that received us with a smile and farewell us with a smile . Thank you ritz Carlton for the experience

GGuest UserWe had a wonderful time here. The room was great. We were able to walk to some places from here and it was central for taxis/ubers. The room was really nice and they couldn’t have done more to be helpful during our stay. We are a couple hours d times at Dish, the restaurant there for dinner and snacks and it was very good. There’s also a nice cafe, bar (non alcoholic) and workspaces and lounge areas. I used the rooftop pool a few times which was wonderful and there were nice clean changing rooms and sauna. Thank you for the welcome.

GGuest UserWe were just staying overnight as we had a long layover for our flight but the accommodation was perfect for our needs. We'd initially planned to take advantage of the gym and pool but in the end we were too tired so didn't even look at them. The receptionist sorted out our room quickly and we were pleasantly surprised by the size of the room - more a small suite, with a kitchen-diner-lounge, and separate shower room and large bedroom.
Two small bottles of water were provided, so I could make tea without touching the brown water in the taps. We ordered food from Deliveroo - which took ages to arrive but filled the hole. And I was able to log on to my Netflix on the large TV in the lounge to watch a film before bed. The bed was very comfortable and even with the air con switched off the room was a pleasant temperature all night. We were woken at 4am by the call to prayer, which was a very musical if rather earlier than we intended to wake up.
Good shower and ordered breakfast, which was delivered to the room. Breakfast was great, and very substantial only thing missing was some fresh coffee (tea was provided) but I expect that would have been included if I'd thought to ask for it.
All in all great value for a comfortable stay.

GGuest UserThe breakfast was very rich. The room is not particularly big, but it is ok. The location is good, there is a subway station downstairs, McDonald's and some other local restaurants and small supermarkets not far away, and it is not far from the city center.

MM301448****I've stayed at this hotel multiple times. It's located in the heart of Riyadh, a great spot for taking photos at the King Tower and Princess Tower. Transportation is very convenient, and it's not far from the Kingdom Centre. The breakfast is plentiful and varied, and the rooms are clean and hygienic.

ZZhonggongxiaoxinzongThe surrounding area is really bad; it's hard to find places to shop or eat, and you always need a taxi. The hotel's service attitude was also poor. I checked out a day early, and they refused to refund the price difference, even with Ctrip's intervention. What's more, I left a power bank worth over 300 RMB in the room, and they didn't bother to inform me, it was just overlooked! I ended up losing over 1000 RMB, including the room fee and power bank. I will never book a hotel under Accor again. Even as a Gold Accor member, I'm utterly disgusted with their hotels!

TTONGThe hotel is located in the north of Riyadh, the new district, like the development zones of some cities in China. There will be a king's financial district and many high-rise buildings under construction in the urban area. It only takes 15 minutes to get to the airport. But it is a bit far from the old town. The facilities of the hotel are very good, especially with a bathtub. There are no bathtubs in many international brand hotels in this desert city. The hotel's restaurant is also very good, the food and taste are very much like, the buffet has a lot of precious fruits, value for money.
