I said twice when checking in that I didn’t want the room at the end of the corridor, but I was given 2 rooms at the end of the corridor on different floors (one with a large bed and one with a standard room). 3. We booked on 2 platforms, and the room types were different. We were given 2 floors. When checking in, we said that we should try to get 2 rooms that were closer, but we were given 2 floors.
