The subway is a 5-minute walk away. However, the customer service quality of the hotel is a bit unsatisfactory. They do not change clean towels every day, they only change them once every 3 days or more. If you want to change within 3 days, you have to pay 500 yen to change a set of toiletries. The room will not be cleaned, and it costs money to clean it once. No one comes to pick up the garbage. If you eat something smelly, you have to bear it in the room by yourself, there is no room cleaning. The sound insulation is a bit poor. There is no mineral water in the room, but the kettle and induction cooker are complete. The front desk staff are indifferent and unenthusiastic. The door was closed when I went back on the first day. I carried a lot of things and stood at the door for 2 minutes. Two of their staff members realized that we didn't have the password and couldn't get in, so they came to open the door.

It's very good. The price is very cost-effective. The room has everything. It's very clean. The street in Kuramae is very quiet and not noisy. It's also very close to Asakusa. It's only a ten-minute walk away at night

We can do laundry every day and bring less replacement clothes.
