I stayed for one night.
It's in a very convenient location with good access from the station and many restaurants in the surrounding area.
However, it seems the room I stayed in hadn't been cleaned, as there was hair in the bathroom and toilet, and the amenity towels were dirty, which was disappointing.
I mentioned this to a staff member and they took care of it right away.
As the hotel is in a good location and the service is good, I hope they will put more effort into cleaning.

It is a hotel next to the big park in Tokyo. The grand piano installed in the lobby can be played by anyone. Since I'm familiar with classical music, there are many guests who stay at concerts and concerts. There is a quiet place near every city, where you can see Mt. Fuji beautiful from rooms and elevator hall. From a room where you can use the banquet on the 22nd floor, west Tokyo can see the Chichibu Mountains. At night, two big hearts are reflected in the window.

We used it for 2 days of event participation. First of all, the counter ― response at check-in is slick. This time, we arranged a double with breakfast and 5 F where you can observe the streets of Tokyo. I knew, but it was narrow. But the bed cover with the pillow and the pillow is the root in. The mirror and reception sets can be used as simple desks by using the standlight behind the TV. The unit bus feels old, and the temperature adjustment of the hot water is quite severe, but there is no problem with the amount of water. The next morning breakfast is like a peak time at 7:30, so you don't wait if you don't even miss the time. Although it was a buffet form, it was all in the western style, and it was delicious without any trouble. Although I used it only to sleep, I was able to spend it very comfortably. Thank you. Point ★ The refrigerator is not cold if you enter the room and turn on the power immediately ★ Room clothes are working clothes ★ No water service ★1 There is a convenience store in F and you can enter and exit from the hotel lobby (no midnight zone)

Before moving to the country, I chose this hotel because the price of the local and kichijoji hotels was high. It was convenient to connect directly to the station. The front desk staff was also nice, the room was clean and I was able to stay in the corner room away from the elevator as I wanted in advance. The bathtub was a little deep, and it was good to take a bathing agent behind the front desk and take a bath slowly. The breakfast of this business hotel is good, and there are many buffet styles of dishes, but it was good to have a breakfast made on the second floor. I want to use it if I have another chance.
It’s a good hotel and It’s ideal if you stay just for a day. I think it would’ve been better if they also provided towels on the other days we spent there rather than making us use one towel for our 5 nights of stay. Nonetheless, it was a good stay.

I liked some servises. Location is convenient to travel for young people. Clean and minimal, convinient, the price is reasonable. If you don't have a much time and booking not yet, but you'll need hotel near by shinjiku and shibuya region in the current day, i will suggest you this hotel. Because i could't find any cheapest hotel near by shinjiku and shibuya in that day, but they had a room when we booking current day. Check in way is very easy and don't have to connect with the staff, that was interesting for me. Clean and price is suitable. Public kitchins fridge is little messy, some one toke my food and i just shoked. I wish 2 blankets but first day i couldn't take it because of they didnt check the e-mail(when we check in there is no staff). i think B5-10 room is little bit smelly, ”A” series room is near bath room you can hear walking sound anyone enter and use bath room. It is mean Sound issolation is weak. if you need well sleep you can use ear plugs. By the way they didnt give towel and diposable other things and you should take by yourself.

I didn't think I would stay in kasazuka. With the daughter and friend of the elementary school student, I chose to go anywhere in this 2020 year summer vacation and become a little memory. Not an ordinary hotel, but a condominium like building. The entrance is difficult to understand (google map goes to the koshu Kaido Road side), but the station is 1 minutes walk and the location is the best. Broader bathroom than hotel, washing machine&with detergent, mini is a large kitchen, clean room, small 2LDK (named family room) but it was enough. The bedroom is 2, but the voice and footsteps echo, so it may be better to be careful of nervous people in the case of friends. Because it is a commercial area, the view from the window is not desired, and the sound of the train sounds (I didn't care). I want to live in kasazuka, but I can stay to live with the person who is lost with the kasa.
Welcome to ESCASA Nishi Shinjuku. The house is located in the middle of Tokyo with sophisticated Japanese taste in the interior and European castle-like architecture on the exterior, and is very conveniently accessible.Only 2 train stops to Shinjuku, and you can take a walk to Yoyogi Park. Although the house is located close to Shinjuku and Shibuya, the area surrounding the house is a quiet residential area. You will be able to enjoy the quiet both day and night. Furthermore, there is a shuttle bus from Shinjuku station to Tokyo Disney Resort. Seasonings provided . We do not provide any condiments. We will discard any items left behind after 14 days from the day you leave. Please be aware of this. Seasonings provided. We do not provide condiments. I visited Tokyo for my child who wanted to go to the Harry Potter Studio. I was worried because Tokyo hotels are small and expensive, but this hotel looked spacious and had two double beds, so it seemed like a good fit for a family of four, so I made a reservation. I was worried because there weren't many reviews, but in the end, I was satisfied. First of all, the room was spacious for Tokyo, the bed was wide, and although it was a little old, it was clean and well maintained. Towels were provided, 4 small and 4 large, but actually, since it was my first time booking an Airbnb-like room, I asked for more towels and was told to wash them and use them. I thought they would provide more towels since it was a 3-day stay, but they didn't, so I was very surprised, but when I asked other people, they said that hotels that use the Airbnb system can do that. So I washed them in the washing machine and used them well. It was cloudy so they didn't dry completely, but they were okay. There were no other inconveniences. Since it's a mansion-like place, it has to be very quiet. You have to be careful about noise between floors. The location is near Nishi-Shinjuku-Gochome Station, which is 2 stops from Shinjuku by train. It's about 5 minutes from the station, so I think it's good value for money. The neighborhood is very quiet. If you don't like the hustle and bustle of Shinjuku, it's okay. There doesn't seem to be a place to eat breakfast. There's Matsuya right on the street in front, but it's not delicious, but you can eat it. You have to replace it with convenience store food or go out to Shinjuku to eat. If you're looking for a spacious and cheap place, I recommend it.
With a stay at Luana Shibuya in Tokyo (Shibuya), you'll be within a 5-minute drive of Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building and Yoyogi Park. This hotel is 2.8 mi (4.4 km) from Shibuya Crossing and 3.1 mi (4.9 km) from Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden.

It was a very clean and nice place to stay.
The price was also reasonable compared to other accommodations in the area, which was very helpful!
There were shopping streets and residences nearby, making it a relaxing place to live.
There was a relaxing atmosphere that felt like home, and I was able to take a good rest!
Everything was done using a smartphone, and it was easy to understand and operate!
The Harbor provides a great place for travelers to relax after a busy day. The Harbor is an ideal choice for travelers who want to take in the sights and sounds of Tokyo. With Okubo Station just 700m away and Haneda Airport only 23km away, transportation is very convenient. Transportation around the city is also convenient, with Higashi-Nakano Metro Station within walking distance. This hotel is located near many of Tokyo's attractions including Shin-Okubo Station, Hyakuninchō Fureai Park and Omoide Yokochō. After a long day of sightseeing, guests can retire to the comfort of the hotel. When it comes to Tokyo hotels, the Harbor is highly regarded for its excellent facilities.

From the beginning of the nanny car that Yang Ge picks up, it feels like home. Yes, this ”home” is in Tokyo. Everything is convenient (the sushi discounted at the supermarket at the door is awesome), it is strongly recommended that a family choose Yang Ge's homestay when traveling!

GGuest UserShiba Park Hotel is a beautiful, clean, quiet, elegant, fairly priced, stylish & cozy place. The rooms are large enough and the bathroom is modern, with all the amenities. In the room there is a safe, a large TV, comfortable sleepers and 2 brown cotton robes to wear when relaxing. We recommend to stay in this hotel to any tourist visiting the city, as it’s close to Daimon subway station and to many other attractions (Tokyo tower and Zojo-ji temple). Nice service, although the receptionists are a little slow. At floor 4 there’s a self service laundry (washer, drier and ironing board) that you can use with just 400 yens, at floor 8 there’s a water dispenser, and at floor 5 you can find a vending machine with cold water, sodas and beer! You can drink unlimited free coffee and tea at the main floor, and there’s a full restaurant at the entrance.
MMing KitRight next to Shinjuku JR Station,Takashimaya. Location is super convenient. The hotel room is right up high in the sky and you can have the best view of Tokyo. Breakfast is also good. And there are some good restaurants on the same building at 3rd/4th floor as well. (Picture are the view from hotel room and lobby)
GGuest UserExcellent hotel and special mention to Justyna
Location: Prime spot in the heart of Shinjuku and one minute walk to Shinjuku station exit 4, and less than five minutes to other exits.
Room: Extremely clean, modern, spacious, fantastic housekeeping.
Facilities: Washing machine, dryer, hot/cold water dispenser.
Service: Top notch hospitality from staff who are very friendly and courteous – special mention to Justyna who was extremely helpful with my queries days leading up to my check-in, as well as throughout my 7-night stay, and she always ensures that my requests are fulfilled promptly. Thank you Justyna and team!
SSHWCMDThe room that we had was really big and comfie. Unfortunately hotel has strict policy on number of pax. Need to book 2 room if there are 2 adult 2 kids. Not recommended if traveling with kids.. we didn’t use much of the service or amenities but room is clean !
GGuest UserI stayed in a room with a train simulator, which was happy for rail fans. The ”train simulator real thing” used for the crew training of TOBU railway is installed in the room. The guests can use it freely from 3 p.m. to 10 a.m. the next day. The real feeling that can manipulate the real thing was amazing and I operated it at night and spared my sleep. This room has only one room, one night, one person with breakfast, and 20000 yen. On the way back, you can get a T-shirt printed on the face of the TOBU train as a souvenir.
SSALLESWe had a nice stay at Washington Hotel Akihabara. The hotel is well located, nearby metro lines and local trains which allow us to easily move around Tokyo. Although the room is small, it is well designed and it big enough for few nights. The bed is not very large but comfortable. We managed to sleep with our 2 yo kid. You can also choose between soft or hard pillow. The bathroom was quite big with a nice bathtub. Around the hotel, you have plenty of restaurant and convenient stores. The buffet breakfast was great and everything we try tastes really good ! There is a large choice between Japanese food and wester food. Finally, there is a laundry area which was really convenient.
GGuest UserAlthough breakfast is free, the ingredients are very good, broccoli, blueberries, etc. are served almost every day, and soup containing mushrooms of water-soluble dietary fiber, I also liked Japanese avocado and chicken. Carrots and seafood carpaccio were also delicious. I think it's included in the room rate, but it was a very healthy breakfast compared to the Richmond I used to use so far. As for the room, it's a business hotel, so can't it be helped? If you dare to say it, I would like you to light up the corridor and the elevator hall on the first floor every morning. The staff were also polite and nothing happened during my stay. If you have a large suitcase, it is easier to get to the hotel by using the elevator that is only on the Asakusa Line side of the metropolitan government. There is only a long staircase at the 4 exit next to the hotel, so it is difficult to go up the stairs with luggage. On rainy days, it is better to walk underground to the hotel. It was a terminal station that was easy to use because there was a 2 station on the JR Sobu Line to Tokyo Station and a 2 line on the Asakusa Line to Narita Airport.
AAnonymous Useri booked the triple room as it was the only room left. there was space for only 1 large luggage - the room was a little old but bed and duvet surprisingly comfy. onsen was small so it got a little crowded as the hotel was full that night. location was great - tho the nearest ikebukuro stn exit with lift, C9 (vs 20b), is a little further from the station. excellent authentic chinese food nearby (豪妈 on google maps), and a family mart just across the street. great hotel!
