This hotel boasts a fantastic location, conveniently close to public transportation. The rooms are impeccably clean, ensuring a comfortable stay. However, do note that it can get quite busy due to its popularity.

This is essentially a budget hotel with a great location. I was given an odd room, so maybe that's why it was a bit small. The hallway smelled a bit weird, and the shower drained in a strange way. But it had a TV and coffee and it got the job done!

Clean and friendly. Although the room is slightly smaller and the bathroom is shared, there are faucets in the house, and everything except bathing and convenience can be done in the house. High cost performance. Accidentally lost a room card, and did not ask us to pay for compensation. Thank you very much, full marks. The location is super good, all facilities near DT are within walking distance.

Try not being to miss breakfast, it ends promptly at 10 or 11 pn weekends. its the best variety and quality in a breakfaat buffet ive seen in a while. We arrived as part of a USA & Canada trip from Ireland. My second visit to Canada and my partners first visit. This hotel was fantastic. We had started our trip in San Francisco in a holiday inn express so we hoped this hotel would mirror the experience we had there and it did! We were greeted as we entered by a gentleman on the desk. This was Easter time and the hotel had chocolate treats at the desk for guests. Thoughtful little gesture. The guy was very friendly and welcoming. He made sure that we would have a nice room and also that we would have a room up high to enjoy a nice view. Breakfast was included and we were again very impressed with the service and the selection that was on offer for breakfast just like San Francisco hotel. We arrived in our room which was great. The room had all the essentials and was very clean and Modern. The view was amazing overlooking the park across from the hotel and a view of all the sky scrapers in downtown Toronto. The hotel was very close to a metro supermarket for food and snacks for the room. We checked out a lovely restaurant called HOTHOUSE which we enjoyed the food and the service. Please check out a few coffee shops nearby including the black canary, Fahrenheit, b espresso bar and third wave coffee. Just a few mentioned. The hotel is near St Lawrence market for all the foodies. This market has so much to offer. Lots of local produce and fresh food market stalls for everyone. What a great city and what a fantastic hotel.

Stayed 2 nights to catch a baseball game! Cons - view was a empty parking garage, a bit noisy from hallway, just could hear doors closing loudly but our floor was still nice and quiet, and the make-up mirror was broken (so these were the only real cons) Pros - We loved it, Location is Fantastic, so close to Union Station 5 minute walk, close to Rogers Stadium, CN Tower, Aquarium & Harbourfront, we went for breakfast at the St Lawrence Market, a 20 second walk and then we also had a lovely 15 minute walk to the Distillery District. Staff were sooo friendly and accommodating! We only had one meal in the Cafe/Bistro, but it was great (Breakfast) and staff were sooo nice! Beds were comfy!!! Hotel and rooms were super clean! It really was a great place to stay, we will def stay there again!

The Tv is big and with high resolution. Bed is tidied up neatly and the room is cleaned. Feel comfortable when I walk in the room. There are lotion and facial wash in the bathroom. All the furniture seems simple but great.

We enjoyed our family long weekend, this is an ideal location, only a few minutes shuttle to the airport. We were able to grab the shuttle to the airport each day and from there take the UP Express and GO Bus to where ever we wanted to go. The hotel staff are such a pleasure to talk to, and helpful with every little detail (thanks for the pizza place recommendation- it was perfect!) It was great having breakfast included, and they have a generous selection to choose from! We were bummed the pool isn’t operational yet, but we knew that before we went, so we are looking forward to enjoying it another time. We would definitely stay here again, and would recommend it to anybody looking for a clean affordable hotel near the airport. Our room faced the airport and the kids were happier to watch that then the tv (thanks!) And worth noting that we were near the elevator, but it wasn’t a noise issue at all (as we’ve experienced elsewhere in the past) (Side note, we were pleased that the room temperature was consistent (and the cooling/heating system quiet!) Great all around experience!

The hotel is very big, with ** on the first floor, a theater, and a racecourse, which is great! The room is large, the facilities are new, clean and sanitary, the transportation is convenient, there is free underground parking, and the price-performance ratio is high!

My wife and I recently spent three nights at the TownPlace Suites hotel in Markham, Ontario. We booked the room with our Bonvoy points, so I can’t comment on price. Markham is a suburb about 15 miles north of Toronto. We picked this location since it was near relatives we were visiting. It’s located on a fairly busy highway with various commercial businesses nearby. There is a Chinese restaurant (QJD Peking Duck), which we did not visit, on the first floor. The thirteen-story building actually holds two Marriott properties: Courtyard by Marriott on floors 2 - 8 and TownPlace on floors 9 - 14. The registration desk serves both hotels. The lobby has several areas for socializing. There also is a Bistro/Bar area. Conference rooms, a business center and a spa are off to the side. A fitness center and indoor pool are on the lower level. Wifi is free. Surprisingly, parking is not. Signs say that it costs $6 Canadian per day to park in the attached multi-level garage, but we apparently were not charged. Check-in was courteous and efficient. You need your keycard to access the elevator. TIP: There is no 13th floor; the elevator buttons go from 12 to 14! We were assigned room 915. TIP: the room was almost across the hall from the ice machine and one wall of the room directly abutted the elevator bank. While the noise was neglible, you might want to keep this in mind if you’re a very light sleeper. The room was clean and decorated in what I would call ikea style. It was like living in a studio apartment. A flat screen TV was on a two-drawer chest/dresser. A wall-mounted desk had overhead shelving, a vertical cupboard, desk chair and rollout table. The kitchen section had a sink, two-burner electric range top, coffee pot, microwave, dishwasher (!) and fairly large refrigerator. There were multiple cabinets and drawers filled with practically every kitchen item you’d need: pots, pans, dishes, flatware, soap, etc. And if they’re still something you might need, chances are you can get it from the front desk. (See pic.) A full-size closet contained an iron/ironing board. No sign of a safe. The sitting area contained a loveseat, ottoman and floor lamp. The king-size bed had five pillows. The bed was a little soft, but comfortable. It was flanked by nightstands and wall-mounted lamps with electric outlets. 
The bathroom was average-sized. The vanity had lots of counter space and several drawers. And a hair dryer. The shower was quite large, taking up about a third of the room. There was wall-mounted hand soap and hair/body wash (in the shower) by ALICE & Co+ botanicals. Shower pressure and temperature were fine. TIP: Don’t be alarmed when you flush the toilet - the sound is comparable to that generated by an airplane commode. Breakfast was included with the room and was served on the 14th floor. (Also requiring keycard access.) The offerings consisted of the usual combination of hot & cold items. Overall, we wer
