服務態度極差，給了早餐券也不説在幾樓用餐，券上也沒寫在幾樓，房間電話也打不了服務枱，第二天早上從17樓跑下去問前台後才知道在哪兒用餐，衞生間不能調水温，要麼很燙，要麼就是冷水，早上跟前台説想換房間，她直接來一句沒房換不了，語氣極其不耐煩，也不説找人幫修一下，我説下午看看有房間換嗎，也不理我，她衹顧着給她自己泡咖啡！
