We have visited the Hotel several times, every visit was a pretty satisfying experience. Nice hotel with fantastic view about 500 metres from the Lake Balaton, helpful and flexible staff, wonderful dishes, a huge and perfect wellness centre.

A poca distanza dal lago balaton un hotel con camere molto grandi e un bel bagno. Un buon ristorante dove abbiamo cenato. Buona colazione nella sala o sulla terrazza. Tutto sopra le nostre aspettative. Da qui possibili diverse escursioni turistiche.

We vacationed with our family in November 21st. The hotel is not bad, but it feels like everything is done according to established rules without taking into account the needs of the guests. Pros: The rooms are clean, quite modern. The area is well-kept, there is a children's playground, but it is very small and uninteresting. Delicious breakfasts and dinners. The restaurant is decent. The massages are high quality, there is even a salt cave. Of the minuses: They speak English normally only at the reception. There are also only a couple of waiters in the restaurant. No one in wellness. Most of the information on advertisements and brochures is also not presented in English. The pool is icy. Stable temperature is not maintained in either the swimming pool or jacuzzi. Everyone is sitting (the crowd) in the warm water of the jacuzzi and in the splash pool, and the pool is empty. It is also impossible to enter the pool with children due to the water temperature. The outdoor Jacuzzi is not working. You lie there like in a bathtub without bubbles. In the photo at. The photo when booking showed a slide in the pool, but in fact there is none. Saunas also do not maintain the designated temperature conditions. Cannot really say anything good about this place. First of all there was no AC in our room (unlike promised), so we had to change rooms mid trip because in the 38 degrees the room felt extremely humid and uncomfortable to sleep in. Communication was difficult since none of the staff members we encountered spoke any english neither smiled and when asked "do you speak english?" the reply was either the word "German" or a shoulder shrug. Fortunately my partner spoke Hungarian, but even then all questions where answered in a very rude way, definitely could not imagine being in a 4* hotel. The spa was also not worth visiting, couple of saunas and two swimming pools. Outside jacuzzi looked cool, but unfortunately did not have any water inside... Staff at the spa did not speak any english either and definitely did not smile. All in all this hotel is not worth visiting again, it is sad because the views are great!

This hotel is located on one of the hills surrounding the lake, which gives you a beautiful view of the lake. Rooms are spacious, clean and fully equipped. Excellent WiFi and good meeting rooms. Breakfast was excellent and because of the nice weather we were able to do it outside.
