Hotels near Hanshen Shopping Plaza, Xi＇an

Good location near lots of restaurants. A short walk to the metro line that can take you to Xi'an North train station in about 4 stops. Not super close to other tourist attractions in Xi'an such as the Big Wild Goose Pagoda but the metro line takes you there as well. The room was nice, clean, and quiet. I have stayed in Atour hotels in the past and would definitely don't in the future.

The hotel is very cost-effective. The toiletries in the room are good. It is close to Metro Line 4. Big Wild Goose Pagoda, Tang Paradise, and Xi'an North Station are all on Line 4, which is also convenient. Because we checked out too early, we didn't take the subway. It took less than 20 minutes to get to North Station by taxi. My husband and I checked out at 5:30 in the morning. The hotel prepared a packed breakfast for three people.

Best stay we had at Xi’an, stayed for 2 nights and wished we’ve stayed longer but our itinerary is short. I should mention Amanda who helped us in checking in and offered us great upgrade! The view in our room was spectacular! Thank you Amanda! Also upon checking out early morning, Caroline helped us get a didi service to the airport! Thank you Caroline! Me and my b.f came to xi’an for tour it was my first time , we stayed for two nights at holiday inn hotel and this hotel gave us a great experience first of all the hotel is very clean, room is so warm during winter very nice and clean bedsheets, I slept like a little baby 😂 . toilet is dope , receptionist are very friendly and the food wow , I would definitely come again.

There is also a free massage chair in the room, which can relieve fatigue in your spare time. The service at the front desk is also very enthusiastic, and they are carefully disinfected every day.

I stayed in Xi'an temporarily for one night and chose this hotel. It is conveniently located near the Fengcheng Jiu Road subway exit. It is about 10 minutes by taxi and subway from the high-speed rail station. The girl at the front desk was very considerate and upgraded the room. The breakfast was also quite good. This was a pleasant stay that surprised me. Due to illness, I temporarily decided to stay in Xi'an for two days. I looked for many hotels and finally decided to stay at North Garden Hotel. I chose this hotel first because it is new. I thought the smell of a new hotel would be better than the musty smell of an old hotel. After checking in, I found that the hotel didn't have a trace of the formaldehyde smell of new hotels, and the treatment was quite good. After checking in, the service attitude of the hotel staff made me feel really comfortable. In particular, I was moved by the room service Liu Xiaoli. When I came back from shopping in the afternoon, she found out that I had a cold after finishing the cleaning, so she specially boiled cola and ginger water for me to deliver. Details are everything. North Garden Hotel is located in the northern suburbs of Xi'an. It is a very famous hotel. There are many snacks around. There is a noodle shop nearby that is very delicious. The butler, Jiang Yuhan, also gave us a takeaway service. It was very good. If I have the opportunity, I will stay here again. Highly recommended.

The hotel is located on Fengcheng 5th Road, directly accessible from the high-speed rail station Line 2, very close to the place of business trip, the room is simple and clean, the service is warm and thoughtful, I have already continued to live, because I have to check out temporarily, the staff will not say a full refund, this is simply not too good, as a frequent traveler, Many hotels charge half a day for more than 30 minutes. I will choose here next time I travel.

After a 14 hours train journey, I needed to be treated like a princess, and I was treated like one. I was collected from the station by the hotel 's van which was such a relief! Mr He, the driver, made sure he would find me and was a great escort. Communications were excellent. A fantastic service. And I was driven back to the station the next day in the same super efficient manner. Then I was greeted by Miss Xu and Mr Liu at reception who were so kind and welcoming, it was midnight by then and I could barely stand on my feet. The room itself was the most comfortable and elegant I've experienced so far in my trip around China. I wish I'd had time to stay a little longer. Very much recommended.

We had a very nice stay!! The staff was super friendly and happy to help. They have a laundry room you can use for free, very convenient. Also there are a lot of restaurants and shops in the sorroundings…very convenient!
