The room was clean and tidy, with all the utensils available. It was more thoughtful than any hotel we have stayed in before. Since we arrived early, the front desk allowed us to check in early so we could have a good rest before going sightseeing. When leaving, due to the rush, I forgot a small bag in the lobby. Xiaoye helped me find the bag and helped me courier it to my next city. It was my first time to stay at Yishang Hotel. The warm service at Xi'an Bell Tower Huimin Street Branch made me decide to stay at Yishang Hotel in the future.
