凌晨三點多下的訂單，四點鐘通過客服申請的取消，客服在5點46聯繫的酒店説取消不了，酒店説他們沒有責任，客服工作人員聯繫他們聯繫晚了，客服説一直都是快捷回覆，房間一直沒有入住，兩邊互相踢皮球！
