這個酒店咋説呢 位置很棒 對面就是鼓樓回民街 李鐘樓也很近 大雁塔不算遠 離地鐵站也很近 再説房間吧 衞生乾淨 有智能小杜 智能馬桶 大小還算可以畢竟這個地段這個性價比的酒店也不多 前台服務挺熱情的 有24小時服務 還有24小時茶水 小姐姐小哥哥態度都很好 值得推薦的酒店

Wow, what a surprise! The small courtyard of the B&B is so beautifully decorated. I really love this quiet courtyard in the bustling city. The room was very clean, with complete toiletries and good sound insulation. The staff was very nice and patiently answered our questions. They also recommended a lot of local delicacies and didn't disappoint. It was a very good stay experience. I will stay here again next time I come to Xi'an.

After staying at this hotel myself I booked a trip for my parents. We had amazing service and my parents had the best time. Thank you to their on-site agents who helped me book many affordable experiences for them in English. Thank you!

Good choice for our 3 days and 2 nights at Xi'an. Actually the location is great, easy to be reached by Xi'an Metro and we just need to walk less than 5 minutes to the infamous Huiminje or Muslim Quarter. But we were confused about finding our way to the hotel. After going out from Xi'an Metro exit C ＞ 9 heading to Drum Tower (Gulou), take a stairway on your right side near Starbucks. Follow the corridor then turn right after seeing the first bridge (on your left side). You'll find the hotel signage. About language barrier, yes... Just use your translation apps on your phone for communication. A girl staff who can speak english took us to our room after checking in. But we didn't meet again on the next days. When we need to check out early for catching the next morning flight and want them to call a taxi, they offered us a private car service from their ”older sister” (a lady who works as a tour agent at the hotel). They said it would be cost efficient rather than taking a random taxi on the street. We got to paid 60 yuan/person.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The hotel is situated at the heart of the city, just next to the 广濟街Metro station. The famous Bell Tower is about 1 km away. The personnel is excellent, very friendly and helpful. I specially would like to thank mr Liu (刘浩) and Ms Wang (王文彤). I have asked them many questions and they are very helpful and enthuasiastic. The room is large and clean and quiet. I like the hotel but it's the people working there who made the most impression on me. A nice experience, a nice memory. Thank you Merlinhod.

The hotel is located in a good location and the transportation is very convenient, the breakfast is very rich, the hotel staff attitude is very warm, but also help us to delay the check-out time for free, there is a bar room downstairs a little noisy, to the staff immediately changed the room, the overall is still very good a stay experience

Location of the hotel is excellent. It is within walking distance to 钟楼，鼓楼，回民街 and many other shopping malls. Hotel is about 20 steps from 钟楼站 J6. There are many tour agencies at 回民街 to book day trip to Terracotta Warrior etc. There are also tour desk at the train station to assist with day trip booking. The hotel concierge is also able to help to book day trip to see terracotta warrior. Breakfast buffet was good. Afternoon tea was miserable. We did not bother to go again after trying out once. The page did not clearly state that the free one-way transport is from airport to hotel. We thought it could be used for one way transport to anywhere in Xi’an.. Due to the incomplete information, we did not manage to utilise the free transport as we did not call to make appointment for our airport pickup. There was washing machine and clothes dryer available for use and it was free. The laundry room was open from 9am to 9pm only. Detergent was provided for free. The view from our room was excellent too. 钟楼was just infront of us. Overall experience was great. Will definitely recommend friends to stay at this hotel.

I have had a great time staying here to discover Xian. 6 day trip and the hostel was great. Be sure to take the stairs since the elevator is very slow. The hostel is friendly and helpful. The room is clean and intact. The toilet is amazing given the Chinese toilet standard. The location is super convenient to reach food/metro/attractions! It will be hard not to fall in love with this view every-time you walk out of the hostel.

The hotel is in a very good location, very close to the Bell Tower and the city wall within walking distance! The staff's service attitude was very good, check-in was fast, and I was assigned a quieter room according to my request! The room is also very neat and clean, and the heating temperature is just right and very comfortable!

We had a very pleasant stay at Novotel. The location was fantastic with easy access to the MRT and also to the key sights! While we had a small encounter with one of the front desk staff on the morning when we had to go off early on a day trip to Luoyang, the staff have been hospitable and would go out of their way to help us. We are particularly happy with the lady in the restaurant and the staff within the restaurant. Always ready with a smile! Would like to give an excellent review for 小任, the housekeeping staff who cleaned our rooms daily! There was an evening when we returned to find that she had taken the initiative to wash my socks for me. I was pleasantly shocked by the gesture! There was no need for her to do so, yet, she went out of her way to make us feel at home! Thank you Novotel! We would definitely choose to stay with you again!
