Xining Hotels with Pools

Great hotel situated nearby the Wanda mall and Tangdao walking street. I was impressed with how stunning the hotel is and pre-arrival experience was really remarkable. It is according to what I expected from Sofitel Hotel; however, my experience this time didn't reach my expectation. First, I was asked to pay CNY99 in order to use the swimming pool even if I already said that I was staying there. Second, the air-conditioner was not cool enough. I asked the staff to help me adjust it, but it seemed not work well. I slept with sweating all night. Lastly, I asked concierge to recommend me where I could find the night walking street and street food, but the answer I got was to search the word ”Tangdao” by myself. This is unacceptable. I wouldn't expect concierge to just provide me this simple answer. I can even do that by myself. What was the point from seeking for the recommendation from concierge? I have seen that one of them even got Les Clefs d'Or so that I expected the whole team to provide me something beyond my expectation. Please consider this issue. Thank you very much.

I stayed at Xining Wanda Cultural Hotel. As soon as I entered, the lobby was magnificently decorated. There was a leisure area and a cheap supermarket in the lobby. When I checked in at the front desk, Lris handled the check-in very quickly. The lady was very enthusiastic and would greet me with a smile and go back to the room. The back floor is also very high. The scenery outside the window is very good. The mattress in the room is very comfortable to sleep on. The bed is very big and the comfort is very good. The hygiene details are also in place. The washing facilities are complete. The overall location of the hotel is right in Wanda Plaza. , very convenient. You can walk to the commercial street without taking a taxi. There is also a free parking lot. Highly recommended! it's actually very good! !

I stayed at Sofitel during the Chinese New Year. The service was very warm and proactive. The front desk service was warm and the room was clean and tidy. I would like to especially mention the hotel housekeeper Xiaohua, who prepared the room for me in advance and gave me a surprise. I was very touched! Thank you very much! It is the best choice when visiting Xining.

Two pieces of fruit are welcome, which is quite expensive. The guest room's attitude is not good, but after telling the front desk, the front desk told the guest room that another one was given as a gift!

There are really a lot of things to do when traveling with children. Jinjiang's service is particularly good! I would like to especially thank several young ladies, Sister Xiao Wen, Sister Xiao Yan, Sister Xiao Wang, and the handsome brother in a tuxedo, I don’t remember his name, who delivered food and medicine to us. Came by car, underground parking for 25 nights. The landlord was very enthusiastic and responded very promptly. He also recommended several places to eat very well. The room is decorated in style, but it is so dry! The floor heating can't be controlled, it's so hot! I can't close it 😂 The provided items are quite complete, the projector is also very easy to use, and the mobile phone can directly project the screen.

The price of this hotel should be considered expensive, and the service is really average. The park is very large and divided into several zones. Should it be equipped with a guide map at the front desk or during holidays to facilitate the arrangement of the itinerary. Most of them are brought to play with children. If there are children when booking the room, some children should also be prepared for the room. It is convenient to use when playing with water, such as toiletries or bathrobes. In the entire front desk, apart from waiting for check-in and check-out to collect faces, there is no other staff to arrange or know where and how tourists should go. The facilities are not bad, and there are many places to play, but the service is slightly less humanized, which does not match the price of this hotel. In addition, the bed in our room was stained and there were a lot of small ballasts. I don't know if the sheets have not been changed.

The experience is relatively poor. There is no front desk or reception, and the specific location and room number are not sent in advance. I don’t know the room when I call and send the wrong building number. After checking in, the mattress is a bad mat of the rental house. The dried flowers on the bedside gave me a headache. I had a backache after sleeping for two days. I checked out decisively. The cleaning was outsourcing. It can be said that this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. It means there is no service. I will never go again
