Room smelled really bad. I wouldn't recommend staying here at all. The lobby even had a very dusty smell.

This property is super convenient to NRG stadium, but it’s old, smells of mildew, the sheets were stained, and the bathroom had remnants left from the prior guest. Do not recommend.

They claim there were system issues the reason why my card was attempted to be ran 6x for an additional night after I personally went to the front desk and check out at 3am. Both me and my guest woke up covered in bumps and left

The public spaces were pleasant and spacious. My guest-room's bathroom was a bit shabby. The shower head leaked spilling much water onto the ceiling tile above it. There was no shower gel for body, no Q-tips. The telephone had not signage indicating which, if any, buttons would summon th front desk or any other facility.

Black mold smell everywhere and it can be seen in the hotel rooms. The place needs to be completely torn down and rebuilt new. Its way too far gone to save

We stayed for one night while attending a concert at the NRG stadium. The entire building and rooms were hot, muggy and smelled like mold/mildew. There was a roach in the tub when I went to shower. The entire experience was disappointing for the amount of money we spent on the room. The only convenience was the short walk to the stadium. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

If you want a hotel with prime location to NRG this is it. However that is all you get. Food and beverage services are minimal at best. You can tell this used to be a grand hotel and hopefully they fix it up to return to that standard.

Overall decent hotel, customer service excellent, room is another issue, the bed sunk in so much in the middle that you roll into no matter what. The bed/mattress in room 1211 should be replaced immediately woke up with a terrible back ache.

Do not stay at this hotel, it was a horrible experience!!! I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.
