Zhangjiajie Spa Hotels

We recently enjoyed a fantastic one-week stay at the Harmona Spa and Resort in Zhangjiajie, and we couldn't be more pleased with our experience. From the moment we arrived, the personalized service made us feel right at home. The staff went above and beyond to assist us with logistics, arranging everything from tickets to transportation, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay. The 24/7 attention was impeccable, and the beautiful location and facilities added to the charm of the resort, we got a feeling of Avatar 2.0 One highlight was the great variety offered at breakfast, which we thoroughly enjoyed each morning. Both of the resort’s restaurants served excellent food, adding to our overall dining pleasure. A special mention goes to the staff members who made our stay exceptional: Johnny and Shan received us warmly on the night we arrived, Cherry and Monica, who not only provided excellent service but also entertained us with their beautiful singing and fun personalities; Pink, who was incredibly helpful, proactive in planning our activities, and quick to resolve any issues T hank you to Mao Mengfan, who hosted us with an amazing barbecue at Flower Valley, Luna from the Chinese restaurant, who provided amazing service; Nikki and Fenfen from the front desk, who were always welcoming and efficient; and Josie from the bar, who made our karaoke night unforgettable with creative cocktails. Lastly, big thank you to Mr. Li who took great care of our luggage, ensuring it reached the airport when we couldn't return from Tianmen Mountain in time. The hotel is close to the east gate of Wulingyuan and historic interest area. It’s very convenient to start your trip from here. It’s a 10min walk from the bus station that takes you to the Grand Canyon and zhangjiajie. The streets with the shops are 1-2km walking. They have many choices for breakfast. Different vegetables, noodles, bread, eggs, fruit etc. Even cornflakes and toast if you only like western food. They change it a bit everyday which is nice. The room was good and they cleaned it every day. Only underneath the bed it was dusty. The room had automatically opening curtains and airco. I would recommend this hotel. The staff does not speak English so if you don’t speak a little Chinese it might be a little inconvenient.

We are a family from Indonesia, a family of five people. We stayed in 2 rooms for two nights. The location was near TIAN SHAN MEN (Heavenly Gate) Cable way station in Zhangjiajie downtown. About 800-900m, a walking distance. If you prefer riding a taxi/Didi, the fare was about CNY 10 or less. The hotel was very clean, modern, well maintained. We felt like it was a new hotel. The front desk reception staffs were very friendly and helpful. We also appreciated the FREE pick up service from /and to the Zhangjiajie West station. The breakfast package was also very good. Good job QIAN hotel. LUAR BIASA!

Loved staying at this hotel ! 10/10 I would recommend. As a tourist from out of the country I felt very welcome and well taken care of right from when I got there. The room was clean and the view of the mountains from my window was literally breathtaking. Also, I would like to say a big thank you to the hotel staff for being so helpful and efficient..when I first got into my room, I made a mistake and ended up blowing a fuse in my room. I went downstairs to the front desk and explained the situation and it was fixed within a few minutes of me getting back to my room...thank you! I would definitely stay here again next time I'm in Zhangjiajie

The hotel environment is really good, with an excellent geographical environment. It is very close to the Tianmen Mountain Scenic Area and can be reached on foot. There are many dining options around it, which is very convenient. The room is spacious and bright, with complete facilities, clean and hygienic. The large floor-to-ceiling windows on the entire wall allow you to have a panoramic view of the scenery outside the window. The service is in place and all questions are answered. The overall evaluation deserves praise.

When booking the inn, I saw that the price of Masangshu was very affordable, and it was still a 4-diamond standard, but the evaluation of the guests was not a lot of a little awkward. After arriving at the store, I saw the inn room. Fortunately, the choice was very correct! The room was large, it was very convenient to spread out the box to pack things, and the room was very clean. Although the inn also receives tour groups, it is very quiet at night. It is estimated that the boss arranged individual guests and tour groups on the floor. And this reservation also includes breakfast, just on the first floor of the inn, affordable and convenient! I stayed for three nights this time, because the inn received a tour group full room, and I couldn't place an order on the platform on the last night. The proprietress was very good and specially adjusted a room. Generally speaking, I was very satisfied with the reservation of Masangshu Inn! And Ma Sangshu in Zhangjiajie has a very moving story, everyone can come to Zhangjiajie to decrypt ha! !

The room is very large, the facilities are very new, and it is equipped with a bathtub and a small refrigerator. It is clean and tidy. The geographical environment is excellent. It is far away from the night market and quiet. It is about 1.2 kilometers away from the Wulingyuan landmark gate. The restaurant on the first floor of the hotel has breakfast, with rich and varied food and delicious dishes. The front desk service is warm, friendly, thoughtful and considerate.

The hotel is quite old, and all the facilities in the room are very old. The hotel's parking lot was not found, and it happened that there was a free free parking space near the road near the hotel entrance. It costs 10 yuan to take a taxi to Forest Park, and it takes 28 minutes to walk. There are many lively restaurants near the hotel at night, and there are barbecues.

The location of the hotel is very convenient. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the Tianmen Mountain Cableway. Downstairs is the passenger terminal, and you can take the bus directly to Wulingyuan Scenic Area. There are many restaurants around which are convenient for breakfast and dinner. The room was very clean and cozy. The bosses are also very nice and drove to pick us up. Good review!
