I was quite looking forward to booking a detached house at the beginning. From the above description, there are two bedrooms with separate bathrooms and a public toilet on the first floor. As soon as I arrived at the location, I found that the single-family house was extremely small, and the stairs were extremely narrow (maybe only 1/2 as wide as the normal stairs) and very steep, which made it difficult for me to carry my luggage up. The two bedrooms on the second floor were also very small, and it felt like they were too small. One room was divided into two, and there was a board between one of the rooms and the bathroom. As for the bed, it feels like I’ve slept in so many hotels and it’s all the same. The heating is okay, but one of the air conditioners is installed above the bathroom baffle, but it is of no use even if the heating is turned on. As for bath towels and towels, they are more attentive and provide disposable ones. The boss is pretty nice. Before checking in, he sent me a message/called me to tell me how to get to the destination. Because the ancient city is so big, we were worried that we would take a lot of detours. Overall it's okay

The environment is very good, the front desk service is good, the check-in is fast, the surrounding food and small attractions are recommended, the room is fully equipped, the bed is very comfortable, and the free late check-out is also helped, the health is very good, there are several monitoring in the corridor, very safe, when leaving the store, I also sent a bottle of mineral water, cost-effective

The hotel is in a very good location. You can reach the ancient city by walking two intersections, but it is not close to the road. The environment is quiet. There is a parking space at the door of the hotel, and there is a dedicated person to take care of it. The room is clean and hygienic, the bathroom is large enough, and the service attitude of the front desk lady is very good. She took the initiative to upgrade the room. What I didn't expect was that the boss lady sent a midnight snack to each room at night, which was a local snack, glutinous rice cake, which was very heartwarming.

The hotel has very central location, only 5 minutes walk from Zhongshan Park and the Ancient City. There are many small restaurants serving all kinds of food around. There is also a big supermarket about 400 meters away. The room was clean and quiet, the bathroom is a bit tight, but the design has alleviated the size issue. There were complimentary dessert in the evening and several kinds of tea. The internet could be a bit faster.

The hotel is located in the city center, very close to where we planned to visit on daily basis. The lobby is nice and bathroom is nice with new/clean towels and renovated with marble stone. The room has enough space but tv set could have been bigger in contrast to the wall space. The Chinese breakfast buffet is bountiful with a few daily local flavors. The room service staff are friendly but probably need more professional training. Although it is advertised as smoke free for some rooms, all rooms are not smoke free. At checkout, the receptionist was very receptive with my feedback. Hope there will be some improvements in the near future and we will stay in this hotel again on our next trip.

Not bad, The sanitary products in the room are added immediately after use. There are many more than some hotels. The garbage is cleaned up in time. The mineral water is also free to drink! After the first night of staying, I immediately recommended it to my friends. It is also very convenient to order takeaway. The only thing is that there is a person. Every night, there is a small advertisement. It is a bit noisy on the side of the road. Other services are really nothing to say. I like the small round table in the room. Just sit and review! The room is also relatively clean and has no smell!

I felt pretty good the last time I came here, but this time I was arranged to stay in Tianbao Building, and the facilities were so perfunctory that I was speechless. 1. I booked a business king-size bed room, but the bed turned out to be two single beds put together, with an obvious gap in the middle, and they treated customers like **; 2. There was no desk in the business room, and I wanted to write some materials; 3. The only socket in the toilet was unusable, and the water flosser was useless; 4. If you want to watch TV while sitting on the bed, you probably need a telescope, and the TV is not facing the bed; 5. The sound insulation is poor, and the sound of the drunk vomiting next door can be clearly heard; 6. Even the bedside lamp is broken. What is more gratifying is that it is at least clean and tidy, and the attitude of the service staff is also OK, but the room is like a lottery, speechless

I have stayed at quite a few Wanda hotels in the past and always had a pleasant experience but the past two days were anything but pleasant. I had a two night stay in Zhangzhou Wanda Realm from the 22nd of January to the 24th of January. I have listed my grievances below. 1. Air-conditioning does not work. My room was a constant temperature of 25 degrees Celsius and even after turning on the air conditioning did the temperature not go down. I had to ask the hotel to open a window to decrease the temperature and thus let polluted air into the room. 2. I booked an executive room knowing that I would receive some benefits. Not only was the executive lounge closed but as stated in the notice, they requested we use the hotel lobby bar which was also closed. I paid 850RMB per night for this room. If I am not going to have the benefits of an executive room at least refund me. 3. Swimming pool times have drastically decreased to limited times. I know that this is Chinese New year but isn't this the time when the hotel would receive most of its guests and thus have all the amenities ready and working to make a guest stay very pleasant. 4. Breakfast buffet was below standard of a 4 star hotel. Not only was the selection of foods extremely basic but the food was severely under stock. One would think that a four star hotel would be able to plan for a busy time like Chinese New year but no, there was limited food on basic items like eggs and bacon. Staff were not prepared for such large amounts of people. 5. It seems like this hotel is closing down as many water features and other amenities are either out of order or not working properly. It is an embarrassment to call this hotel a luxury hotel. It has the facade of a luxury hotel but cannot deliver on basic amenities. Please see my photos for evidence of my unpleasant stay. The staff were very friendly and tried to help where they can but it would be better to close down this hotel than call it a luxury 4 star hotel.

I had a good experience staying at this hotel on a business trip this time. It is also convenient for travel and there are many places to visit around, close to Wanda and Bihu Park. Jake at the front desk enthusiastically helped arrange the room. I am very satisfied with it. If I come to Zhangzhou again next time, I will stay here again.
