The most important thing is that one or two hundred hotels actually have breakfast. I ate the raw hot that is said to be Zhangzhou special. It may be because I am not used to eating outsiders, but my son likes to eat. The neighborhood is very close to the ancient city, very lively at night, and there are many snacks. Parking is very convenient, family travel, or like to stay in a hotel. The facilities in the room are very intelligent and convenient to use. I heard that they are all big names. The location of the hotel is also very good. As soon as you enter the door, you can immediately relax and enter the decoration of the holiday mode. It is my favorite style. The hardware is relatively new. The overall feeling is good. I have recommended it to my friends. The house is fully equipped and there are several supermarkets around to buy fruit yogurt. The transportation is very convenient. You can walk to a lot of fun places with the hotel as the center. Although it is very quiet in the city center, especially the bathroom. It is very clean and tidy. The hotel is convenient and fast, and the facilities are perfect. The hotel is in a very good location. You can reach the ancient city by walking two intersections, but it is not close to the road. The environment is quiet. There is a parking space at the door of the hotel, and there is a dedicated person to take care of it. The room is clean and hygienic, the bathroom is large enough, and the service attitude of the front desk lady is very good. She took the initiative to upgrade the room. What I didn't expect was that the boss lady sent a midnight snack to each room at night, which was a local snack, glutinous rice cake, which was very heartwarming.

The hotel has very central location, only 5 minutes walk from Zhongshan Park and the Ancient City. There are many small restaurants serving all kinds of food around. There is also a big supermarket about 400 meters away. The room was clean and quiet, the bathroom is a bit tight, but the design has alleviated the size issue. There were complimentary dessert in the evening and several kinds of tea. The internet could be a bit faster.

The hotel is strategically located in the ancient city, the location is more prosperous, the old street view in the ancient city, the slow pace of life is too comfortable, and the lively of the small city is not lost. There are also many local snacks. It is very fun to eat and drink. The hotel is very clean. It is my favorite decoration style. The equipment in the room is very convenient for intelligent control~ The hotel staff are very warm, the service is very thoughtful, very polite, always smiling, I feel very kind to recommend this hotel~

The room is very clean and tidy, with disposable slippers, shampoo, shower gel, dental appliances, combs and hair dryers. The restaurant on the second floor has free coffee and biscuits refreshments. The noodles at the Zhangzhou Lu Noodle Shop on Xiuwen East Road downstairs are delicious, and there is a sand tea noodles on the east side. The main entrance of the homestay is on Yan'an Road, a restaurant that is a long way to the north. The homestay is across the road from the Zhangzhou Confucian Temple. On the top floor terrace of the homestay, you can overlook the panoramic view of the Confucian Temple, including the Dianchi Lake at the door. The day and night view are good. Entering and leaving the ancient city, going south to the southwest gate about 400 meters, and going north to the north gate closer, it is very convenient. The front desk and cleaning staff are very polite, and the front desk girl will also introduce the food varieties and better restaurants in the ancient city. There is a door on the first floor. It is very safe for guests to swipe their room card to open the door and go upstairs. There is a large hand-painted map of the ancient city on the wall of the gate, and the attractions are unobstructed. In a simple summary, this is a five-star homestay, and the service and location are worthy of its price.

I had a good experience staying at this hotel on a business trip this time. It is also convenient for travel and there are many places to visit around, close to Wanda and Bihu Park. Jake at the front desk enthusiastically helped arrange the room. I am very satisfied with it. If I come to Zhangzhou again next time, I will stay here again.

I have stayed at quite a few Wanda hotels in the past and always had a pleasant experience but the past two days were anything but pleasant. I had a two night stay in Zhangzhou Wanda Realm from the 22nd of January to the 24th of January. I have listed my grievances below. 1. Air-conditioning does not work. My room was a constant temperature of 25 degrees Celsius and even after turning on the air conditioning did the temperature not go down. I had to ask the hotel to open a window to decrease the temperature and thus let polluted air into the room. 2. I booked an executive room knowing that I would receive some benefits. Not only was the executive lounge closed but as stated in the notice, they requested we use the hotel lobby bar which was also closed. I paid 850RMB per night for this room. If I am not going to have the benefits of an executive room at least refund me. 3. Swimming pool times have drastically decreased to limited times. I know that this is Chinese New year but isn't this the time when the hotel would receive most of its guests and thus have all the amenities ready and working to make a guest stay very pleasant. 4. Breakfast buffet was below standard of a 4 star hotel. Not only was the selection of foods extremely basic but the food was severely under stock. One would think that a four star hotel would be able to plan for a busy time like Chinese New year but no, there was limited food on basic items like eggs and bacon. Staff were not prepared for such large amounts of people. 5. It seems like this hotel is closing down as many water features and other amenities are either out of order or not working properly. It is an embarrassment to call this hotel a luxury hotel. It has the facade of a luxury hotel but cannot deliver on basic amenities. Please see my photos for evidence of my unpleasant stay. The staff were very friendly and tried to help where they can but it would be better to close down this hotel than call it a luxury 4 star hotel.

Very good, clean, tidy, new facilities, large room space, comfortable bed, hair dryer is not the kind we commonly use, very special, the wind blowing out is soft, the facilities are generally very satisfactory, the front desk service is very thoughtful, warm, breakfast is very rich, We are traveling with three families and three rooms for a total of 7 people. Everyone is very satisfied. It is time to go to the elevator door to add color to our trip. Very recommended this hotel, very cost-effective.

The hotel was great, we had a very nice stay there. The location and facilities were perfect. The frontline staff (Eddie) was really helpful, he gave us an upgrade to a family room with bigger beds, so we could have a more comfortable stay in this city. The other staff were also very nice. Tim 高佳圳 helped us to book cars when we checked out and move to Xiamen, also helped us to take care of our belongings. And Ms Zhou 周珍珍 was very nice, she helped us with our hotel reservation in Xiamen. Overall, a really pleasant stay and memories in Zhangzhou, thanks to this hotel!
