Two separate hotels with one reception only, be careful which one you are heading!
The lift is extremely small, can barely fit in one people and a small luggage, several steps required before the lift.
The room is okay for the price, relatively small but understandable.

Das Hotel liegt an bester Lage und ist rasch erreichbar. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und mit allem nötigen Komfort. Die Freundlichkeit und Kompetenz an der Reception ist super. Bin seit vielen Jahren Stammgast. Dank der zentralen Lage kann man zu Fuss unterwegs sein.

Really a nice place, that I enjoyed, even if I stayed only a night here. Pleasant staff, that make you feel a friend, not a guest there. Clean room, bath, bedsheets, basic hygienic things provided. Would have never expected this much, from a 2* facility! Pleasantly surprised 💖 Quiet place, perfect for exploring the heart of Zurich! Would definitely consider coming again 🥰

I agree with many reviews read on this site. The hotel does not offer particularly large rooms and the breakfast can certainly be improved but the structure has nothing to envy of others of a higher level thanks to all the precautions that the staff present guarantees. Cleanliness (essential element in such a structure), courtesy, professionalism. Absolutely competitive prices (indeed even lower than average). Structure located 5 minutes walk from the central station and a few steps from the tram stop in the central Old Town. The staff deserves particular mention. Everyone is kind, attentive and ready to lend a hand. A special thank you to Laura and the Director who helped us resolve a delicate problem which could have compromised the stay and which, instead, thanks also to their intervention, was resolved in a short time. Thanks also to all the other staff who took an interest in us and who did not make us feel alone. We will definitely be back. Best wishes Laura for your wedding!!!

You don’t get a lot for your money in Zürich so this place is great value for money. Really well located in the middle of the Old Town, minutes from Tram, Train and Boat stations and surrounded by bars and restaurants it makes an ideal place to stay. Rooms are quite basic, but comfortable - pillows are huge and soft, and bathroom has all essentials. Staff were very welcoming and really helpful when I needed to stay a little time behind checkout due to a work issue! Free coffee in reception is very good too!
