TThe Hiumawan FamilyThe room was very clean and spacious, and exactly as pictured. Complete towels, comfortable mattress, and excellent service. You can borrow cooking utensils and a washing machine. The location is 500 meters from the train station and about 300 meters from the bus station. It's about 1 km from a major mall. It's a bit far from the city center. Thank you

GGuest UserThe service was excellent, and the room was incredibly clean and tidy. The bath towels even came in plastic wrap, showing great attention to hygiene. Taxis were readily available, making it very convenient to get to the airport. It was a fantastic experience! I didn't hesitate to sign up for their membership card!

GGuest UserThere is a parking lot for parking, which is quite convenient. The room is also large, the mattress is very comfortable, and it is clean and hygienic. I will come back next time if I have the chance. The room is also very quiet, and I didn't hear any noisy sounds.

GGuest UserThe room was really small, completely different from what the pictures showed online. If I had seen the actual room photos, I wouldn't have booked this type. The towels provided were old and frayed. The front desk's phone manner was just okay, but overall, the customer service was good. Since the room was difficult to get to, requiring several turns with luggage, the staff were all very helpful in bringing my bags to the room. The kids' play area was excellent; they absolutely loved the slides and trampolines. The restaurant was a pleasant surprise; the food we ordered was delicious. Both the 'Fish-flavored Shredded Pork' (Yuxiang Rousi) and the pancakes were very tasty.

GGuest UserThis was our very first hotel stay experience in beijing. I felt that its location is far from downtown area. The cleanliness was lower than my expectation and very noisy that i can clearly hear people's talk behind our room door. Tho, it is budget hotel so those are understandable i think, staff were quick and tried their best to help to things that i asked.

GGuest UserA very quiet hutong with uniquely colored buildings. The lobby is spacious and refreshing. The room is very comfortable, and outside are beautiful ginkgo leaves – Beijing's autumn is truly stunning. The staff are incredibly welcoming and helpful. As it was my first time in Beijing, many places were new to me, but every single person was so patient and assisted me greatly. I could walk to Sanlitun and Taikoo Li, places I've always dreamed of visiting. The room was very clean; the housekeepers would fold my clothes neatly and even arrange my cosmetics. I look forward to coming back again!

AAnonymous UserIt’s such a cute little place to stay at with awesome views. The owners are so sweet! We checked in late because of a missed train and they helped us despite the late hour! Excellent food and cool animals on site. 10/10 would return the next time I’m in Beijing! 🤩

We wanted to send the items back, but the courier was very irresponsible and never took the matter seriously. However, the front desk customer service was very serious and responsible. He kept helping me to urge the courier, which gave me a good travel experience. He also helped us when we couldn't find the location.
