Excellent
BBekzod SobirjonovExcellent stay! The hotel’s location is perfect – close to the airport/city center with easy access to transport. The room was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. Staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, always ready to help. Facilities (like the gym/pool/breakfast) were great too. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers!”

MM855893****A very quiet hutong with uniquely colored buildings. The lobby is spacious and refreshing. The room is very comfortable, and outside are beautiful ginkgo leaves – Beijing's autumn is truly stunning. The staff are incredibly welcoming and helpful. As it was my first time in Beijing, many places were new to me, but every single person was so patient and assisted me greatly. I could walk to Sanlitun and Taikoo Li, places I've always dreamed of visiting. The room was very clean; the housekeepers would fold my clothes neatly and even arrange my cosmetics. I look forward to coming back again!

GGuest UserThis time I was traveling alone and encountering such a hotel really added a lot to my trip. From the moment you step into the hotel, you feel the meticulous service. The front desk staff were warm and friendly, and the check-in process was efficient and fast. They also introduced me to the surrounding attractions and food. After entering the room, the first impression is that it is clean and tidy. The bed was made meticulously, the sheets and quilts were immaculately white, and exuded a fresh smell. The floor is spotless and there is no dust or debris in the corners. The bathroom facilities are also very clean, the toiletries are neatly placed, the drainage in the shower room is smooth, and there is no water stain left. During my stay, I encountered some minor problems, such as the air conditioning temperature adjustment in the room was not very sensitive. When I reported it to the front desk, the maintenance staff rushed to the room quickly, quickly solved the problem, and were friendly and patiently explained to me the possible causes of the problem, which made me feel very at ease. In addition, the hotel's health services are also worthy of praise. Staff will clean the room on time every day, change towels and replenish toiletries. The public areas are also kept in a good state of cleanliness, which makes people feel happy. Overall, I am very satisfied with this stay. The hotel not only performs well in terms of service, but also impeccable in terms of hygiene. The cleanliness of the room provided me with a comfortable resting environment, and the efficient and responsible attitude of the staff helped me solve the problems I encountered, making me feel the warmth of home during my trip. If I have the opportunity to travel again in the future, this hotel will definitely be my first choice.
MM303531****This hotel is great for a weekend getaway with kids. Juyongguan Great Wall and Shuiguan Great Wall are nearby, with Shuiguan Great Wall being closer and less crowded, though a bit challenging to climb. The hotel is nestled in the mountains, offering a pleasant environment with individual villas dotted up the hillside. Our room was quite far, so we needed to drive to the lobby and restaurant.
The hotel also offers many family-friendly activities. On our second morning, we participated in a valley hike, which was essentially a mountain climb – it requires some stamina.
There were also quite a few downsides. Given how spread out the rooms are and how far they are from the lobby, one would expect butler service, but there was none. Moreover, it was very difficult to get through to the front desk from the room phone. For a self-proclaimed 'family-friendly hotel,' there weren't even children's slippers in the room. After finally getting through on the phone, it took an hour for them to be delivered. Why weren't they provided directly at check-in when they saw we had a child?
The room itself was fairly large, but the bathroom lacked air conditioning/heating, and the shower was open-concept. This design might be fine in Sanya, but in Yanqing, showering at night was absolutely freezing. There was also water pooling, and when staff came to check, they said it was because the floor drain was too high, and nothing could be done, which was a bit frustrating.
We had two meals at the hotel restaurant; the food was good, albeit a bit pricey. We also ate at a farmhouse restaurant down the mountain where the iron pot stewed fish was delicious – I forgot its name, but it had “Tell Old Mo I want to eat fish” written on the wall.
Despite the downsides, it's still a good place for a weekend with kids. The hotel has an outdoor pool and a children's splash pool, which were closed due to the cold weather. We'll definitely bring the kids back in the summer.

Very Good
MMishDishBishI think we can all agree that the sole purpose of staying at this hotel is to gain immediate access to the Wall as soon as it opens in the morning. I guarantee you that this is the best way to experience the Wall without the crowds and you will have a greater chance to be able to capture shots of the Wall without anyone in your pictures. Your ticket for the Wall is included in the booking.
The Hotel really is just a one nighter. I would not stay here longer as it provides the bare bones of a hotel. I would rate it three diamonds at most, not four. The room is spacious and warm, that's definitely a positive in winter. However, you do have to carry your luggage up and down the stairs when arriving and departing so beware if you have a dodgy back! There is an elevator but it only takes you from the parking lot to the lobby and not the rooms.
One huge surprise for us was how delicious the dinner was at the hotel's restaurant. We were the only guests and they cooked everything from scratch for us. The breakfast (also served by the restaurant) was included in the booking and it was not quite to our taste but the staff had a cheerful disposition and were so kind and welcoming that we probably had a few more mouthfuls just to show our appreciation even if the food was not to our Western palate. Our trip was during the off peak season and the Wall opened at 8am. However, the breakfast started at 8am as well. I would recommend the breakfast be open 30 minutes before the Wall opened, otherwise guests will rush their breakfast, leading to some wasted food.
The hotel advertises a transfer service from the airport but after making the booking we contacted the hotel on the Trip app and were told they do not offer this service so we had to arrange a Didi which was quite expensive, so please keep this in mind when making your booking.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel boasts an excellent location with convenient transportation. The rooms are clean, tidy, and well-equipped. For families, the child-friendly facilities are thoughtful, with a rich children's play area. Breakfast includes special cutlery for kids, and the service is attentive. Nearby attractions are within walking distance, making it worry-free for parents with children. For business travelers, the soundproofing is excellent, and there's a spacious desk.

GGuest UserThe apartment is in a great location, not far from the subway station, with convenient transportation. There are many snack bars around, and supermarkets and convenience stores downstairs. The room is spacious and comfortable, the bedding is clean and hygienic, and the landlord is also very nice. Highly recommended, I will come again next time
