Ужасно! В отеле разрешено курение и дым от соседей по вентиляции попадал в наш номер. Все время в номере пахало сигаретами. Было неплохо толко в первый день на швецком столе. В последующие дни нам готовили стандартный завтрак, который почти всегда был пересолен. Еда невкусная совсем, распадаются несвежие листья салата. Один халат в номере, грязные одеяла торчащие из пододеяльника, неаккуратные будто оборванные края полотенец, запах сырости в ванной комнате. Один утюг на всю гостиницу, который в очень плачевном состоянии. Дешманские вешалки которые еле держались в руках. Этот список можно продолжать бесконечно. Последней каплей стали чьи-то стоны за стеной и с утра мы приняли решение съехать с гостиницы. Смогли вернуть оплаченную только 60% от стоимости проживания. Крайне низкий сервис и плохое качество.

We stayed for 9 nights in the Harmony Hotel Baku. The rooms were spacious, very comfortable large bed, clean and everything worked perfectly. The hotel is located away from the centre but after a short walk it's quick and easy to get to central Baku by bus or tube. What made the stay special was the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff always ready to chat and offer advice On one occasion, arriving back at the hotel I left my phone in a taxi. I had no details of the taxi but the quick thinking of reception staff enabled them to contact the driver and get my phone returned and delivered to my room within the hour. The only downside with the hotel is the lack of anywhere outside that one could sit and relax

Хочу рассказать историю которая произошла с моей семьей ,пусть люди не сделают таких же ошибок как сделала это я, забронировали отель с мужем на букенге ,нас встретила машина с нашими ФИО ,шофёр нас отвёз до отеля там нас встретил молодой человек представился «администратором» заселил нас в отель показал апартаменты нам понравилось, дал нам от номера карту, взял с нас оплату ,взял с нас документы ,после принёс документы ,и ушёл ,мы жили двое суток в отели ,и мы спускаемся чтобы поехать на море там сидит молодой человек и говорит что мы не произвели оплату ,мы заплатили не малую сумму ,у нас на руках были двое детей погодок и муж после операции хромал ,мы в полном шоке не знали как быть,нам сказали либо платите либо съезжайте ,хотели увидеть директора так и не увидели ,вызвали полицию ,ну а полиция до сих пор занимается этим делом, отель совсем не понравился ,завтрак забывают приносить то что положено ,хлеб совсем не свежий ,когда мы выезжали ребёнок заболел мой так они с нас и за уборку отдельную оплату взяли ,ужасный осадок остался от всего .
