Lucerne Hotels with Balcony

The location was very accessible to the city central, the promenade, eateries, supermarket (migros/ coop around 10-15 mins in the old town) ! The hotel owner was very kind, friendly and prompt in their replies! The hotel was so clean, equipment was up to date and new! Love the washing machine it was super easy to use and also convenient for us to wash clothes in the house. Room was spacious and the view was extremely beautiful especially for sunrise and sun set! It is great for a family up to 6 as there was 3 bed rooms! The room service person was also very kind!

Hotel des Balances is a beautiful blend of history and modern comfort, right in the heart of Lucerne’s Old Town. The location is unbeatable — you can walk to the Chapel Bridge, Jesuit Church, and plenty of shops and restaurants within minutes. My room was stylish and very clean, with a wonderful view over the river. The historic facade and murals give the hotel real charm, while the interiors feel elegant and well cared for. The staff were warm, professional, and genuinely helpful — from check-in to recommendations around the city Overall, a fantastic hotel if you want charm, comfort, and a prime location in Lucerne. Highly recommended, especially if you can book a river-view room!

Centrally located in Lucerne, right across from the lake, this historic hotel has hosted famous figures like Princess Sisi and Churchill. The hotel's elevator and staircase exude classical European luxury. Upon departure, the staff kindly presented us with exquisite chocolates. We're very much looking forward to returning for another vacation.

The room was spacious and well-equipped with all the basic necessities, making it a good choice for business accommodation. However, our booking included dinner, but the front desk couldn't find it... Luckily, I asked what time dinner was during check-in, otherwise, it would have been a wasted trip for dinner.

It takes 8 or 9 minutes to get to the lake. There are more places to eat around, and the bus is still close. Go to the hotel to take the little cable car. The breakfast variety is too small, 30 Swiss francs a person, it is really cheaper, it is the simplest breakfast in the entire Swiss itinerary. The breakfast restaurant can see the lake, it is still good. The overall layout of the hotel is very good, people like it very much, the hotel service is also very good. Specifically, the hotel has a shuttle bus, saying that it can only be sent to the bus station from the hotel, and then take the bus to the train station. The driver actually sent us directly to the train station that day, touching. Lucerne is not big, the hotel location is OK, and it is convenient to go anywhere.

It's okay to stay overnight within 10 minutes walk from Lucerne Station. It's close. Good to carry a suitcase. It is a good place to leave your luggage before check-in. And on the first floor, we had a restaurant, and they gave us a restaurant coupon, and they didn't use it. There was no electric pot in the room. I think there was a coffee machine. When you go out, it's good to go to the Capel Bridge right in front of you. There is Starbucks next to it.

We booked three rooms for a family trip. After comparing for a long time, this is the most satisfactory hotel we have stayed in Switzerland. Although there are not many small rooms, it is very convenient to get in and out. It is near the train station and the hotel facilities are very new. If you like creative hotels, don't miss this one. The king-size bed room is very comfortable, and the toiletries are all L'Occitane, which is very good for people like me who pursue quality and have a relative cleanliness obsession. The key is that the children are very satisfied!

Lovely accommodation in an excellent location not far from lake (5 mins from lake swimming spot) and walkable from station. Well worth considering as an alternative to hotels.

I feel like Xu Zhimo. The room was clean and the bath water was very large and comfortable, and it was direct drinking water. The water quality in the faucet was very good. The waiter is very friendly and the English is good! A direct road from the train station takes 7 or 8 minutes, it is recommended

A bit far from train station and need to take luggage up to stairs at the entrance!
