Lucerne Hotels with Balcony

The location was very accessible to the city central, the promenade, eateries, supermarket (migros/ coop around 10-15 mins in the old town) ! The hotel owner was very kind, friendly and prompt in their replies! The hotel was so clean, equipment was up to date and new! Love the washing machine it was super easy to use and also convenient for us to wash clothes in the house. Room was spacious and the view was extremely beautiful especially for sunrise and sun set! It is great for a family up to 6 as there was 3 bed rooms! The room service person was also very kind!

This was the fifth hotel on my trip to Switzerland. It's two bus stops from the train station, but conveniently located right by the stop, so getting there wasn't an issue. The hotel clearly exudes a rich history and old-world charm, with its luxurious European-style decor. I had a bit of trouble initially finding the right entrance and the front desk within the building. I'd actually booked a city view room, but the front desk upgraded me to a stunning lake view room – seriously, you *must* book a lake view! The terrace views were absolutely breathtaking!! The room itself wasn't huge, but it did have air conditioning. The bathroom was a tad small, mainly due to a large, rather useless cabinet taking up unnecessary space.

The hotel is very nice and the rooms are well equipped. Everything is there, also slippers and L'occitane products. The view of the city - if you have a good room - is wonderful. Ah, and the room is very clean ! On the negative side, the bed was uneven, maybe because it was used too much, so sleeping was a bit uncomfortable. Then, the rooms are not so spacious. For one or two nights, I fully recommend coming here. I will rather go to a more modern hotel next time because of the uneven mattress.

The hotel staff were all friendly and helpful, and responded quickly to any issues. Having long admired the reputation of Motel, a five-star hotel in China, this was my first time trying it, and I was finally able to support a Chinese company abroad. However, upon arrival, I discovered it was quite far from the train station, a regrettable oversight as I had missed out on a hotel closer to the station. The lack of a lobby and the two flights of stairs leading to a long, narrow corridor made it inconvenient for people with mobility issues. The interior design was an industrial style with gray and black tones, lacking a warm and inviting feel. I personally disliked the dark atmosphere of the hotel. The floorboards had large gaps, making it difficult to clean the accumulated dust. The worst part was that the hotel faced a road to the north, and every time a large vehicle passed, the vibrations were like an earthquake – indescribable and unsettling. Despite numerous attempts to communicate with the hotel, my elderly relative couldn't sleep soundly at night. Ctrip also helped by communicating with the hotel multiple times, and staff even offered to upgrade to a north-facing room on several floors. However, the hotel refused to upgrade to a south-facing room or offer a refund. I'm disappointed with the management of this Chinese company and will not consider Motel again. At 6,000-7,000 RMB per night, the rudimentary room decor and the unavoidable vibrations made it a poor value for money. Lucerne is small; one day is enough, not worth staying for several days. My impression of the city and hotels during this trip was less than in other cities.

We booked three rooms for a family trip. After comparing for a long time, this is the most satisfactory hotel we have stayed in Switzerland. The king-size bed room is very comfortable, and the toiletries are all L'Occitane, which is very good for people like me who pursue quality and have a relative cleanliness obsession. A few minutes walk from Lake Lucerne. The apartment is a two-story loft. One bed downstairs. Two beds upstairs. The bed is opposite the skylight. The apartment facilities are perfect. You can cook your own meals and have a small terrace. The small wine room is a simple color of wood and white. Overall the house is very satisfied, but there is a little dissatisfaction because the room was already set up without giving the apartment building password and room password in advance. I ca n’t go downstairs to hit the owner. The phone didn't work, and I was trapped downstairs twice before and after waiting for a resident in the building to open the door before we could get in. The service was not very good.

Really was pleasantly surprised by how good this hotel was. Comfortable clean rooms, clean towels, comfortable beds and duvets, super friendly front desk, and really great location. A special mention of the quality breakfast spread which I look forward every morning. Strongly recommended.

The key is also self-service, and the key box is at the door of the apartment. You need a password to get the key, but the hotel confirmation number sent by Ctrip is not a password, and you can't find the password when you look for the email. There is a talker next to the key box, you can press the button to find help. Just report the name and other information, the service staff tells you the password and you can get the key. You need to use the sensor card on the key to open the door and the elevator. The apartment booked was good, with three single beds, a sofa bed, balcony, kitchen, and toilet, but there were relatively few sockets. There is a supermarket next door downstairs, open from 8 to 18:00. The price is cheaper than the supermarket in the city. very convenient.
