"i hope before mag check in ang guest all goods na po para convenient ang stay. Upon check aircon not working and basang basa yung bed :( but 4days stay still good parin naman siguro magdagdag lang po kayo ng staff since marami po kayong units para hindi mapabayaan ang maintenance and good stay ng mga guest."

"I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with all the basic amenities I needed. The staff were friendly, polite, and always ready to help, which made the experience even better. The location was also convenient, close to SM MOA and restaurants. The only thing that I didn't like was the size of the pool, it quite small and a bit shallow (4ft) from the usual 5ft pools, but the overall hotel service was efficient. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay."

"The only thing that I don't like is the Wi-Fi Service no Signal.I don't like staying in a place with no WI -FI signal.When reaching the Support they can't do anything to serve with the WI-FI signal. "We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. Overall, the staff were very friendly, helpful, and accommodating throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet was decent but could definitely be improved. There were not many fruit options, and the breakfast selection mostly consisted of heavy meals like rice, noodles, sushi, and cakes. It was filling if you enjoy those kinds of breakfast foods, although it may not suit everyone. The hotel was very busy during all the days we stayed, so the breakfast area and common spaces were often crowded. Our room itself was fine — the sheets were clean, the bed was comfortable, the shower pressure was strong, and the toilet had a bidet, which was a nice touch. We also had a balcony facing Manila Bay and the swimming pool, and the view was lovely. The location was also a bit inconvenient as it is away from the city centre and main road, so we had to rely on GRAB transport services to get around. Unfortunately, the biggest downside for us was the noise. The hotel is pet-friendly, but they do not have designated floors for guests with pets. The receptionist informed us that all guests are mixed together. They also do not have a designated quiet floor. Because the walls are not very soundproof, we could clearly hear conversations from the next room, dogs barking, and children running along the corridor at night. We were unlucky to be placed near a dog that barked frequently, which made it difficult to rest and sleep properly. We reported the issue, and the staff did respond and likely spoke with the other guests, but of course it is difficult to fully control noise from children and pets. Another issue was that the lobby is located on a different floor level, so security did not seem very strict. Guests were able to bring multiple visitors into their rooms quite easily, and unfortunately some of them were noisy and loud late at night. Overall, while the staff service and the location/view were good, we would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quiet and restful stay, and unfortunately we would not stay here again."

"The hotel is good. The staff tries to do their best. Some small disadvantages for me: the light from the window of the bathroom was very bright in the morning. It needs a curtain.The hygienic shower can't be reguled in a lower pressure. It was not comfortable. The guests above were very noisy at 2 am and the sounds were very loud from everywhere. I had two sleep with earplugs. The breakfast has only one choice if meal. It's not a buffet. It would be better one pancake and a little of porridge than two big pancakes. The rest is fine. And yes, the standard room would be not comfortable for two people. It's rather small."

"We are beyond pleased with our stay. They were fast to respond to our queries, and were very accommodating to our requests. The room exceeded our expectations. This is the cleanest airbnb I have ever been to. Not even one pest in sight. The amenities are complete so we did not worry about a thing during our stay (bonus is that we were given welcome gifts). I would definitely book this again!"

"We had a fantastic stay at our unit in 150 Newport, Newport City, Philippines! The location is incredibly convenient, near NAIA T3 and just few walk away from the Church of St. Therese, Starbucks, McDonald’s,Mang Inasal, and plenty of other spots for dining and shopping. The swimming pool was also a highlight and easy to reserve a time slot at the lobby, and it’s open until 10 PM for a relaxing evening dip. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout. No free slippers provided, but it wasn’t a big deal. Overall, highly recommend for a comfortable, accessible getaway. 👍🏼"
