Lisbon Hotels with Balcony

Staying at the apartment hotel for the second time, the facilities are very convenient, simple kitchen equipment, the sea view outside the window, much better than the hotel and the downtown hotel in Lisbon, and Uber is very convenient, next time I return to Lisbon, I will still be this hotel.

We stayed here for a week and have just returned to the UK. We loved our stay and found the hotel to be really welcoming and a really high quality boutique hotel in a great central location for exploring Lisbon and especially Baixa. We researched the hotel through Tripadvisor and booked through Hotels.com and we found the hotel lived up to the reviews others had left - the reached out even before we left the UK to organise a pick-up from the airport if we needed it and were really helpful throughout the stay. We were in room 2A and it was beautiful and serviced everyday and the room had all we needed and a lovely bathroom and great shower. We arrived from the UK early morning, using the arranged car, and it was clearly too early to checkin but they stored our bags and provided some directions. When we came back to checking it was smooth and they provided a lovely bottle of Port for us to enjoy in the room . The location is so central for trams , tours and key sites and the staff also provided some handy recommendations for restaurants. We found all the staff to be unfailingly helpful and every time we popped in or out they always engaged with a Bom Diaz / Ola or just Hello. Great location, lovely room and good service - would definitely recommend.

I had a fantastic stay! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable experience. The room was not only clean, tidy, and cozy but also a perfect retreat after a day of exploring Lisbon. I especially appreciated the hotel’s thoughtful initiative of offering a coupon for choosing not to have the room cleaned daily, a small but significant gesture towards environmental conservation. My time here was truly enjoyable, and I sincerely hope to find this hotel chain in other countries, to experience their exceptional hospitality again. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Lisbon!

The hotel staff are friendly and enthusiastic; the breakfast is very good👍🏻 Although it is a bit far from the city, Lisbon Bolt and Uber are very close, so I don’t worry too much about the location, plus it is close to Belem Tower and the Presidential Palace; the room has a great view It’s so beautiful. I’ll definitely pick this one up next time I go to Lisbon.

Hahahahahahahahahahaha, the location is very good, the view is very good, the room is very good, in the middle of the mountain. The gym is also very good! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! !

Rating 0/5 - Exceptions to this RATING - Are the polite & extremely helpful Jessica @ the front desk & Andre the Rooms Manager who went out of their respective ways to meet any requirements needed. Firstly, my reservation was booked 2 months prior yet NO NOTIFICATION that the Hotel name & brand had changed a couple weeks prior. With a few street signs & the massive New Name signage on the hotel marquis , I was not notified of the NH Re- Branding. I was told that ALL guests were notified of this Change of Corporate Re- Branding . When I explain this to the Day front Desk Manager his reply was nothing they can do as it all comes from Head Office (poor apology ). I checked all previous correspondence & no such emails were received by me despite being assured that notifications were sent to all arriving guests! After an 8 hour flight from Toronto Canada & driving past the hotel 3 times up & down one way streets, finally parked & asked where is the Tivoli Sintra Hotel? I was directed in its direction. Jessica @ the front desk walked back with me to my car ( got in with my wife & I ) & guided us through the streets to the hotel. Wonderful ! Andre was most attentive & any request was followed through with the expertise & care of a 5 star manager (a hand written note expressing his desire to be of service should we require anything) was in our room . COMMENDABLE! Now my rating is based not on these two wonderful caring staff But the other staff & room encounters. The shower head kept falling down on the bar so could only be used by hand . The evening front desk manager came to the room & apologizing said it would be repaired in the morning, still not corrected by next day. I asked for 4 towels as the shower floor was soaking wet ( said could give us ONLY 2 ) from the ill functioning shower-head, also the sink faucet spout that spewed water over the entire area (poor design) choice. The house maid came & cleaned entire bathroom that evening so we could still use it the next day - lovely lady despite no English we gestured what was required and she met our expectations. The following day we went @9:30 pm for a late light dinner. After being seated by a bus boy who did not provide us with table settings, we waited 10 minutes as the Waiter walked by us twice with no acknowledgment as to our presence (saying he would be with us momentarily would have been considerate). He proceeded to serve another table 3 feet from us, who were asking for additional drinks as they were obviously there for some time dining. We finally got up from the table & in dismay the waiter looked at us. We stated that being ignored & as guests of the hotel were upset with this level of disrespect & lack of hospitality professionalism. Lastly, I had sent an email at the time of booking advising of this being a special 70 th Birthday trip for my wife, to the hotel Manager that any niceties that could be offered would be appreciated. Interior of this hotel was amazing including outside pool area! Staffs were helpful and the hotel was located close to the metro. Only things were that the mattress and pillows was too soft for me so i did woke up with back and neck pain. I wish they provided free water bottles in the fridge but otherwise, everything was incredible!

The first weird impression I got of this hotel is its artsy black theme. The lobby is mostly black, the corridors and room doors are all black, and the room closets and bathroom walls are, you guessed it, black. The black motif in itself wouldn't be bad except that it makes it hard to see what you're doing! The black painted corridors look really dim, even though they are using normal wattage lights. It's difficult to find the room numbers (which unexpectedly are actually printed on the carpet beneath each door) or the card key insert. Entering the room, before inserting the card key into the power slot to turn on the lights, the room looks depressingly dark even if the window shades are wide open in daylight. The worst is the bathroom, which has all black walls. There is no light above the tub/shower which makes it really hard to see what each dispenser is for (bath gel, shampoo, conditioner) and makes you feel like you are showering in the dark. Even stranger, there is a semi-transparent window between the shower and the main room, so someone in the main room can watch whoever is showering. That's just a tad icky-weird. Location of the hotel is in a modern, upscale retail and business section of Lisbon. It takes about 30 minutes to walk to the main tourist attractions in the old city (downhill to the river, uphill coming back) or a 10-15 minute metro ride (with one line change). There are not very many restaurants nearby. I don't think the hotel is run up to the standard I would expect of a Hilton brand. We checked in on a Friday afternoon for a four night stay. Saturday afternoon neither of our card keys worked, so we had to go to the front desk to reprogram our card keys. Sunday afternoon our card keys didn't work again, so we had to go to the front desk to reprogram our card keys again. The staff member blamed the problem on us, saying we must have kept the card keys too close to our phones, which we don't and which is wrong anyway. Our bathroom had a tremendous fogging problem. There were two vent fans in the bathroom neither of which worked. We brought this to the attention of the front desk who told us someone would look into it. I don't think anyone did, because those vent fans never worked during our stay.

I found this place while looking for a place to stay. First of all, I liked the location because it was in the middle of wherever I was going, and it was close to the tram to Belem district and tram number 28. Also the staff is very friendly!!! I hope everyone goes here because of this part. The room was clean, of course, and although it was a bit small, it covered everything else. The breakfast is also delicious, so I recommend trying it.

Great room; we stayed on 18th floor that had a winding staircase with an outside patio. The patio was very large and had a fantastic view; it was wonderful. The beds were comfy and we were able to get an extra single bed brought in as there were 4 of us. The bathrooms were great with the rainshower head and sprayer, large soft bath towels and robes. The only thing that was disappointing is that the window on the main floor only went 1/2 way up the wall and there was no window on the 2nd floor bedroom; however you had the door that opened up to the patio on the 2nd floor. It was a fantastic room. The staff was great and quick to respond to any requests we had. Great place to stay. It is close to a park; restaurants, but seems to be more in the business district; however we walked all other to stores etc. Lisbon is very up/down so you are always walking up or down and on uneven ground/bricks. Fantastic place; just wear comfy/walking shoes and be ready to have some steep uphills and downhills.
